Perceptual Differences of Marketing Journals: A Worldwide Perspective

The practice of evaluating faculty and business schools based on their journal publications has increased the emphasis on research output in peer reviewed journals. Since journal standings are a frequently debated issue, this study seeks to examine the perceptual differences of journals between different segments of marketing academics. Based on a worldwide online survey, journals are assessed in terms of four subjective quality metrics: journal familiarity, average rank position, percent of respondents who classify a journal as top tier, and readership. It is demonstrated that an individual's geographic origin, research interests or journal affiliation can have a significant impact on journal rankings.     

基于CSSCI和知名院校的智慧旅游研究回顾与前瞻

以智慧旅游为搜索对象,以CSSCI和985工程或211工程院校为筛选条件,利用内容分析法对收集到的27篇样本文章从研究年限、研究内容、研究资料来源和研究方法等四个领域进行分析,挖掘当前关于智慧旅游研究存在问题和不足,并根据研究结果提出后续研究的相关建议与前瞻。     

Ethnomethodology and the production of history: studying ‘history-in-action’

According to Lynch, in his article Ethnomethodology and History, ethnomethodology offers a rich and valuable resource for studying the in situ production of history. In this article, we seek to lay out a research agenda for a ‘new business history’ that uses ethnomethodology to study ‘history-in-action’. Our aim is to show how an ethnomethodological history can be used to study the practical work of those tasked with ‘making history’. We discuss the value of ethnomethodology for core business history methods, including the production and use of historical archives and written records, the treatment of witness memories, (auto)-biographies and testimonies, and the production of official versions of past events from diverse historical sources of evidence. We conclude by outlining the potential of ethnomethodology as a distinct paradigm of enquiry, which marks it out from conventional social scientific approaches to the relationship between empirical evidence and theory-building, by discussing: (1) the value of studying the practical reasoning procedures used for generating and interpreting historical evidence; and (2) the value of opening up new forms of reflective practice for practitioners within the field.

The Internet and the Book: Media and Messages in Teaching Business Ethics

The central idea advanced by this article is that thecombination of the Internet and the book in networkinglearning technologies while teaching business ethicsis not only a matter of methodology, but also a matterof educational message. The concept of reflectiveequilibrium underlies the curriculum of a one semestercourse in business ethics. A Phase-model of moraldecision making in business serves as the central axisof the course schedule. Each phase outlines theframework of the ``class' discussion as the courseprogresses. The actual teaching experiencedemonstrates that networking may enrich bothindividual and group learning processes, and advancethe growth of business leadership capable ofincorporating moral considerations within managerialdecisions.

高校学报的影响因子是衡量高校学报质量的一个重要指标,也是影响高校学报稿源的一个重要因素。提高高校学报的影响因子是一个系统工程,需要社会、学校、作者、读者的多方支持和帮助,需要编辑部的不懈努力,制定切实可行的措施,办出学报自己的风格和特色。文章研究了提高高校学报影响因子的措施途径。     

我国农村集体建设用地流转学术期刊论文的内容分析

[目的]为探讨我国集体建设用地流转的研究现状与发展趋势。[方法]文章采用内容分析方法和概括总结的方法,从论文数量、研究内容、研究重心等3个维度对106篇关于集体建设用地流转的期刊论文进行分析。[结果](1)论文数量从1996~2015年呈阶梯状上升趋势,波动性较大,与我国集体建设用地流转实践的变化基本吻合。(2)研究内容方面,对集体建设用地流转机制研究占比最大,为47.2!,其后依次分别为基础理论的研究(24.5%)、保障机制的研究(17.0%)、流转影响的研究(11.3%)。(3)研究重心方面,1996~2006以集体建设用地流转的基础理论及流转条件、方式、模式为主,2007年增加了收益分配、法律保障、管理规划的研究,2008年至今又扩展到集体建设用地流转的价格形成机制与政策风险评估。[结论]认为未来集体建设用地流转研究可能会出现的对实现城乡土地资源市场配置与行政配置有效耦合的研究、对土地市场价值实现形式多样化的研究等五个重点研究方向。
