环渤海地区汽车产业产学研集成化合作模式探讨

汽车产业是环渤海地区的支柱产业,自主创新是汽车产业发展的关键。实现自主创新的有效途径是集成各方面的资源优势,构建集成化产学研合作模式。环渤海区域已具备产学研集成化合作的条件,实现的途径是建立健全整体运行机制和保障机制。

跨国公司的R&D全球化趋势日趋明显。本文从宏观和微观的层面上分析了跨国公司R&D全球化的动因,并对我国的相应对策进行了研究。     

Efectos del ausentismo en la productividad de los maestros

Los autores estudian los efectos del ausentismo de los maestros en la instrucción, basándose en datos de tres cursos académicos que abarcan a 285 maestros y a 8.631 alumnos —la mayoría pertenecientes a familias modestas— de un distrito escolar urbano de los Estados Unidos. Comprueban la hipótesis de que las ausencias de los maestros son en gran parte injustificadas y reducen el aprovechamiento de los estudiantes. Dado que los suplentes suelen tener menos preparación, la enseñanza pierde intensidad y coherencia: diez días de ausencia del maestro se traducen en un descenso de las notas de los alumnos en matemáticas de alrededor del 3,3 por ciento de la desviación estándar. Para algunos estudiantes, ello supone bajar a una catego‐ría de nivel académico inferior, lo cual reduce su voluntad de salir adelante.     

From “tax state” to “debt state”

The paper is motivated by Joseph A. Schumpeter's The Crisis of the Tax State. It inquires whether the buildup of government debt in peacetimeprosperity is a threat to the stability, existence or creation of viable tax states. The paper begins by setting out Schumpeter's conception of the tax state and the nature of recent political-economic events which have reinvigorated the concept. Next the paper sets out some simple debt dynamics and sketches a debt-induced business cycle arising from heavy reliance on debt finance in peacetimeprosperity. Finally, the paper assesses threats to the tax state in light of recent work on path dependence and positive feedback. An attempt is made to throw some light on whether the plethora of new, and often small, states spawned by the demise of communism can be viable tax states.Essay on Government, the Tax State and Economic Dynamics submitted to the Third Schumpeter Prize Competition.     

以股抵债对上市公司的影响

本文首先界定了以股抵债的内涵与特征然后分析了以股抵债对公司股权结构、资产结构、资本结构和公司业绩的影响,指出以股抵债的适用范围和局限性;最后阐述了股份制改革、股权分置、国有股减持和以股抵债的关系,提出以股抵债是为解决大股东占用资金而采取的一种特殊的股票回购方式,是解决股权分置过程中针对特殊情况可能采用的特殊方式。     

供应链管理与中小企业核心竞争力提升的相关分析

在经济全球化日益加剧的今天,任何企业想单打独斗赢得竞争优势已绝无可能,只有通过实施供应链管理,和其它企业组建战略联盟来提升自身的核心竞争力,才是上上之策。本文通过对供应链管理与企业核心竞争力之间相互作用机制进行了分析,同时对供应链管理下我国中小企业面临的新问题和挑战进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出我国中小企业如何实施供应链管理的几点相应的对策。     

苯酐合成催化剂的研究进展

介绍了萘、邻二甲苯、正戊烷催化氧化合成苯酐的基本催化剂 ,如以 V2 O5为基础的催化剂、氧化钼型催化剂、V2 O5-Ti O2 -K2 SO4 催化剂和 VPO催化剂 ,并阐述了邻法合成苯酐催化剂各组分的作用 ,提出了开发新型催化剂应实施催化剂研究单位、催化剂生产厂家以及苯酐生产厂家三方联合开发的新思路 ,以集中行业优势 ,拓展思路 ,使国产催化剂早日替代进口催化剂     

移动WiMAX下行系统SVD-FFT内插信道估计

针对移动WiMAX下行系统中导频个数少且分配不均匀导致的边缘效应问题,提出了一种 基于奇异值分解（SVD）的快速傅里叶变换（FFT）内插信道估计方法。该方法首先得到每个 符号实 际分配导频处的最小二乘信道频响估计,当前符号在相邻符号实际分配导频处的信道频响由 相邻符号信道频响线性内插得到;然后,将上述信道估计值合并且按子载波索引值升序排列 后进行奇异值FFT内插,以减少边缘效应和噪声的影响;最后再经线性内插得到数据子载波 处的信道频响估计值。仿真结果表明,和传统估计方法相比,所提出的方法估计精度更高, 复杂度较低,而且避免了使用信道统计特性信息。     

Measuring the Impact of a Business Ethics Course and Community Service Experience on Students’ Values and Opinions

Until now, there has been little research assessingthe impact and extent of business ethics education andservice learning upon students values and opinions. This paper studies the influence of these variables byanalyzing 129 junior-level students ethical valuesand opinions before and after these experiences. Through the use of the Students Values and OpinionsSurvey (SVOS) as a measurement gauge, we foundsignificant support for our hypotheses that a businessethics course and a community service experiencepositively affect students values and opinions. Thus, we found desirable improvement in the ethicalvalues and opinions of students after they wereexposed to service learning and business ethicseducation. In addition, we explored the impact ofservice learning by gender and prior communityservice. We did not find a significant difference inthe effect of service learning for men or women, butdid find that prior community service increased thepositive impact for students completing theircommunity service requirement in this study.
