经济学作为一级学科,在社会科学体系中居于基础性地位并发挥着辐射带动作用。经济学专业教育模式与水平直接影响着树状层级中的二级学科、三级学科乃至更多层级的学科发展,也关系着毕业生的行为模式和政策取向,而这恰恰是最深远的社会经济影响。但这种影响并未得到应有重视,综观国内国际经济学教育,不仅出现了趋同化,而且危机涌现。经济学教育改革迫在眉睫,包容、兼容的经济学体系与培养计划的构建成为改革的方向,而应用流程化设计思想和波特五力竞争模型理念,对经济学专业教育进行全面诊断与优化重组,创新人才培养模式则是可行路径。  相似文献

This study investigated the role of psychological contract breach, procedural justice, and interactional justice in influencing employees' anticitizenship behaviors. It was posited that the association between contract breach and these negative employee outcomes would be moderated by perceptions of both procedural and interactional justice. In particular, employees' anticitizenship behaviors are hypothesized to be higher following a breach when both procedural and interactional justice are low. One hundred and sixty-five employees from a variety of organizational settings completed measures of contract breach, procedural justice, and interactional justice whereas their respective supervisors completed a measure of anticitizenship behavior. Results revealed a 3-way interaction between contract breach, procedural justice, and interactional justice on anticitizenship behavior. The nature of the interaction was further investigated through simple slope analyses. Consistent with the study's propositions, anticitizenship behavior was higher following a contract breach when both procedural and interactional justice were low. Theoretical and practical implications as well as directions for future research are discussed.  相似文献

Scholars have long lobbied for a view of risk communication that supplants a conventional ‘transmission’ model of risk communication with an alternative that considers the complex social environment that accompanies any risk communication effort. Along these lines, this study examines the relative influence of official health messages versus symbolic risk messages on public meeting attendees’ post‐meeting concern about cancer clusters in six US communities. As part of a larger study of cancer clusters, we obtained written responses from 125 individuals who attended a government‐sponsored public meeting in their community. We asked respondents whether attending the meeting influenced their concerns and, if so, why. The results found that, despite the largely reassuring messages that health officials were giving, most attendees reported feeling more concerned after the meetings in their communities. Regarding why, explanations that denoted symbolic risk messages – unofficial sources of risk information and procedural cues – outnumbered explanations that pointed to official risk messages – scientific presentations – by a score of three to one. The results lend support for a broader view of risk communication, which accounts not only for multiple sources of risk information but also for procedural cues regarding the trustworthiness of an investigation.  相似文献

Abstract

This study investigated how three factors impacted performance on cost-volume-profit homework problems: language, formula use, and instruction. Students enrolled in Introduction to Financial Accounting (the first principles of accounting course) and Managerial Accounting (the second principles of accounting course) from eight different US colleges completed homework problems presented in everyday language or accounting language, with or without a formula ‘cheat sheet’ on the screen, and with or without prior instruction. Scores on formula-facilitated questions (those solvable by use of traditional cost-volume-profit formulas) were contrasted with scores on application questions, novel word problems requiring students to apply their knowledge about how cost behavior and sales impact profits. Students performed better on assignments phrased in everyday language. Students with formulas provided during homework completed more formula-facilitated questions correctly but some evidence indicated that they did worse on application questions; more work is needed in this area. Instruction effects were very small. Participants without instruction performed just as well as instructed students when problems were presented in everyday language or if formulas were provided.  相似文献

The article explores some of the emerging issues in the newly developing area of Mixed Methods (MM) research. Two of these issues concern the possibility of whether MM can provide for both “diverse” and “severe” testing. Based on a model of Placeholder Effects and utilizing an example of current empirical research, it is concluded that certain varieties of MM are potentially more robust than others in fulfilling the diverse and severe criteria. It is also argued that MM must concern itself with formulating “procedural rules” which guide the researcher in choosing and applying appropriate strategies for specific research problems.  相似文献

专利侵权是一类特殊的民事纠纷,其特殊性主要表现在专利的科技属性及专利诉讼的复杂性对程序设计提出了特殊要求。目前,我国专利纠纷的审理适用普通民事诉讼程序,只是在管辖、当事人适格等个别问题最高人民法院作了特殊规定。在笔者看来,这些规定远远不能满足专利纠纷的特殊属性及其对程序设计的特殊要求。本文将重点介绍与阐释美国专利纠纷中若干特殊程序设计,并从比较法角度对我国相关制度完善提出若干建议。  相似文献

This article focuses on the possible instrumental characteristics of extrarole behaviours. Specifically, the motivation to perform beyond role requirements for future rewards is discussed. It is first argued that the motivation to engage in extrarole behaviors may stem from a reaction to inequity, or from a desire to receive rewards that cannot be achieved through the performance of official role requirements. Then, using data from two recent studies as support, it is proposed that these extrarole behaviors will only occur if the organizational reward system operates in a just, procedurally fair manner. Finally, the conceptual issues of how procedural justice might contribute to intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship are discussed.  相似文献
