Reforma laboral en Turquía mediante la transposición de normas de múltiples fuentes

Basándose en investigaciones recientes sobre «ideas en circulación» y «transposición», el autor analiza la introducción y adaptación de normas internacionales del trabajo de la OIT y directivas de la UE durante el proceso de reforma laboral en Turquía por los interlocutores sociales y la comisión que redactó la Ley del Trabajo de 2003. Tras examinar las motivaciones de todos ellos, se describe el proceso por el cual se modificaron y adaptaron dichas normas, conservando en ocasiones componentes de la antigua legislación, como las disposiciones sobre indemnización por despido.     

Progress in the quantity of financial information in the public sector in Mexico following the LGCG

This work evaluates the amount, quality, and harmonization of the financial information published by Mexico City, the states, and the Federal Government during the period of 2008–2012, following the approval of the General Law of Government Accounting (LGCG). Firstly, the requirements indicated by the CONAC and subsequently by the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) are used to evaluate the publication of financial statements. Secondly, the compliance of the publication of the accounts indicated by IPSAS 1, 2 and 17 is reported. Finally, the harmonization of the financial statements is studied through the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) to determine if the financial statements are comparable with one another. The results indicate that the public sector has increased the amount, quality, and harmonization of the financial information published during the study period.     

TIC y crecimiento de la productividad del trabajo en el África Subsahariana

Se investigan los efectos de las TIC en la productividad del trabajo en 43 países subsaharianos. Se observa que el desarrollo de la telefonía fija y móvil celular estimula el crecimiento de la productividad en forma de retornos crecientes, lo cual confirma la presencia de efectos de red: cuando se duplica la tasa de penetración de la telefonía fija y de la móvil, el crecimiento de la productividad del trabajo aumenta en alrededor de 0,12–0,15 por ciento y 0,05 por ciento, respectivamente. La inclusión financiera aparece como uno de los posibles vectores de los efectos de la telefonía móvil en la productividad en los países estudiados.     

Relación entre el empleo juvenil y el de los trabajadores de edad en 20 países de la OCDE

Numerosos países de la OCDE, inspirados por la teoría de la «cantidad fija de trabajo», han promovido políticas de jubilación anticipada en respuesta al aumento del desempleo desde los años setenta. En realidad, se ha observado una correlación positiva entre empleo juvenil y empleo de personas de edad en el conjunto de la OCDE sobre la base de estimaciones promedio. Dada la falta de estudios que exploren la heterogeneidad que dichos promedios podrían esconder, el autor investiga las diferencias en cuanto a dicha relación entre 20 países de la OCDE mediante análisis de conglomerados y escalamiento multidimensional.     

Proposal of a coefficient to evaluate the management of the internal control

The objective of this article is to propose a management index for the Internal Control of care entities. This was conceived following the multicriteria modeling guidelines in conjunction with the detection of weaknesses through the Petri networks. For this purpose, the order of importance and compliance of the internal control components were determined, and the lack of reliability of the critical processes in the entity subject to the practical implementation was identified. Derived from its humanitarian mission – lending quality health care to the population – it is necessary to decrease the emergence of events that could infringe upon the physical and psychological integrity of the patients in hospitals. One of the strategies to consider to overcome this challenge is the adequate implementation of the Internal Control System, which guarantees the sustainability of the insurers through the increase in the efficiency of the care of the people, feasible only within a care model that quantifies the control over the population already identified and cared for.     

Searching most influential variables to brand loyalty measurements: An exploratory study

This research attempts to detect some brand loyalty key specific antecedent variables based on three groups of measurements: consumer involvement, perceived brand value (consumer brand equity), and customer satisfaction. Questions that drove the study were: which variables from which of the three dimensions would have the major effect on loyalty measurements? Would the explicatory variables be consistent across all product categories? 649 respondents were divided into six product categories. Regression models were obtained for each product category and for each loyalty measurement. Perceived brand value variables tended to have the higher impact on loyalty measurements. Self-identification with the brand (self-congruence) and perceived brand quality tended to be the variables with the major effect on loyalty measurements across all product categories.     

基于灰色系统理论的汽车报废量预测

随着汽车报废量快速提高,以及生产者责任制度的推行,报废汽车回收利用受到广泛关注。本文基于灰色系统理论,选取汽车全生命周期中的重要且白色信息指标,运用MGM(1,n)模型对汽车报废量进行预测,为建立汽车逆向物流系统及政府出台相关政策提供数量依据,促进报废汽车回收处理,达到保护环境、提高资源利用率和保障交通安全的目的。     

Decomposing the Value of Agricultural Multifunctionality: Combining Contingent Valuation and the Analytical Hierarchy Process

Agricultural multifunctionality is the recognition of the joint exercise of economic, environmental and social functions by this sector. Nevertheless, not all these contributions to society are valued in markets, moreover a large share of them are public goods. For this reason, in order to make this concept of multifunctionality operative for the design of public policies, it is necessary to estimate the social demand of such functions. The objective of this article was to implement an empirical application along these lines. For this purpose, the agricultural system of cereal steppes in Tierra de Campos in Spain is taken as a case study. The economic valuation technique used relies on a combined implementation of contingent valuation and the analytical hierarchy process. The results obtained demonstrate the existence of a significant demand for the different attributes included in the multifunctionality concept, although this demand is heterogeneous and is based on the socioeconomic characteristics of individual persons.
