酒店内部信任与员工绩效关系研究——以F公司为例

本文主要目的是通过实地调查法分析F公司员工内部信任与绩效的关系,以员工工作满意度,员工离职倾向,员工绩效考核结果三个指标作为员工绩效指标,考量了绩效指标和信任度的关系。并分析得出影响员工信任度的重要因素,并试图通过提高员工内部信任度来激励员工,增加绩效。     

Temporal and spatial variability of agricultural land loss in relation to policy and accessibility in a low hilly region of southeast China

The temporal and spatial patterns in land use change in a low hilly region in southeast of China was analyzed from maps of converted agricultural land for 1999–2006. The factors driving farm land conversion was analyzed using logistic regression models. The amount of agricultural land loss varied temporally, and the spatial distribution of converted agricultural land patches decreased from low to high altitudes in the study area. Analysis using logistic regression models showed that good accessibility sped up the conversion of agricultural land to other uses, the elevation of a parcel lowered the risk of conversion, and agricultural land conversions are highly correlated with its adjacent or neighboring parcels’ land use, with the probability of being converted decreasing as the distance to nearest construction land increases. In addition, land use policy, especially the land use regulation policy issued by the central government decreased the agricultural land loss, and the more stringent regulation on cultivated land conversion lowered the possibility of conversion from cultivated land to other use.     

我国粮食产后损失情况概述

本文系统分析了粮食产后各环节损失的原因及损失量,针对相关粮食损失原因及状况,提出了减少粮食产后损失的措施及建议,以期为我国实现节粮减损提供支持。     

工作满意度、组织承诺与工作绩效之间的实证研究

在现代高强度的工作环境下,企业竞争越来越依靠于人才的配置。为了吸引和留住人才,越来越多的企业更加关注公司员工的感受和需求,在提高员工满意度的同时提高员工的工作绩效,保障企业的高效低成本运作。员工满意度、组织承诺、工作绩效是企业能否长时间留住人才的主要指标,对于企业人力资源管理有着重要意义。从理论上来说,通过实证研究可以具体量化三者之间的关系;从实践上来说,对三者之间影响关系的清楚认识可以为企业人力资源部门提供制度和政策上的指导,从而降低企业的人力成本、提高企业运作的效率。研究的主要内容为通过问卷收集的方法,以各类企业员工为研究对象,探究员工满意度、组织承诺和工作绩效之间的相关关系,建立员工满意度、组织承诺和工作绩效三者之间的量化研究模型。根据研究结果,给企业人力资源管理部门提出具有建设性的建议,以在减少成本的同时促进企业的高效运作,使企业更具凝聚力。     

风险溢价、预期损失与预测贷款损失准备金

在信贷市场完全信息的假设下,以贷款风险溢价为基础计提的贷款损失准备金能够完全覆盖贷款预期损失.而在经济或行业处于繁荣或上升时期,银行扩张贷款总量、增加长期贷款、放松贷款标准的行为,实际上低估了贷款预期损失.应用马尔科夫链预测理论构建的预测贷款准备金模型,克服了预期现金流折现法、动态准备金法和压力测试准备金法存在的实施难度大、监管制约等缺陷,能够保持银行经营的稳定以及客观地反映盈利状况,可以作为改革贷款准备金政策的参考.     

身份“差序格局”对劳务派遣员工的工作投入影响研究

随着劳务派遣制的普遍使用,企业中正式员工与劳务派遣员工身份"差序格局"的矛盾逐渐凸显出来,对劳务派遣员工的工作投入造成了重要影响。本文从个体和组织两个层面探索了劳务派遣员工工作投入的影响因素,在此基础上分析了身份"差序格局"对劳务派遣员工工作投入的影响机理,并针对劳务派遣员工的实际情况提出了构建其高工作投入机制的应对策略。     

Poverty, Risk Aversion, and Path Dependence in Low-Income Countries: Experimental Evidence from Ethiopia

In most low-income countries, rural households depend on mixed rain-fed agriculture/livestock production, which is very risky. Due to numerous market failures, there are few ways to shift risks to third parties. The literature has focused on what determines the responses of households in such environments. Of special concern are path dependencies in which households experiencing failure are prone to further failure and potential poverty traps. This paper estimates levels and determinants of risk aversion in the highlands of Ethiopia. We find high risk aversion and evidence that constraints have important impacts on risk-averting behavior with perhaps significant implications for long-term poverty. The results also suggest the possibility of path dependence and offer insights into links between risk aversion and poverty traps.     

The realistic preview may not yield career satisfaction

Based on 155 completed surveys from hospitality management alumni from three mid-Atlantic 4-year programs, this study suggests that a realistic preview of the industry gained in an experiential learning component may not, alone, be the key to early career satisfaction. While graduates reportedly believe they understand the expectations of the industry, they are expressing dissatisfaction in their first career positions. For human resource professionals, this study would indicate that special attention should be directed to the first-position college graduate, as 23% of respondents in this study reported leaving the industry altogether after the first management position.

基于员工满意度的物流企业人力资源管理研究

在人力资源理论研究的基础上,分析了影响物流员工工作满意度的主要因素,并结合实际案例,探讨了当前物流企业员工工作满意度的现状,在此基础上寻求提高员工满意度的人力资源管理途径。
