BOT项目中选择投标方的新方法

作为一种新型的投资方式,BOT模式在我国已被广泛运用。由于BOT项目的投资回收完全依靠投资期内销售收入,那么,政府如何选择投标方,将成为BOT项目是否成功地关键。通过对BOT项目中传统计算净现值的方法和CAPM模型方法的分析和比较,发现这两种方法在BOT项目中的不足。使用了新的方法弥补了传统计算净现值的方法和CAPM模型方法的不足,从而能够更加科学地保证BOT项目的实施,并对其它融资方式招标或议标过程中的投标方选择提供了新方法。     

对失地农民保障的一个福利包的设计

随着城镇化、工业化和现代化的迅猛发展,失地农民数量逐年增加。文章在分析土地对失地农民具有的就业、保障、归依功能的基础上,分别对社会保障安置、货币安置、留地安置等5种对失地农民的补偿方式进行了简要评价,并设计出对失地农民进行补偿的"福利包"方案:主要包括对失地农民的补偿、保障和就业安置三个方面。     

Impact of all-inclusive packages on hotel efficiency

In the last decade, all-inclusive packages have had an extraordinary boom in one of the most popular sun and beach tourism destinations in Europe, the Canary Islands. This fact reinvigorated the debate on potential benefits and negative effects on the local economy. However, there is no empirical evidence of the impact that all-inclusive packages may have on the efficiency in the hotel industry. This study assessed the effects of all-inclusive packages on cost and profit efficiency using the stochastic frontier approach and the model proposed by Battese and Coelli [(1995). A model for technical inefficiency effects in a stochastic frontier production function for panel data. Empirical Economics, 20(2), 325–332] in a sample composed of 102 hotels of the Canary Islands from 2008 to 2014. The empirical results revealed that the hotels that offered all-inclusive packages exhibited lower efficiency levels than those hotels that did not provide this service. These results have important implications for both public policies and hotel management.     

Fifty shades of food: The influence of package color saturation on health and taste in consumer judgments

When evaluating food products, consumers rely on visual cues on packages to infer their healthiness and tastiness. We assumed that color, specifically color saturation, is one such cue, similarly relevant for both healthiness and tastiness inferences. We conducted three studies in which we manipulated the color of pictures of product packages. Participants viewed pictures from the category of snacks (Study 1a) and drinks (Studies 1b and 2), available at a supermarket's online store and rated each product on the dimensions of healthiness and tastiness. In two studies, we showed one group of participants product pictures only as grayscale images, whereas another group viewed the pictures in full color. In a third study, we showed participants product pictures once with increased and once with decreased color saturation. We consistently found a positive correlation between healthiness and tastiness. Presenting pictures of products as grayscale images weakened the healthy-tasty correlation. Products with increased compared with decreased color saturation were rated as both healthier and tastier, mediated by the products' perceived freshness.     

Fiscal stimulus effectiveness in Japan: evidence from recent policies

This article examines the effects of Japanese fiscal policy after the 2008 global financial crisis using a mixed vector autoregression/event study approach. We focus on the effects of stimulus packages with environmental benefits. The empirical results show that a tax break and subsidy programme designed to promote the adoption of eco-friendly cars helped stimulate automobile production, while a similar programme intended to promote the purchase of energy-efficient appliances had no effect on appliance production.     

社区养老服务机构的开发与实践

随着我国老龄化人口规模的快速膨胀,养老问题已成为关系国家稳定的重大社会问题。本文就目前我国养老现状与形式进行分析,对社区养老提出了创建大众化的社区养老机构的构想。     

Hassles of tour leaders

This study conducted in-depth interviews with 15 tour leaders to explore the hassles in tour leaders' personal lives and work. Through content analysis, the hassles of tour leaders were identified and were found consistent with previous literature, namely a three-fold classification of: hassles in guiding tours, hassles from tour companies, and hassles in personal lives. Hassles in guiding tours include the annoying behavior of tour members, troublesome employees of the suppliers, obstacles during the tour, perceptual differences between the tour leader and tour members, and bearing responsibilities for errors caused by others. Hassles from tour companies include unfulfilled duties of tour company staff, inconsistencies between tour features and tour leaders' styles, and the irrational regulations of tour companies. Hassles in personal lives include work–family conflicts, work-related diseases, low and unstable income, hardship in maintaining social relationships, and difficulties in utilizing leisure time properly. Implications for management and future research are discussed.     

资源-环境双重约束下我国环境政策工具的选择

根据国际环境政策实施的经验教训以及环境政策制定的取向,提出我国环境政策的建立应该综合应用战略环境影响评价（SEA）、环境影响评价（EIA）、生态补偿（PES）、协议保护机制（CCM）和企业社会责任（CSR）等政策工具,并把这些政策工具传递到国家政策与制度层面以及区域协议上,推动跨国企业与金融信贷履行环境责任与义务。促进项目建设中对环境保护的规划,加强生态系统的恢复与重建,保护和更新资源,建立以政策工具包为基础的综合环境管理体系。同时,推动产业结构调整与升级,加快我国生态环境保护政策的优化与创新。     

我国宠物物流发展现状及对策

随着“宠物热”逐渐兴起,人们对宠物运输的需求不断增加,推动宠物物流在国内迅速发展,但同时也暴露出我国宠物物流的许多问题。梳理了宠物物流的发展历程,并从运输方式、宠物包装、运输流程与宠物运输保险四个方面入手进行探讨,首先对我国宠物物流现状进行优势分析与问题分析,随后针对现存问题提出发展多种运输方式联运、完善运输流程保障体系及降低安全隐患、提高运输安全性等建议,为政府、宠物托运公司与消费者等相关主体提供参考。     

循环经济视角下绿色包装法律研究

包装作为资源耗费大户,其引起的资源环境问题,已严重影响社会经济的可持续发展。针对我国资源情况及包装业存在的弊端,本文借鉴国外成功经验,从立法、政策、观念等方面,提出发展绿色包装对策。
