不同需求规律下的航材安全库存量研究

安全库存是有效处理航材供应过程中遇到的各种突发情况的重要保证,针对航材需求量波动变化的实际情况,对航材安全库存量开展了深入研究。首先,研究了不同航材类型及其安全库存量需求的特点;其次,分析了航材需求分布类型,进而研究了不同需求量变化规律的确定方法;然后,研究建立了不同需求量规律下的航材安全库存量的确定方法;最后,通过算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性,为飞机制造商和航空公司的航材管理提供了有效方法和切实指导。     

MATLAB在工程测试信号平滑处理中的应用

工程测试信号或数据都混杂着各种干扰成分,给后续的信号分析和处理带来了误差甚至错误,为了能够从测试信号或数据中快速、高效地提取有用的特征信息,必须对测试数据样本进行信号预处理,即消除或者抑制干扰成分的影响。结合压力自动控制系统,利用MATLAB软件中smooth函数对测试样本进行平滑处理,比较了smooth函数中各种平滑方法对测试数据的处理效果,确定了适用于自动压力控制系统测试数据平滑处理的METHOD类型,为测试数据的后续分析奠定了基础。     

The Bell Curve in Psychological Research and Practice: Myth or Reality?

The expression “the bell curve” designs both a kind of statistical distribution and the title of a famous and controversial book by Herrnstein and Murray. The first is so attractive that the second refers to it to give more credibility to its questionable theories on intelligence. The point is that, during the 20th century, the bell curve has assumed a more and more important role in psychological research and practice and have become both a reality and a myth. In the first case (reality) we can assist to appropriate applications of a real useful statistical concept. In the second (myth) we can have two kinds of attitudes: one attitude is typical of those researchers who search for normality in all their data and variables, just as Parsifal used to search for the Holy Graal (we call this “the Parsifal attitude”); the other is typical of those researchers who give normality for granted and act as if it were a Platonic Idea (we call this “the Plato attitude”). The article discusses the role of the normal distribution in psychological research and practice and shows how it can be dangerous to treat the bell curve as a God or an Idol.     

Restricted forecasting with VAR models: An analysis of a test for joint compatibility between restrictions and forecasts

A restricted forecasting compatibility test for Vector Autoregressive Error Correction models is analyzed in this work. It is shown that a variance–covariance matrix associated with the restrictions can be used to cancel out model dynamics and interactions between restrictions. This allows us to interpret the joint compatibility test as a composition of the corresponding single restriction compatibility tests. These tests are useful for appreciating the contribution of each and every restriction to the joint compatibility between the whole set of restrictions and the unrestricted forecasts. An estimated process adjustment for the test is derived and the resulting feasible joint compatibility test turns out to have better performance than the original one. An empirical illustration of the usefulness of the proposed test makes use of Mexican macroeconomic data and the targets proposed by the Mexican Government for the year 2003.

Exact linear rank tests for two‐sample equivalence problems with continuous data

The present paper introduces a methodology for the semiparametric or non‐parametric two‐sample equivalence problem when the effects are specified by statistical functionals. The mean relative risk functional of two populations is given by the average of the time‐dependent risk. This functional is a meaningful non‐parametric quantity, which is invariant under strictly monotone transformations of the data. In the case of proportional hazard models, the functional determines just the proportional hazard risk factor. It is shown that an equivalence test of the type of the two‐sample Savage rank test is appropriate for this functional. Under proportional hazards, this test can be carried out as an exact level α test. It also works quite well under other semiparametric models. Similar results are presented for a Wilcoxon rank‐sum test for equivalence based on the Mann–Whitney functional given by the relative treatment effect.     

GB/T2542-2012《砌墙砖试验方法》合理性分析及建议

本文是在GB/T2542-2012《砌墙砖试验方法》实施后,在操作实践中发现配套设备、试验过程和标准的落实中存在一些问题。通过对这些问题进行分析,提出合理化的建议。     

国际油价波动对中国宏观经济影响的实证分析

运用格兰杰因果检验结合脉冲响应函数,来实证分析国际油价波动分别对中国宏观经济的五个变量——消费(C)、投资(I)、政府支出(G)、出口(EX)、进口(IM)的影响;同时,针对油价波动对国民经济各方面产生的影响,提出了一些建议和对策。     

我国通货膨胀的原因辨析：1978-2007——一种源自Grange检验的否定

基于1978-2007年的数据,本文运用Grange检验法对我国改革开放三十年来通货膨胀的共性原因进行了辨析。通过对有关文献提出的相关变量进行检验发现：各个特殊阶段通货膨胀的影响因素并不是三十年来通货膨胀的共性原因;而适度的通货膨胀却对经济增长、进出口增加、固定资产投资总额以及平均工资的增长均具有正向促进作用,表明适度的通货膨胀在我国改革开放中是“非中性”的。
