我国农村社会保障监督体系现状与对策研究

社会保障是社会发展两级分化的重要“平衡器”，其出发点是为了化解人们在生活中的矛盾和风险。健全的社会保障制度是建立和谐社会的必然要求，尤其是在社会保障体系相对比较落后的农村地区。完善的社会保障监督体系是有效保障农民社会权益的关键所在。

The Race to Connect East Asia: An Unending Steeplechase

East Asia has become more integrated as a region over the past quarter century. In looking ahead, this article identifies five central obstacles to further regionalism. Three address the composition of any future East Asian region: the arenas in which cooperation is sought, the geographic scope of any future region, and the extent to which regional ties are formalized. The other two variables will influence the future regardless of how the first three are resolved: the structure and balance of domestic political forces, and leadership. The complex interactions of these five are then examined in the recent moves toward preferential trade pacts, increased regional monetary and financial cooperation, and security.     

Digital Security Tokens and Their Derivatives

Digital objects in network commerce cause new credit risks (e.g., by an unpredictable certificate revocation). Financial theories can be used to estimate these risks but theories firstly need models. This paper models the objects as security token (setok). Each setok has its price, values, timestamp, and contents. Not only the price but also the values can be uncertain and cause risks. In order to hedge such risks, an option written on the value is introduced and priced. The pricing can be used to estimate parameters which describe the uncertainty. Discussions include how systematic the revocation risk is.

The Formation and Development of Modern Firm Financial Governance Theory

This paper points out the drawbacks of traditional financial governance. After introducing Chinese and western economists＇ researches on firm financial governance theory, we put forward modern finn financial governance system, which is based on the core of finance-rights allocation. In our opinion, the theory of finance-rights is the important cornerstone of the theory of financial finance-rights theory. Financial governance structure system is the basic framework of the research of financial governance.     

产权清晰,还是产权合理化--国有企业产权改革的目标选择

"产权清晰"的提法不够准确,对国有企业改革产生了误导.因此,提倡"产权合理化"可能比"产权清晰"更符合改革要求.这具体表现在三个方面:一是产权合理化比产权清晰更能完整地包含产权的内涵;二是产权合理化不仅包括产权归属清晰,还包括产权的严格保护与自由顺畅流转;三是从整个国有经济布局来看,产权合理化是指合理调整国有经济在不同行业的分布,做到有进有退,确保社会主义公有制的主导作用.
