浅议对我国中小投资者的保护

近年来,随着证券市场的发展,中小投资者实际上已经成为上市公司外部融资的主要来源。而与此同时,中小投资者的权益也频频受到侵害,成为制约我国证券市场发展的重要问题。因此中小投资者保护问题引起了理论界和实务界学者们的普遍关注。文中就我国中小投资者保护的相关问题进行研究,从理论和实际进行了分析;并对如何更好的保护中小投资者的权益、保障我国证券市场的持续健康发展,提出了相关的对策和建议。     

The role of consumers in product‐oriented environmental policy: can the consumer be the driving force for environmental improvements?

In environmental policy, it is increasingly accepted that more emphasis should be placed on consumption and its implications from the point of view of the environment. Another relatively new feature is the focus on products. At the policy level, this perspective is known as product‐oriented environmental policy or, in brief, product policy. This approach is closely related to the idea of product chain thinking, which means recognizing the fact that environmentally relevant decisions are made at all stages during the products’ life cycle, from raw material extraction to consumption and beyond. Based on a Finnish study on product chain actors and environmental improvements, this article discusses the role of consumers in product policy (i) with respect to theories on consumer mecision‐making and (ii) in the light of product chain thinking. As consumers’ decision‐making models with respect to consumer products are most often based on heuristics simplifying the decision process, incorporating environmental considerations into these models is a challenging task for environmental policy.

本文以被害人保护为主旨 ,探讨被害人对刑法产生的影响及刑法对被害人的保护 ,认为刑法的建立不仅仅是保护被告人的权益 ,同时也是保护被害人的权益的 ,提出了对被害人保护的建议。     

谈我国驰名商标的法律保护

驰名商标由于具有较高的经济价值而极易受侵害,现实生活中往往被他人非法利用以获得巨额非法利润。随着驰名商标具有越来越重要的经济意义,对其进行特殊保护就显得尤为重要。本文对我国目前驰名商标法律保护制度提出了一系列构想。     

论资源与环境的协调发展

本文概述了我国的资源现状，以及人类生活和生产引起的滑坡、崩塌、地裂缝、地面沉降、海水入侵、水土流失、洪涝灾害、水体污染等环境地质灾害，进而探讨了资源、环境与人口间的关系，提出了可持续发展的若干建议：提高对资源有限性的认识；树立保护环境、防止污染的意识；加强计划生育，控制人口增长；全民动员，美化生存环境。     

Beyond a Livable and Green Neighborhood: Asserting Control,Sovereignty and Transgression in the Casc Antic of Barcelona

During the past 15 years, the Casc Antic, a traditionally low‐income and immigrant neighborhood in Barcelona, has been the site of community‐based mobilization to revitalize abandoned areas and improve local environmental conditions. The organization of residents and their supporters is situated within a broader context of urban political and socioeconomic change — the transformation of the urban economy into a decentralized, global and technology‐ and service‐focused system, accompanied by rising socioeconomic inequality and displacement in inner‐city areas. To date, few studies in the urban environmental arena have been placed within processes of urban change and offer specificity on the purposes, intents and goals that poor and minority residents develop as they understand, resist and challenge their marginality. Why do residents of marginalized neighborhoods and their supporters organize to proactively improve livability and environmental quality? To what extent do the environmental struggles of marginalized communities serve as means to advance more complex political agendas in the city? Through the examination of neighborhood organization for livability in the Casc Antic, I analyze how activists use their environmental endeavors as tools to address stigmas attached to their place, control the land and its boundaries, and build a more transgressive form of democracy.

AN ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN DIFFERENCES IN ECONOMIC GROWTH: A STOCHASTIC FRONTIER APPROACH

Total factor productivity (TFP), factor accumulation, and growth are analysed for a panel of 40 countries in 2001–11. TFP growth and technical inefficiency are estimated using a stochastic frontier model. Environmental variables are found to have an important role in explaining differences in inefficiency across countries. Over 2001–11, the general improvement in technical efficiency of countries is almost outweighed by technological regress. Results indicate that differences in factor accumulation between OECD and emerging economies are more important than differences in TFP change to explain differences in economic growth. Results also indicate negative and significant random shocks for the OECD countries.

影响企业选址的因素很多，要对其进行充分的定性分析后再进行定量分析，再通过定性和定量相结合的方法得出满意的方案。虽然区位理论为企业选址提供了理论依据，但由于影响因子较多，通常的比选方法则难以很好的解决问题。系统分析法在系统调查和可行性研究基础上，从技术、经济、环境和社会等方面，就各种系统涉及的方案能够满足的程度与为之消耗和占用的各种资源进行评审，并选出技术先进、经济合理、实施可行的最优或最满意方案。层次分析法（AHP）就是一种把定性问题定量化分析，定性与定量相结合的分析方法。企业在选址时运用AHP方法对相关因素进行系统评价，可以得到科学的选址依据。
