金典世嘉商住楼工程结构设计

随着经济的发展和城镇化水平的推进,商住小区得到了人们的青睐。文章立足于浙江昆阳镇的金典世嘉商住楼,对该工程的结构设计以及建筑设计进行探究,以供同行参考。     

高等院校本科翻译师资培训“翻译理论研究”模块述评

为适应我国翻译学科发展的客观要求,中国译协、<中国翻译>编辑部推出高等院校本科翻译师资培训课程.课程首次采取了模块式的培训方式,从翻译专业和翻译教学的特点出发,为广大教师搭建了一个专业化、系统化的高校师资培训平台,让学员们在专业技能、专业教学理念与教学方法以及基于教学的科研能力和理论素养得到全方位的培训,为国内同类师资培训树立了一个典范.本文对该培训课程的重头戏--"翻译理论研究"模块进行述评.以期为今后国内类似的培训提供参考借鉴.     

Assessing economic convergence in the EU: is there a perspective for the ‘cohesion countries’?

This article analyses the stochastic income convergence within the EU-15. The empirical analysis uses per capita GDP, in PPP and in constant prices of 2005 for the period 1950 to 2010. Apart from the traditional DF type tests we also account for possible structural changes. In this direction, we employ the Zivot-Andrews (1992) and the Lee-Strazicich (1999, 2003) testing procedures, for one and two breaks, endogenously determined. Furthermore, we apply the Carlino and Mills (1993) methodology proposed for the detection of β-convergence. The overall evidence supports the existence of two discrete clubs, the first by the ‘cohesion countries’ (Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Spain) and the second by the remaining members. In particular, there is a clear evidence of convergence within each club, whereas between clubs there is a luck of catching-up effects. Furthermore, investigation of correlation between relative per capita GDP of each country and several factors that are often identified as growth stimulants, namely Total Factor Productivity, FDI, investment and openness confirm, with the exception of Greece, a strong association between these factors and the convergence process. However, progress in the convergence has not been uniform across countries and over time, reflecting the specific interactions between domestic and international factors and their impact on the convergence process of individual countries.     

保险合同解释方法研究

保险合同是保险人致力于合同订立和履行上的一致性,为自己易于计算、节约成本而创造出来的格式化合同。该合同使得保险人对其所承担的风险、责任、险种等等一目了然,有其存在的必要性。但是,导致了当事人双方谈判地位不平等,个别交涉成本过高,契约正义被隐藏等问题。因此,司法裁判成为声张契约正义以及维护当事人合法权益的迂回模式之一。然而,在审理案件中,对合同的进一步阐释、对双方当事人真实意思表示的探求以及对合同争议焦点的解决,都起着至关重要的作用。这就涉及到如何适用多种解释方式对该合同进行解释。     

现阶段我国的市场均衡问题探讨

进入买方市场后,我国一直存在内需不足、经济增长乏力、失业压力日益加大、物价持续下降等一系列经济不景气的现象,政府虽然采取了一系列措施刺激消费需求,但社会经济发展失衡的根本原因--总供给与总需求的不平衡现象一直未能从根本上得到解决。本文主要对我国经济目前市场存在的问题作一探讨并提出相应的思考与看法。     

Integrating decomposition approaches for the analysis of temporal changes in economic structure: an application to Chicago's economy from 1980 to 2000

This paper presents an attempt to integrate two flow decomposition methods to analyse temporal changes in a region's economic structure. The two methods of structural analysis are push–pull decomposition analysis and structural Q-analysis. Push–pull analysis presents a quasi-optimization decomposition of a set of matrices with actual intersectoral economic flows into a weighted set of matrices, while structural Q-analysis provides a form in which the structure of these decomposed flows can be considered. The paper provides an expository application to Chicago's economic structure over the period of 1980 to 2000, to reveal a complementary perspective of hollowing-out the production process in the Chicago economy that was identified in previous studies.     

高等教育扩张的制度创新与结构性失业治理

目前中国就业压力明显趋于增大 ,结构性失业和不充分就业问题也趋于恶化 ;在总需求不足的宏观背景下 ,高等教育需求却长盛不衰 ,且严重供不应求。提出了通过制度创新来扩张高等教育产业以治理结构性失业的构想。     

The Measurement and Structural Modeling of the Reasonableness of Workplace Accommodations

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) guarantees protection from discrimination for persons with a disability. The ADA requires employers to make reasonable accommodations for persons with physical and mental disabilities unless doing so would produce undue hardship on the organization. Fifteen years after the passage of the ADA, the question as to what is a reasonable accommodation remains controversial, especially for some types of disabilities. In this study, a reasonable accommodation scale is proposed and tested using structural equation modeling in hopes that such a scale will aid the courts and organizations in determining what is reasonable. Individuals’ level of awareness of disability issues is also examined in the model to examine the relationship between awareness and willingness to accommodate. Results indicate acceptable fit of the model to the data and provide support for the proposed scale. Furthermore, the relationship between awareness of disability issues and willingness to accommodate was significant. Implications for research and practice are discussed.     

消费者SM的利用构造分析

目前,中国的流通产业正处于变革期,同时零售业也面临着巨大的环境改变。在这种背景下,出现了一些新型的零售业态,尤其是超市SM(SuperMakert)。SM要确保在和相同业态的竞争中获得优势,以及如何满足日趋个性化的消费者的需要显得尤为重要,因此通过对消费者SM的利用构造调查,运用结构方程分析法,对消费者SM的利用构造进行分析探讨。     

“以人为本”视域下城市地下空间居民满意度评价 ——以杭州为例

研究目的：构建“地下空间开发—居民满意度”理论分析框架,并以杭州为例开展实证研究,旨在为相关城市地下空间开发满意度评价提供理论借鉴和实践支撑。研究方法：问卷调查法和结构方程模型。研究结果：（1）基于以人为本理论和马斯洛需求层次理论构建了地下空间居民满意度评价框架;（2）生理、安全、社会公平正义和审美4个维度的需求对地下空间的总体满意度均有积极效应;（3）相比安全需求和社会公平正义需求,生理需求和审美需求对地下空间开发总体满意度的影响更大;（4）当居民的地下空间心理需求、生理需求、安全需求得到满足后,会更加关注审美需求。研究结论：地下空间学科体系及研究范式亟待完善,地下空间开发利用多功能融合亟需加强,地下空间的人本化、生态化发展还亟待拓展,公众参与机制有待完善。
