大学生就业现状与高校教育收费的相关关系研究

近些年,大学生就业难已经成为社会所密切关注的问题之一.最近在对大学生就业难问题原因的探讨上,部分学者认为源于教育高收费,“成本困境”才是困扰大学生就业的真正致因抑或“瓶颈”.针对此种观点,本文在实证分析的基础上发现教育收费高并不是导致我国大学生就业难的根源,教育收费并不是大学生就业难的Granger原因,它只与我国大学生就业存在一定程度的负相关,并且这种相关性较弱,而学费高问题应由我国政府投入加以解决.     

Ka频段双模航空客舱宽带卫星通信系统总体设计

针对民航市场对客舱宽带卫星通信的迫切需求，提出了一种基于Ka频段高通量卫星的双模解决方案。研究了系统设计的诸多方面，包括卫星资源选择、网络结构、技术体制和适航性。详细介绍了机载设备的组成和双模工作原理，分析了几个与设计实现密切相关的技术指标。方案设计和技术指标分析结果对实际工程应用有一定的参考价值。     

我国主要粮食产品国际竞争力分析

我国主要粮食产品产量在国际上排名靠前,但是国际市场占有率较低,国际竞争力长期处于劣势地位。当前国际经济形势缓慢复苏,正是着力提升我国主要粮食产品国际竞争力的大好时机。文章基于我国主要粮食产品国际贸易现状,重点通过相关指数和回归模型对我国主要粮食产品国际竞争力进行分析,从而得出若干结论及建议。     

A study on the importance of airline selection attributes by airline type: An emphasis on the difference of opinion in between Korean and overseas aviation experts

The main purpose of this research is to understand the relative importance of airline selection attributes that are considered important by passengers when selecting an airline. Specifically, we analyzed how the attribute selections differed based on airline types, a Full Service Carrier (FSC) and a Low Cost Carrier (LCC). For this purpose, a Delphi analysis was performed with 34 Korean aviation experts and 32 overseas aviation experts as the target sample groups. Statistical tests including Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, were used to analyze the selection attributes. In the case of FSCs, safety, flight schedule, cabin interior, and fast check-in processes were considered to be important selection attributes whereas for LCCs, air fare level, flight safety, the convenience of air ticket purchasing procedures, and additional charges were considered to be the important selection attributes. Additionally, there was a difference in the importance of airline selection attributes depending on whether it was a Korean or overseas aviation market. The result of these findings may be utilized as basic data in establishing a marketing strategy for an airline company to attract more passengers.     

资本结构与财务质量相关性研究

本文以沪深交易所的纺织行业上市公司为对象,采用截面数据研究资本结构与财务质量之间的关系。研究结果表明:纺织行业上市公司资本结构与财务质量相关性显著,资本结构中的短期偿债能力与财务质量呈正相关,长期偿债能力与财务质量呈负相关,同时提出针对纺织行业上市公司优化资本结构以提高财务质量的合理建议。     

Teaching HRM in contemporary hospitality management: a case study drawing on HR analytics and big data analysis

In this article, we discuss how hospitality students can leverage new technology and new HRM metrics from a combination of a traditional format case study and innovative data spreadsheets. We offer a teaching case study that combines the strategic dimensions of HRM with practice-driven data analysis anchored in HR analytics and HR big data mining. We argue that this combination helps identify, develop, and promote appropriate managerial skills among students.     

Personalized ads on Facebook: An effective marketing tool for online marketers

A growing number of researchers have examined the effects of personalized advertising in traditional media, however, little has been known about personalized advertising on Facebook. The primary objectives of this research are threefold: (1) Develop a comprehensive model that captures the effects of perceived personalized ads on Facebook on customer attitudinal and behavioral reactions (ad credibility, ad avoidance, ad skepticism, ad attitude, and behavioral intention) to the ad; (2) Test hypothesized relationships using two data sets collected through an online survey; and (3) Develop appropriate customer segments based on personal views of personalized ads on Facebook. The paper reveals that eleven out of thirteen hypotheses are supported and that three market segments are identified including Ad Lovers, Ad Accommodators, and Ad Haters. The paper concludes with conclusion and discussions highlighting managerial and research implications.     

The impact of flood dynamics on property values

There is evidence that environmental amenities and dis-amenities may be nonlinearly related to property valuation. This would bring inconsistency in estimating environmental variables of the hedonic price model. To explore the linearity of the relationship this study analyses spatial and temporal variation impacts of the 2011 Brisbane flood on property markets using semi-parametric estimation. The results show that most environmental variables impacts on property values nonlinearly, and in particularly distance to the river, indicating that the amenity value of being close to a river outweighs the flood risks. The estimation of the combined impact of elapsed time and neighbourhood income indicates that the flood risk impact on property markets disappears over time.     

基于关联理论解读有意沉默

为了研究有意沉默在会话中的语用意义,以英汉会话语段中的有意沉默为研究对象,依据Sperber和Wilson的关联理论,从有意沉默的信息意图和交际意图,以及有意沉默的关联性与语境效果两点入手对有意沉默进行认知语用分析.对有意沉默进行认知语用解读和分析的目的在于帮助我们进一步理解有意沉默,并在以后的会话中能更好地领会并运用有意沉默,使交际能够顺利进行.     

How credible is the North Korean threat?

We perform event analysis on particular episodes of tension in the Korean peninsula between 2000 and 2008, and investigate the effect of the events on South Korean financial markets (stock markets, bond yield spreads and the exchange rate) given that South Korea would be the first affected by a military aggression from North Korea. Surprisingly, in nearly all cases, these events, which have often been dramatized in the world media, have no significant impact on either of these variables or only a very small one. We also find no significant impact of events on listed firms that would a priori be likely to suffer from increased tension between the two Koreas. Since financial markets often contain better predictions than expert opinions or surveys, these results strongly suggest that the North Korean threat is non‐credible.
