信息的贮存过程就是信息的编码过程,研究信息编码形式、编码的有效性和信息编码方法,对大学英语的教学和学习都有一定的指导意义。     

信息化背景下的阅读教学策略

随着社会信息化步伐的加快和互联网的逐步普及，中学生的阅读视野不断扩大，阅读方法发生了很大变化，阅读多媒体化正在逐渐取代传统的文字文本阅读，这使中学生的阅读心理发生变化，语言感受能力面临退化，从而对中学语文阅读教学提出挑战。事实上，即使在信息化时代，文字文本的阅读及阅读教学依然具有不可替代性，它肩负着承传和弘扬民族文化、塑料学生健康人格的重任，是学生形成终身学习能力的需要。因此，面对挑战，阅读教学必须具有相应的策略。     

Toward a more practical approach to evaluating programs: The Multi‐Objective Realization approach

Emerging trends indicate that programs are being used to deliver benefits that may not be fully harnessed from single sets of uncoordinated projects. To support this movement, it is essential to have suitable measurement frameworks to assess the contribution of these activities and supply decision makers with valuable data on whether their objectives are being realized. This paper introduces the Multi‐Objective Realization Method (MORE) to help measure the strategic contributions of programs. The main principles of MORE underline the importance of a formal strategy to elicit and develop program objectives and to frame those objectives within defined measurement dimensions.     

浅析矿山生产能力确定及优化

矿山生产能力确定是矿山生产能否形成最大利润的重要指标,因其影响因素较多,在用传统的方法上不可能所有因素都能考虑,为实现诸因素综合影响,只有从灰色信息系统来达到。通过灰色系统决策—灰色效果测量建模;层次分析—层次结构建模;最后的灰色决策达到优化。该方法考虑了决策中的诸影响因素,根据各因素的权重进行灰色定量决策,理论上更具有科学性。     

Assessment of non-recurrent congestion caused by precipitation using archived weather and traffic flow data

Since precipitation has a negative impact on traffic congestion, there have been various studies for modeling the relationship between precipitation and its impact on traffic flow. However, due to limitations on existing data, none of the previous studies have accounted for the estimation of the total delay caused by precipitation. The objective of this study is to estimate the non-recurrent traffic congestion on freeways caused by precipitation. To accomplish this objective, archived weather and traffic data for the year 2008 from the Korean Freeway Systems was collected and analyzed. As a result, non-recurrent traffic congestion was about 1.6 million vehicle-hours due to rainfall and 186,000 vehicle-hours due to snowfall in 2008. In addition, simple analyses were performed to describe the average non-recurrent traffic congestion per unit distance as a function of precipitation and a function of the time period of precipitation. Although precipitation events might not be handled by human efforts, these results will assist in making strategic plans such as active speed management and contingency planning for mitigating traffic congestion due to precipitation.

现代财务理论以企业价值最大化为理财目标,如何对管理者实行有效的激励是财务理论研究中一个十分重要的问题。本文通过构建一个关于信息搜集的非合作博弈模型分析了不同的权力配置结构对委托人和代理人的行为所产生的影响,从而从理论上说明了权力如何在股东和管理者之间进行分配将决定企业的价值。

A Model Forecasting Risk for Emerging Market Currencies

In this paper, we propose a risk forecasting model for emerging market currencies. Our model is based on the Markov regime switch which is constructed by exploiting daily equity market information, and we show that our model outperforms the existing model using macroeconomic information. We evaluate it by the performance measures, the goodness-of-fit and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test.
