Context matters: How existing sectors and competing technologies affect the prospects of the Swiss Bio-SNG innovation system

Emerging technological fields are affected by developments in their broader context. This article proposes a differentiation of context structures as a crucial step in the analysis of technological innovation systems. A thorough context analysis, so the argument, is essential for understanding the pace and direction of technology development and the prospects of an emerging technological innovation system. Empirical insights are provided for Bio-SNG, a technology in an early stage of development. The article discusses the conditions under which actors from different sectors (forestry, wood industry, and energy supply) may play a role in the emerging field. It is shown that Bio-SNG is likely to become a victim of the recent boom in wood-to-energy technologies that has favored investments in more mature but technologically inferior alternatives. The case provides lessons for policy making as it highlights how effective support schemes might foster a lock-in into technologies that are readily available.     

国际投资者非理性情绪下的中国国际收支稳定性研究

自2001年以来,经常项目账户和资本与金融项目账户顺差的指数型增长将我国推向了全球国际收支平衡问题的风口浪尖。在国际金融危机频发、跨境流动资金波动剧烈的背景下,我国反常顺差所具有的潜在风险非常值得关注。鉴于此,文章的研究重点在于:(1)采用涉及27个国家股票市场的数据,构建并计算了反映国际投资者情绪变化的风险偏好指数;(2)将国际市场投资者情绪等因素纳入分析框架,实证分析了影响国际资金在我国跨境流动的驱动因素,以辨别跨境资金中的不稳定成分,并给出相应的政策建议。     

中国财产保险需求影响因素的实证研究

运用中国1980-2009年的相关数据,引入六个解释变量,采用逐步回归方法,对中国财产保险需求的影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明:与人寿保险需求截然不同,经济增长、人均收入、风险意识对财产保险需求未发现有显著影响;而固定资产投资、汽车拥有量和货物运输量对财产保险需求有着显著的推动作用.实证结果进一步解释了财产保险市场结构严重失衡的状况.     

A network-based analysis of the impact of structural damage on urban accessibility following a disaster: the case of the seismically damaged Port Au Prince and Carrefour urban road networks

The magnitude 7.0 earthquake that struck Haiti in January 2010 led to an unprecedented effort in collecting and providing geographical information in support of humanitarian aid. Although most of the compiled datasets and generated maps were able to provide specific and detailed information regarding the location of damaged buildings and road interruptions, none or little information was available to describe the accessibility—or otherwise—of the urban space. Here we try to offer an alternative method to define the urban accessibility landscape in the aftermath of earthquake damage, by combining simple graph theory concepts and GIS-based spatial analysis to assess how the urban space accessibility decreases when the road network is damaged.     

会展服务满意度测评研究——以澳门国际贸易投资展览会为例

剖析会展服务满意度的影响因素,构建会展服务满意度指数模型和测评指标体系,对提高会展服务质量、提升会展企业竞争力具有指导意义。通过文献研究和专家访谈等方法,构建了会展服务满意度指数模型;对参展商和观众进行问卷调查,并运用因子分析和结构方程模式等手段对回收的452份有效问卷加以分析。研究表明,会展服务满意度主要有4类影响因素,分别是现场接待服务、会展专业服务、会展配套服务和会展后台服务;会展服务满意度测评需要考察15项指标。     

江苏省产业结构升级对就业结构的影响研究

作为全国的一个经济大省,受国际、国内形势的影响,2010年的江苏经济发展面临严峻的挑战。经济增长和充分就业是宏观经济发展的两大目标,而产业结构是产业之间和产业内部在社会再生产过程中形成的技术经济联系,是经济结构的核心,促进产业结构升级是实现经济增长的关键。本文运用灰色关联分析方法,从横向和纵向两个角度分析江苏省产业结构升级对就业结构的影响,在此基础上提出了促进就业结构优化的建议。

珠江三角洲地区城市综合竞争力比较研究

城市综合竞争力越来越成为城市发展的基础.文章结合广东省珠江三角洲地区实际以及数据收集和处理的可操作性,建立了一套城市综合竞争力评价指标体系,并构建了城市综合竞争力计量分析的因子数学模型,通过SPSS软件,对珠三角9个城市的指标体系数据进行了因子统计分析,最后得出各城市的综合竞争力得分和排名,为各城市制定相关政策提供一定的决策依据.
