等高线投影分析法及其在电子侦察卫星系统设计中的应用

基于覆盖分析和链路计算的基本方法,将卫星的轨道高度、空间 链路、侦察天线和接收处理能力等因素综合,提出了一种通用的等高线投影图形显示方法。 通过应用举例指出该方法可在不同轨道高度、不同天线方向图形状和指向,以及不同处理能 力等条件下分析卫星轨道和侦察载荷等参数的设计是否满足使用要求,从而为电子侦察卫星 系统的设计论证提供有力支撑。     

全球卫星导航系统星间链路层协议设计

分析了全球卫星导航系统（GNSS）发展的现状,指出建立GNSS星间链路（ISL）的需 求。针对这样的需求,提出以高级在轨系统（AOS）空间数据链路层协议建议书为参考来设 计适用于GNSS的星间链路层协议。对GNSS星间可能传输的业务信息基于AOS的建议进行了归 类,认为GNSS星间链路层协议可以使用AOS,具体给出了AOS建议下星间链路层协议的设计。 为使协议更适合GNSS ISL链路层,主要从3个方面对AOS进行改进,即：优化了虚拟信道数 据单元的结构,削减了3种服务,改进了虚拟信道调度与复用方法。对协议的性能进行了分 析仿真,得出了信道误码率、帧长、包长和吞吐量的关系,仿真结果表明所设计的协议可 作为GNSS星间链路协议设计的参考。

2008年5月12日汶川大地震发生后,四川旅游业受到前所未有的沉重打击。每年5月四川开始进入旅游旺季,而地震后的5月,四川旅游出现比淡季还淡的境况,为重振四川旅游业,汶川地震旅游环线提议浮出水面。本文从地震旅游的定义出发,介绍了汶川地震旅游环线的特点、主要旅游景观及对其可行性进行分析,并提出该提议对旅游业发展的意义。     

一个基于现实世界的大型Web参照数据集——UK2006 Datasets的初步研究

Effects of link placements in email newsletters on their click-through rate

Firms adopting email marketing strategy often complain about low click-through rate (CTR). Scarcity of attention in this digital economy requires including psychological aspects of consumer behavior into the design considerations of digital contents. In this study, we propose differential effects of link placements in email newsletter on their CTR. We explain the observed effects of link placements on CTR drawing concepts from psychology and visual heuristics. The empirical analysis confirms that when it comes to clicking on the links of a newsletter, the click-through follows a U-pattern, i.e. as users traverse the links placed on a U-path their responsiveness decreases gradually. Thus, links placed in the left region of an email newsletter have higher impact than those placed in the right region with links in the top-left region having highest impact. Insights gained from this study can be used in the design consideration of email newsletters.

The Advisor-SMF Client Relationship: Impact,Satisfaction and Commitment

This paper investigates the relationship between the type of business advisors used by SMEs and the level of impact and satisfaction a SME receives. The role of other influences, such as the intensity and cost of the service, and the level of commitment to an advisor by the client are also investigated. A structural equation path model is estimated from survey information for SMEs in Britain. The analysis shows that customer impact, satisfaction and re-use intentions are related to the character of the firm (particularly its size), the intensity and cost of services, but is only marginally influenced by the geographical distance between advisor and client. Affective commitment, measured by the level of the ‘trust’ of the advisor by the client, is shown not to be significant, except for public sector and business association suppliers. The importance of trust to these suppliers, despite the low satisfaction levels they achieve, is argued to be incompatible with attempts to charge fees, as has been sought for the government network of Business Link. Both business associations and public sector support bodies therefore have severe limitations in combining their broader roles with a commercially- based fee-based income strategy.
