养身保健酒的制作工艺

采用银杏叶、沙棘叶和绞股蓝茎叶为主要原料,辅加名贵中药肉桂,经提取、加工、调色配制而成的30°养身保健酒,是一种色香味俱佳的低度保健酒,具有增强机体免疫力、降血脂、改善心脑血液循环、抗疲劳、防癌抗癌、抗衰老等功效。通过比色法和吸光度测定,其主要保健有效成分绞股蓝总皂甙含量为22mg/100ml,总黄酮含量为20mg/100ml。     

Information Sharing,Price Negotiation and Management Buy-outs of Private Family-owned Firms

Perspectives relating to agency theory, information asymmetries and game theory were utilized to explore two outcomes associated with the management buy-out (MBO) or management buy-in (MBI) of former private firms: whether information was shared equally between vendors (i.e., family firm owners) and purchasers (i.e., MBO/I management teams) and whether a mutually agreed price was achieved. With reference to the themes of company ownership structure, governance structure and company objectives several hypotheses were derived. Survey evidence was gathered from the managers of 114 former private family-owned firms located across Europe that recently reported an MBO/I. Multiple logistic regression analysis detected that respondents in founded (first generation) family firms and those reporting a high focus on the strategic importance of the market value increment were more likely to report that ‘information was shared equally between vendors and purchasers’. Respondents reporting no suitable family successor had been identified, a high focus on the strategic importance of the market value increment, and the involvement of venture capitalists in succession planning were more likely to report that a mutually agreed sale price had been achieved. Implications for practitioners and researchers are discussed.      

Are voters rationally ignorant? An empirical study of Portuguese local elections

The application of the rational choice postulate to a political context invariably leads to the conclusion that most voters are ill informed when making the decision on whom to vote for. In this paper, the authors conduct an empirical evaluation of the rational ignorance theory, based on the model developed by (Rogoff and Sibert Rev Econ Stud LV:1–16, (1988) and by considering that better informed voters reward political candidates who show better performances. The levels of performance are established through the construction of an empirical frontier using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology. According to our results, based on the 1997 Portuguese local elections, even though swing voters do not necessarily behave as rationally ignorant voters, a large majority of voters are rationally ignorant.

社会医疗保险中的道德风险及对策分析

文章分析了社会医疗保险中道德风险问题的表现形式:来自参保人员的道德风险,来自医疗机构的道德风险,包括医患合谋、信息不对称、医疗消费的特殊性,我国目前社会医疗保险制度的漏洞等问题,并提出了防范社会医疗保险中道德风险问题产生的对策。     

城镇医疗保险改革对预防性储蓄有挤出效应吗？

利用中国健康与营养调查（CHNS）数据和倍差法,分析1998年的城镇医疗保险改革对预防性储蓄的影响,实证发现：城镇医疗保险改革对预防性储蓄没有挤出效应;对贫困个体而言,医疗保险改革甚至使其增加了预防性储蓄。医疗支出风险并没有随着改革的推进而降低,是我国城镇医疗保险改革对储蓄没有影响的重要原因。     

美国健康医疗服务产业研究及对上海市的启示

随着生活水平的提高,人口规模的持续增大、人口结构日益的老龄化,人们对健康保健的需求层次、需求广度发生了巨大的变化,对多元化及多层次的健康服务需求大大增加。文章以全球医疗健康服务业最发达的波士顿地区为例,概况总结其健康服务业集群发展机理。同时,文章将上海12km2健康医疗密集区与波士顿作对比研究,旨在为上海市健康医疗服务业的发展提供一些借鉴与启示。     

促进医药卫生改革的税收政策研究

我国医药卫生领域现行税收政策与新一轮医药卫生体制改革目标存在一定冲突。现行税收政策不利于医疗行业公益性目标的实现,不利于吸引民营资本进入,不利于营利性民营医疗机构的发展,不利于鼓励商业健康保险的发展。我国应建立和完善能够与医药卫生体制改革目标相适应的税收政策体系,包括医疗服务营业税及税收优惠制度、医疗机构所得税税收优惠制度、药品增值税及税收优惠制度、商业健康保险税收优惠制度等。     

Modelling and Estimation for Bivariate Financial Returns

Maximum likelihood estimates are obtained for long data sets of bivariate financial returns using mixing representation of the bivariate (skew) Variance Gamma (VG) and two (skew) t distributions. By analysing simulated and real data, issues such as asymptotic lower tail dependence and competitiveness of the three models are illustrated. A brief review of the properties of the models is included. The present paper is a companion to papers in this journal by Demarta & McNeil and Finlay & Seneta.     

论思想道德教育及心理健康

邓小平同志曾经提出"教育要面向四个现代化,面向世界,面向未来"。在现代教育中,学生的思想道德教育是重要的一环。健康的心理来源于良好的思想道德观念,良好的思想道德促进了人的健康心理,促进了人格的健康和完善,促进了人的全面发展。     

基于特征差异的大学生心理健康统计分析

大学生心理健康问题日益严峻,大学生特征差异客观存在。首先采用大学生健康测量表(UPI,共64个问题)测评了湖南某高校大学生心理健康状况,结果问题严重。然后着重对大学生的基本状况特征差异对UPI影响的显著性进行了检验,结果发现性别差异、入学时间差异、独生与非独生、是否学生干部、出生农村与城镇、贫困与非贫困方面等方面存在显著性差异。建议教育部门有针对性地对大学生开展心理健康教育工作。
