客户关系管理具有理念性强、注重实际操作和运营、方法性和技术性强等特点。同程网是目前国内一流的旅游电子商务平台之一,也是我国唯一拥有B2B旅游企业间平台和B2C大众旅游平台的电子商务网站。针对同程网在客户关系管理中出现的网络营销互动平台需要进一步发展、操作流程过于繁杂、一线员工流动性较高,以及品牌效应不强等问题,同程网应采取开发联接景点与游客的互动平台,优化企业内部的操作流程,灵活设计一线员工管理制度和方法,提高品牌效应等优化措施,以促进企业更好地发展。     

辽宋时期谍战的运用

在辽宋160多年并存关系中，宋辽战争长达二十五年，其间有休战，有和谈，主要战役将近十个，不论是在战时还是在和平时期两国间展开的谍战非常频繁。本文通过整理辽、宋间谍的史料记载，研究辽、宋关系中间谍的运用和发挥的作用，从而揭示两国战争与和平时期的特殊关系。     

城镇化质量与环境规制强度的关系——以江苏省13个地级市为例

依据2005—2019年江苏省各地级市面板数据,使用象限图分类识别方法和耦合协调度模型,探究2005—2019年各地级市环境规制强度和城镇化质量之间的协调性.结果表明:2005—2019年,江苏省不同地级市的环境规制强度和城镇化质量均不一致,总体水平较低;同时协调类型空间分异显著,从整体状况来看,呈现了由南向北递减的格局,南部城市整体水平更高,二者的协调发展还有待更进一步研究.     

When do consumers feel betrayal and face-loss? Examining service communality and social presence types in service failures

This study investigates the importance of consumer–restaurant relationship norms (service communality) in connection with consumer–companion social presence types (business versus private) in producing consumers’ feelings of betrayal and face-loss in service failures. The results suggest that consumers felt more betrayed and face-loss in service failures as service communality increased. In addition, social presence types moderated the effect of service communality on face-loss, suggesting consumers in private social presence situations were more sensitive to face-loss as service communality increases. These findings were integrated into a discussion of theoretical and managerial implications regarding restaurant service management.

When the Music Stops Playing: Post-litigation Relationship Dissolution in Franchising

Franchise relationships engender franchisor–franchisee conflicts and are prone to premature dissolution. Building on agency theory and institutional theory, this study examines what specific reasons – from both franchisors’ and franchisees’ perspectives – may cause post-litigation relationship dissolution (PLRD) and how franchise regulations moderate these relationships. We argue that both franchisor and franchisee may misrepresent themselves before their relationship begins (adverse selection) and behave opportunistically after the contract is signed (moral hazard), that is, ‘dual agency’. Based on 20-year archival records of franchisor–franchisee relationship histories gleaned from multiple data sources, we found that PLRD is likely to be caused by franchisors’ passive moral hazard and by franchisees’ active moral hazard. In addition, franchisor adverse selection has a greater impact on PLRD than franchisee adverse selection. With regards to regulatory influences, the presence of relationship law weakens the impact of franchisees’ passive moral hazard, but not their active moral hazard, on PLRD. Contrary to what we hypothesize, the presence of registration law amplifies the impact of franchisee adverse selection on PLRD. Ultimately, this study creates a better understanding of the antecedents and curbing mechanisms of PLRD in franchising.     

How Does Corporate Social Responsibility Affect Consumer Response to Service Failure in Buyer–Seller Relationships?

The researchers investigate how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects customer response following service failure within the context of buyer–seller relationships. A series of three experiments demonstrate that CSR is more effective under communal (vs. exchange) relationship norms, consistent with the alignment of CSR with the communal norm of concern for the needs of others. The effectiveness of CSR is also shown to vary as a function of company motives and CSR framing, serving as theoretically and managerially relevant boundary conditions. Together, these findings increase our understanding of how and when CSR will have a positive impact on consumers and, in turn, companies via customer satisfaction and loyalty.     

The Monitoring Incentive of Transactional and Relationship Lenders: Evidence from the Syndicated Loan Market

We identify a group of lenders specializing in syndicating tradable loans (referred to as transactional lenders [TLs]). We show that borrowers borrowing from TLs experience worse operating performance and more severe credit quality deterioration after loan origination compared to those borrowing from relationship lenders. This difference in the postloan issue performance remains robust after controlling for the potential self‐selection of the lender type, or using percentage of traded loans out of all syndicated loans to capture lenders’ propensity for syndicating tradable loans. Our results also remains qualitatively the same after we drop various types of risky loans.

金融深化与对外贸易对经济发展具有重要影响。就珠三角地区来说,金融深化与对外贸易发展之间呈显著正相关,金融相关率的提高有利于外贸发展。金融部门应抓住珠三角地区经济转型机遇,加快金融制度改革,不断完善金融市场,以市场化倒逼机制提高资金的使用效率;加快金融创新,发展互联网金融,为外贸发展提供多种融资渠道;进一步鼓励港澳金融机构在珠三角地区布点,支持港澳资本参股珠三角地区中小商业银行,利用港澳资本的管理优势和先进经验发展非银行金融机构;加大科技投入,加强专业人才队伍建设,提高出口商品科技含量,以贸易主体调整带动金融服务的高品质、多样化,从而发挥外贸对金融深化的引导作用。
