浅析我国当前通货膨胀的成因及治理对策建议

稳定物价已成为政府宏观调控的重中之重。为避免由于种种原因形成的通货膨胀给我国经济发展带来较大的负面影响,我们必须采取相关措施,要持续的将总量政策和结构政策相很好的组合起来,进行短期应急计划和措施与建立能长期保证制度正常运行并发挥预期功能的制度体系相结合,综合的采取各种各样的政策组合,比较有指向性地使用各种各样的措施在一定程度上减少对造成物价上涨的各种不利因素,抑制通货膨胀蔓延,使我国经济稳定的发展。     

我国近期通货膨胀的影响因素与治理对策

自08年金融危机以来,我国通货膨胀的问题随着2009年经济呈现"v"型反转的出现也显现出来了,而且呈现愈加严重的情况.本文对当前我国的经济形势进行了分析,从而对形成我国通货膨胀的主要原因进行了研究总结,并提出了相应的治理对策.     

货币供给、通货膨胀和粮食价格波动互动关系研究

在VAR模型和方差分解基础上,利用1997年以来的月度数据,分析货币供应量、通货膨胀和粮食价格之间的关系。结果显示：通货膨胀对粮食价格有显著影响,存在货币供应量、通货膨胀到粮食价格变动这一传导途径,同时发现通货膨胀有较强的自身惯性,通过抑制粮食价格来控制通货膨胀是无效的。     

提升经济性薪酬心理价值的途径探析

提高经济性薪酬激励效果的关键在于提升其对员工的心理价值。应针对员工偏好,提高员工对经济性薪酬的效价判断,运用适当的组织分配程序和形式,赋予经济性薪酬特定的象征价值,放大员工对经济性薪酬的整体感知价值。     

Money,Bitcoin, and Monetary Policy

A search-theoretic model is constructed, where money and Bitcoin can be used as mediums of exchange. We investigate how each currency facilitates transactions and how they compete with each other. Quantitative analysis shows that welfare in an economy with both money and Bitcoin is lower than in a money-only economy due to congestions in the confirmation of Bitcoin transactions and that the welfare gap between the two economies expands as inflation rises. Moreover, an increase in transaction fees for Bitcoin can increase welfare by reducing inefficient Bitcoin transactions.     

Does Monetary Policy Affect Income Inequality in the Euro Area?

This paper examines how the ECB's expansionary monetary policy affects income inequality in 10 euro area countries over the period 1999–2014. We distinguish two channels—labor-market and financial—through which monetary policy can have distributional effects. The labor-market channel is captured by wages and employment and the financial channel by asset prices and returns. We find that expansionary monetary policy in the euro area reduces income inequality, especially in the periphery countries. The labor-market channel enhances the equalizing effect: monetary expansion reduces income inequality stronger by raising wages and employment. There is limited evidence for the financial channel.     

剔除食品和能源的核心通货膨胀度量方法

文章以2000年1月至2015年5月月度同比CPI分类价格指数时间序列数据为基础建立协整关系和 共特征向量检验。实证分析表明我国CPI分类指数时间序列之间长期存在共同趋势,短期存 在共同周期。因此,在我国使用剔除食品和能源的核心通货膨胀测算方法是不合理的。本文 进一步提出我国中央银行在制定货币政策时,应同时关注官方公布的核心通货膨胀和通货膨 胀,以免使货币政策对食品和能源价格上涨反应不足或反应过度,以及提出我国核心通货膨 胀的测算还应关注CPI结构的建议。     

通货膨胀与人民币升值悖论

对通货膨胀与人民币升值"悖论"的解释分为两个方面:导致通货膨胀不能"替代"人民币升值的原因是人民币升值预期的持续性和稳定性;导致人民币升值不能"替代"通货膨胀的原因是人民币汇率升值与通货膨胀传导机制失效,本轮通货膨胀主要是受食品价格上涨拉动的结构型通货膨胀,而非输入性通货膨胀,以及物价上涨的原因的多样性。

我国法定存款准备金政策工具有效性分析

文章从三个层次对我国法定存款准备金政策工具的有效性做出实证分析:在促进最终目标实现的层面上,运用定性方法展开讨论,认为法定存款准备金率调整对稳定物价、抵御经济波动的作用有限;在影响中介目标的层面上,结合相关分析和定性分析方法,发现法定存款准备金率与信贷量呈正相关关系,法定存款准备金率的调整有助于稳定货币供应量的增长速度;在中介目标到最终目标的传导层面上,运用格兰杰因果分析,认为货币供应量对总产出和物价的影响不足。此外,文章探讨了紧缩性货币政策时期准备金政策工具低效的几个原因:超额准备金、外汇占款、通胀预期、银行外流动性。
