IT生产率悖论对我国乡镇企业信息化建设的启示

随着我国农业信息化进程的不断推进，乡镇企业目前正面临着由信息技术所引起的成功诱惑和失败困惑，乡镇企业实施信息化的效果越来越受到各方面的关注。“IT生产率悖论”是探讨信息技术投入效果的研究理论之一，文章回顾和总结了“IT生产率悖论”相关研究的历程和各阶段的一些成果，并结合我国乡镇企业具体情况，探讨了“IT生产率悖论”的研究对于我国乡镇企业信息化的启示。     

A Sticky Information Phillips Curve for South Africa

Mankiw and Reis propose the Sticky Information Phillips Curve (SIPC) as an alternative to the standard New Keynesian Phillips Curve to address empirical shortcomings in the latter. A SIPC for South Africa is estimated, and we find estimates of information updating probability between 0.69 and 0.81, somewhat higher than suggested by methods using micro‐evidence. Because the estimation requires data on expectations of current period inflation and output gap conditional on sequences of earlier period information sets, we provide a detailed analysis of the impact on our estimates of alternative proxies available in South Africa.     

Corporate hierarchy and vertical information flow inside the firm—a behavioral view

Little is known about how corporate hierarchies influence managers' propensity to pass information upward within the firm. Two streams of literature arrive at seemingly conflicting and untested predictions. Information economists maintain that middle managers pass more suggestions up the firm's line of command as the corporate hierarchy increases in order to avoid corporate omission errors. In contrast, scholars of organizational psychology suggest that hierarchies lead to evaluation apprehension and foster a perceived lack of control among mid‐level managers, leading to their reduced willingness to, and interest in, passing information up within the organization. Drawing on field data and model‐guided experimental studies, we provide original empirical evidence for the relevance of all the mechanisms above, and we delineate the conditions under which either mechanism prevails. 基于博弈论的云环境下跨组织知识共享研究

计算技术不仅大大促进了经济的发展,而且在知识管理领域也产生了深刻的影响。基于知识共享行为的动态特征,构建云环境下组织间知识共享的动态博弈模型。研究表明,只有建设有效的搭便车防范措施,才有可能构建积极的知识共享环境,并且知识共享双方云能力的提高有助于促进积极知识共享环境的形成。     

甘肃农村居民信息消费与收入关系的实证研究

运用回归分析、协整分析和Granger因果检验等方法对1978—2011年甘肃农村居民的信息消费与收入的关系进行实证分析。结果表明二者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,甘肃农村居民人均纯收入的增加促进了其信息消费的增长,同时甘肃农村居民收入增长在很大程度上也得益于该地区信息消费水平的提高。因此,在此基础上提出相应的措施,以扩大甘肃农村居民的信息消费支出,这对促进农村信息消费结构的优化、升级,推动农村信息化建设的进程有着重大的现实意义。     

试论信息化条件下我军作战的主要形式

我国社会主义的国家性质,世界新军事变革的客观要求,以及我军建设发展的现状特点,迫切要求我军在信息化条件下必须采取全新的作战方式,包括情报信息战、结构瘫痪战、多维制空战、立体游击战、综合火力战、网络对抗战、电磁干扰战、联合反恐战、心理攻击战、舆论宣传战等形式,从而适应时代特点,打赢信息化条件下的反侵略、反分裂、反恐怖的防御性人民战争。     

供应链在家纺产业人力资源管理中的应用

人力资源供应链管理是企业运用供应链原理进行人力资源的供求信息控制,实现人力资源系统化与集成化的网链管理模式。家纺企业人力资源供应链管理旨在加强人力资源供应商、人力资源部门、人力资源需求部门三方的联动协同,促进产业人力资源供需平衡,实现人力资源价值最大化,从而解决家纺产业人力资源供需结构性矛盾。构建家纺企业人力资源供应链模型需要在需求预测的基础上,明确供应链成员的职责,特别加强对人力资源供应商评估和选择,通过建立完善的人力资源分销系统和信息管理系统,实现供应链的正常运转。     

Salesperson Resistance to Sharing Market Intelligence in Sub-Saharan Africa

This article presents a framework for exploring salesperson(s) resistance to sharing market intelligence in emerging markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. The authors propose that resistance to sharing market intelligence with relevant others, including the firm, coworkers, intermediaries, and sales managers, is a function of various individual, leadership, and organizational (firm) factors. This framework helps researchers understand how and why resistance develops among salespeople. Moreover, implications from these findings are presented to assist practitioners who wish to persuade and encourage African salespeople to share market intelligence for the benefit of their firms.     

互联网金融信息安全风险及其防范

互联网金融在促进小微企业提升融资环境、优化金融资源配置、迎合个人投资需求、提高金融体系包容性、推动普惠金融发展、弥补传统银行融资渠道不足等方面具有不可替代的作用,但同时互联网金融却面临着账号被盗、资金被窃、交易受骗以及财产受损等诸多潜在的信息安全风险,这需要政府、企业和投资者三方共同努力,各司其职,对互联网金融信息安全风险进行防范,以更好地推动我国互联网金融健康快速发展。     

中国公共征信的运营、问题及对策

当前,我国公共征信建设主要在国家与地方两个层面展开,中国人民银行和商务部实质上构成了国家层面公共征信建设的主体,各省区市以社会信用体系建设为依托开展了区域性公共征信建设。这使得我国公共征信形成条块分割与局部垄断共存的碎片化局面,在一定程度上限制了公共征信发展的空间。今后,应通过信用立法、制定相关政策等,解决我国公共征信建设中存在的问题。
