A Mixed Picture of AQUATIC PRODUCTS

Aquatic products constitute an important part of China＇s international trade in agricultural products with the strongest competitiveness for export. The aquatic products industry of apparent competitive edge has maintained a considerable trade surplus despite the general trend of trade deficit among agricultural products in recent years. Nevertheless, the great changes taking place in the global economic and trade pattern in late years have given rise to the increasing uncertainties of the supply and demand as well as the price in the international aquatic products market.     

对企业流程再造的再认识

本文首先阐述了企业流程再造的概念,在此基础上以福特汽车公司的流程再造为案例,对流程再造进行研究,提出了对流程再造的再认识。即流程再造并不一定追求流程的彻底性变革,企业流程再造应与职能型组织相互融合。

Spin-off performance: A case of overstated expectations?

While the impact of divestitures on parent firms has been extensively studied, little attention has been given to the performance of the divested units. Previous research has found that spin-offs and sell-offs were associated with significant positive cumulative abnormal returns. However, these studies have not identified whether these benefits were expected to accrue to the divesting firm, the divested unit, or both. Specifically, this study examined the performance as autonomous firms of a sample of 51 voluntary spin-offs by nonfinancial firms across a 6-year period. Three accounting and financial market measures were tracked from 2 years prior to divestiture through the first three years of independence. No change in pre- and post-spin-off performances was observed except for the decline in profitability return on assets (ROA). The effect of relatedness between the parent company and the spinoff was also examined. Divested units which were unrelated to their parents prior to spinoff reported deterioration in performance. Implications for divestiture and restructuring programs are developed.     

Fundamental Information and Monetary Policy: The Implications for Earnings and Earnings Forecasts

Building on the work of Lev and Thiagarajan (1993) and Abarbanell and Bushee (1997 and 1998) this paper tests whether market-based information including dividend yield (Fama and French, 1998), firm size (Reinganum, 1981), and the ratio of book value to market value (Fama and French, 1992) add explanatory power to accounting data for predicting future earnings. The paper also tests whether earnings changes and the predictability of those changes are conditioned on monetary policy. It is found that the ratio of book value to market value is significantly related to earnings changes. Analyst forecast accuracy differs depending on monetary policy regime, but this difference is not due to differing interpretation of fundamental signals on financial statements appearing under differing monetary policy regimes. It is also found that there is a significant relation between monetary policy, earnings changes, and the level of signals concerning earnings changes.     

人口变动的空间分异及其规划学意义--以哈尔滨、伊春为例

全球化带来的广域竞争加剧了地区间的分化。对于这种区域格局变化的趋势可以从多方面加以考察，其中人口变化的空间分异是区域格局中此消彼涨变化的综合反映。此外，人口指标也是一个易获得、连续性好、相对精确、具有综合表征意义的指标。由于规划是预测发展趋势基础上的调控行为，因势利导地来促进城市区域的高级化发展，是规划的本质之一。人口变动的空间分异可以很好地反映城市和区域的分化和发展趋势，因而其规划学意义是显著的。文章以哈尔滨和伊春为例，通过对两地区内部各亚区和城镇人口变动空间分异情况的研究，提出有针对性的调控方略。     

基于《建筑设计防火规范》几个问题的研究

文中基于《建筑设计防火规范》主要探讨了其与高层民用建筑设计防火规范的内容差异性问题,以及部分公共娱乐场所消防安全管理规定的差异要求,最后提出了相应的条款的改进意见和修改建议,这一研究对于建规的进一步改进具有一定的借鉴价值。     

改革开放以来中国社会意识形态若干问题的国外研究述评

当前,一些国家加大对中国改革开放以来现实问题研究的力度,达成从多学科、用横向和交叉等研究方式来研究中国现实问题的共识,不断拓展研究视野,尤其对中国意识形态领域的若干问题进行了深入研究。本文总结和梳理了近年来国外关于中国社会意识流变的研究成果,并对国外关于中国主流意识形态建设的相关研究进行评析与鉴别,以期为巩固和加强党的意识形态建设提供理论依据。     

黑龙江垦区居民消费结构变动度分析

学者们依据不同的研究方法,对我国的农村、城镇以及某一省的消费结构均进行了比较广泛的研究。在已有研究基础上对黑龙江垦区居民人均消费结构的变动度进行了测算,结果表明在研究期间内,从消费支出构成项目看,黑龙江省垦区居民人均食品消费支出变动幅度最大,其他商品及服务支出变动幅度最小。     

基于遥感和GIS的延边州耕地变化与驱动力分析

以延边朝鲜族自治州为研究区,基于遥感数据分析了1990~2010年该地区耕地的时空变化特征。并运用主成份分析方法探讨了影响耕地变化的驱动因子。结果表明：近20年来延边州耕地总量一直在增长,增加速度呈先快后慢的趋势。新增耕地主要位于各县市水土资源良好的宜耕地区,流失耕地主要分布在原有耕地的边缘以及城市的周边地区。通过主成分分析得出耕地变化的主要驱动因素是：社会经济发展、人口增长以及农业科技进步。在此基础上提出了保护耕地的措施,以确保该地区耕地资源得到安全和可持续利用。
