电气互联技术的现状及发展趋势

简要介绍了国外电气互联技术的现状，从电路可制造性设计、堆叠装配、FPC组装设计与工艺、PCB可制造性分析及虚拟设计技术、微波电路互联结构及绿色清洗技术等7个方面分析了电气互联先进制造技术的发展方向。     

劳动福利政策的经济学分析

旨在造福广大劳动者的劳动福利政策，实质上由劳资双方共同负担，某种情况下其对劳动者工资和就业的回挫效应还很大。劳动福利政策可行与否，取决于所产生的社会福利增加与成本之间的比较。若带来的社会福利超过社会成本，就可推行，社会感受到的福利越大，则该政策推行的必要性越大，反之则宜慎行。     

Consumer consumption intentions of smaller packaged snack variants

Smaller snack package variants are ubiquitous in the food marketplace. Although it is assumed that consumers intend to consume less because snacks are placed into smaller packages, consumer intentions are never measured. This research examines dietary‐restrained consumers' consumption intentions of smaller snack package variants found in the marketplace described by snack type (i.e. less healthy, more healthy – as per Guiding Stars® food labelling system) and front‐of‐package calorie labelling (99 calories, 100 calories). We conducted an online experiment wherein 203 participants were exposed to the aforementioned snack package variants and their consumption intentions were subsequently measured. A regression analysis revealed that consumers who are highly dietary restrained intend to consume more when (a) the snack is relatively healthier and (b) it includes 99‐calorie front‐of‐package labelling. We discuss the idea that dietary‐restrained consumers are not likely to view smaller packaged snacks as portion control devices, but rather, as a means to eat more of a healthier food.     

Do firms leverage the FDA nutrient label rounding rules to generate favorable nutrition fact panels or health claims?

The increasing incidence of nutrition related health concerns has made food labeling an important policy issue. Previous work suggests the importance of communicating nutrition information to consumers through product packaging. This paper investigates the role of labeling guidelines, which allow the rounding of calorie and nutrient levels on nutrition fact panels and affects front of package claims. We examine ready-to-eat cereal products as a bundle of nutrient attributes, and estimate the likelihood and magnitude of the rounding of specific nutrients and calories. We find systematic rounding, both up and down, of several nutrients, which affects allowable health claims and may influence consumer product choice and health outcomes.     

系统级封装的S频段射频收发模块研制

研制了一种小体积的S频段射频收发系统级封装(SIP)模块,内部集成了基于多种工艺的器件。模块接收通道一次变频,发射通道二次变频,内部集成中频和射频本振信号源。模块采用双腔结构,不同腔体之间通过绝缘子进行垂直互连,大大减小了模块体积,模块体积为40 mm×40 mm×10 mm。模块采用正向设计,其主要指标的测试结果为：接收通道动态范围-100~-40 dBm,输出信号0~2 dBm,噪声系数小于等于2.8 dB,带外抑制大于等于50 dBc;发射通道输出信号大于等于2 dBm,二次、三次谐波抑制大于等于60 dBc,杂波抑制大于等于55 dBc,相位噪声在1 kHz和10 kHz处分别小于等于-82 dBc/Hz和-91 dBc/Hz。实测结果与仿真结果基本一致。     

The Global Financial Crisis and Stock Market Reaction to Bank Loan Announcements

This study investigates how equity investors react to bank loan announcements in China using an event study methodology. By estimating the average Cumulative Abnormal Returns (CARs) over the event period and controlling for the impact of other factors such as borrower, lender and loan characteristics, we find that the overall reaction is negative. However, the results for the two sub-sample periods are different. After the onset of the Global Financial Crisis, the average CARs are no longer statistically different from zero, indicating higher lending standards and improvement in the quality of credit analysis of Chinese banks.

Understanding Student Travel Behavior: A Segmentation Analysis of British University Students

Although the youth and student travel market has often been referred to as a lucrative niche market, there is still relatively little known about the decision-making processes and holiday behaviors of its members. The primary aim of this paper is to segment and profile British student travelers based on their motivational and behavioral characteristics. The study analyzes variations in the motivations and holiday activities of university student holidaymakers and thus contributes to a better understanding of the typologies of modern student travelers. A self-administered survey was collected from 412 students and a two-step cluster analysis was performed. The results suggest the existence of four distinct clusters: the sun-seekers, the sightseers, the in-betweeners, and the clubbers. Age and gender were, among other variables, shown to be statistically significant in shaping the tourist behavior of young people.     

大气激光通信中压缩数字脉冲间隔调制技术

为了提高大气光通信信息传输的高效性和可靠性,提出一种压缩数字脉冲间隔调制（CDPIM）技术。该技术对相邻4位信息码组分别经PPM编码后,把编码脉冲之间多余的空闲时隙用分段压缩码进行替换来进行编码。描述了CDPIM的符号结构,运用Matlab对发射功率、频带利用率、信道容量占用率、传输误包率等的仿真结果表明：在相同位分辨率4时,CDPIM的发射功率比FDPIM的发射功率节约23%,CDPIM的频带利用率比DPIM的频带利用率提高72%,CDPIM的传输容量比OOK的传输容量提高67%。在相同信噪比2时,CDPIM的误包率比DPIM的误包率提高60%,而且CDPIM调制技术能对接收的错误码组进行有效的自我纠错。     

商品包装应对绿色壁垒的对策研究

本文分析了典型的绿色包装制度--欧盟"94/62/EO关于包装和包装废弃物处理的欧洲议会和理事会指令"的构成、基本要求、主要内容和达到目标;分析了绿色包装制度对包装的"绿色"要求;并据此提出了我国包装应对绿色壁垒的对策.
