中国外资财险企业市场竞争力问题研究

为衡量入世后在中国的外资财险企业的竞争力情况,本文借鉴经典产业组织理论的SCP范式和数据包络分析方法,运用2004-2011年的相关数据,以中国财险业市场结构和生产效率的变化情况为基础,总结其他学者参数设计的利弊,经实证研究发现当前中国财险业市场结构正由寡头垄断型向垄断竞争型优化；财险业尽管实现了全要素生产率连年净增长,但该指标的变化趋势是向下的,而外资公司整体上无论是追赶效应还是前沿面移动效应都优于中资公司,中资仅剩下规模上先占的相对优势.     

Modelling regional policy scenarios in the agri-food sector: a case study of a Spanish region

The agri-food industry has several features of great importance for sustainable economic growth in rural areas. The objective of this work is to evaluate the effects associated with different scenarios of growth, and changes in the regional agri-food industry. These scenarios simulate changes in exports and imports, changes in technology and changes in the level of industrial integration. We develop a computable general equilibrium model calibrated for the region. Our results indicate that policies trying to improve the competitiveness and dynamism of strategic sectors as the agro-industrial complex in this regional economy exert positive effects on its growth and income, having notable impacts on local job markets but also in other sectors and activities linked through the whole production chain.     

Effects of Free Trade on Women and Immigrants: CAFTA and the Rural Dominican Republic

We construct a disaggregated rural economywide model with a focus on gender and immigration as well as on the allocation of time to wage work, household production activities, and housework (reproduction). We use this model to simulate the impacts of the Dominican Republic-Central American Free Trade Agreement (DR-CAFTA) on rural incomes and welfare in the Dominican Republic. We find that elimination of agricultural import tariffs hurts both agricultural and non-agricultural households, via adverse factor-market effects, but impacts vary substantially by workers’ gender and country of origin. Females and Haitian immigrants tend to fare better than Dominican males, and there are ramifications for both market and non-market activities.

开发性金融对经济增长影响效应的动态分析

根据开发性金融理论及一般金融理论,对开发性金融与一般金融的差异进行比较分析;在借鉴一般金融与经济增长关系衡量指标的基础上,基于开发性金融对经济增长的基本作用路径,选取了开发性金融计量指标;运用夸克自回归模型对开发性金融对经济增长的影响强度进行动态测量。研究表明,开发性金融对经济增长的长期影响效应显著,明显大于一般金融对经济增长的长期影响效应,同时表现出很强的经济外部性。     

The Effect of Trust on Quality in the Culturally Diverse Tourism Industry

Abstract

Tourism can be interpreted as a system of different companies, which are often situated in different regional, geographical, political, economic and cultural backgrounds. Because of the tense interaction between customers and employees in tourism firms, understanding of the system plays a significant role to establish a high service quality. Furthermore customers have to offer trust to tourism firms, since the tourism product is characterized by high intangibility before consumption. Additionally trust building is hampered due to the diversity of people in tourism and the different firms in tourism, which have to cooperate. This paper analyzes trust building in tourism and presents strategies to improve trust.     

政府管控一般目标、总量结构和管控基本范畴

政府宏观经济管控目标具有多重性,包括保持社会总供给与总需求的平衡,促进经济再生产各环节及各产业、地区间的协调,不断提高人民生活水平调节社会分配,保护生态环境和自然资源,实现经济长期发展的良性循环和社会进步等,还包括经济目标"效率"和社会目标"均等"。宏观经济管理、调控和干预是三个既有联系又有区别的概念,而管控应当说包涵了三方面内容。管控的基本内容和手段实际也是市场机制调节功能的有机组成,客观上要求宏观经济调节机制必须通过市场机制起作用。     

关于我国物业管理模式的反思与再造

物业管理作为一种专业化、社会化、企业化的不动产管理模式,在我国已走过了30年的历程。但是,迄今为止,我国尚未形成真正的物业管理市场,没有形成成熟的符合我国国情的物业管理模式和管理制度。认为如不尽快探索出符合我国国情、民情和房屋建筑管理规律的物业管理模式,不仅无法使我国的物业管理走上可持续发展的道路,还会由于物业管理体制、机制、模式和制度的落后,引发大量的社会问题。基于此,在梳理我国物业管理30年实践的基础上,分析了我国现行物业管理模式存在的主要问题,提出了再造我国物业管理新模式的框架。
