关于新农村文化建设创新的探讨

新农村文化建设创新是建设社会主义新农村的重要环节。本文分析了我国农村文化建设中存在的问题,从完善政府公共服务职能,搞好公益性文化事业和农村文化产业创新两个方面探讨农村文化建设创新的相关问题。     

浅谈网站设计思路

随着时代步伐的前进,时代的概念也在逐渐变化,互联网的迅速发展,网站建设成为其中一个重要课题。本文通过对网站设计原则的分析,旨在找出比较适合时代发展的网站设计方法与理念。     

基于业务流程再造下的内部控制设计

现代企业的生存与发展面临着各种风险,在后金融危机时代,内部控制作为防范和控制风险的重要手段,被越来越多的企业所重视。新形势下,我国先后出台了《企业内部控制基本规范》及相关的三部配套指引,标志着适合我国企业内部控制规范体系已基本建成,而企业如何设计自己的内控制度并有效实施成为企业发展中的关键问题。其中,改造和优化企业业务流程已成为主流,但在新流程的运转过程中又蕴含着较大的风险,如何有效控制这些风险,保障新流程的正常运行正是企业内部控制设计的关键和出发点。     

志愿者组织对公民道德建设的作用探析

在社会转型期各种矛盾叠加凸显的形势下,加强公民道德建设,用社会主义核心价值体系凝聚民心人气,加快全面小康社会建设进程至关重要。在公民道德建设中,必须充分发挥民间组织的积极作用,尤其要重点把握志愿者组织六个方面的功能和作用：对传统美德的传承和发展功能;对社会公德、职业道德的提升和强化功能;对社会资源的整合和凝聚功能;对公平正义、社会和谐的推动和促进功能;对政府失灵、市场失灵的补充和完善功能;对多元文化的融合和提炼功能。     

The equilibrium manifold keeps the memory of individual demand functions

Summary. It is shown that the property that the equilibrium manifold keeps the memory of the individual demand functions holds true if every individual demand function satisfies the following three properties: 1) It is a function of commodity prices and of consumers income; 2) Consumption belongs to the nonnegative orthant of the commodity space; 3) Walras law. Neither differentiability nor continuity are necessary. Arbitrary small indivisibilities

Summary. Arbitrary small indivisibilities may play an important role when the strong survival assumption does not hold. A hierarchic price is a finite ordered family of price vectors . It extends the notion of exchange values proposed by Gay [15]. These price notions were introduced in order to establish the existence of a generalized competitive equilibrium without the strong survival assumption. We show that a hierarchic price models phenomena related to small indivisibilities which the standard approach may not capture. More precisely, we prove in the framework of linear exchange economies that a hierarchic price may be seen as a standard price of an economy with arbitrary small indivisibilities. Theoretical conditions under which monetary policies are effective and practical obstacles to their verification

Summary. We derive (i) necessary and sufficient and (ii) sufficient conditions for monetary policies to conform to what the literature characterizes as good policies. Equilibria in rent-seeking contests with homogeneous success functions

Summary. We characterize pure-strategy Nash equilibria for symmetric rent-seeking contests in which the contest success function is homogeneous of degree zero. Log-concave probability and its applications

Summary. In many applications, assumptions about the log-concavity of a probability distribution allow just enough special structure to yield a workable theory. This paper catalogs a series of theorems relating log-concavity and/or log-convexity of probability density functions, distribution functions, reliability functions, and their integrals. We list a large number of commonly-used probability distributions and report the log-concavity or log-convexity of their density functions and their integrals. 研究生态系统服务及其经济价值评价的理论与方法，已成为当前国内外可持续发展评估研究的焦点和重要内容。本文分析了森林生态系统服务功能价值评价研究的意义．论述了近年来国内外森林生态系统服务功能价值评价研究的进展，指出了其中存在的主要问题．并在此基础上探讨了森林生态系统服务功能价值评价研究的方向与重点，以期为今后的研究提供参考。
