新巴塞尔协议框架下的信用风险缓释技术

信用风险缓释技术(Credit Risk Mitigation Techniques,CRMT)在新巴塞尔协议中占有相当重要地位,是新巴塞尔协议降低资本要求的主要方法。本文对新巴塞尔协议有关信用风险缓释技术的核心内容进行了梳理、归纳和概括,在此基础上探讨了当前国内商业银行加强担保抵押管理应该采取的几点措施:一是要建立严格的担保抵押管理程序和操作要求;二是要强化对担保抵押的全过程动态连续监管;三是要控制风险缓释技术本身所带来的剩余风险;四是要在风险缓释工具和借款人之间建立有效的隔离。     

Option pricing in the presence of natural boundaries and a quadratic diffusion term

This paper uses a probabilistic change-of-numeraire technique to compute closed-form prices of European options to exchange one asset against another when the relative price of the underlying assets follows a diffusion process with natural boundaries and a quadratic diffusion coefficient. The paper shows in particular how to interpret the option price formula in terms of exercise probabilities which are calculated under the martingale measures associated with two specific numeraire portfolios. An application to the pricing of bond options and certain interest rate derivatives illustrates the main results.     

Futures beyond dystopia

The speculative imagination is an higher-order human capacity that can productively explore the not-here and the not-yet. To some extent it is already doing so. But these explorations are limited by prevailing cultural assumptions. The purpose of this paper is to suggest that there are other arenas to explore that, were they taken seriously, could exert sufficient symbolic ‘pull' to qualify as desirable images of futures. They could then begin to act as ‘magnets' for the realisation of possibilities that are presently obscured.     

外商直接投资对地区产业影响的实证分析——以中山为例

随着外资规模的加大及投资方式的改变,其对一国或地区产业的影响越来越大。本文从以中山为例探讨了外商直接投资对产业控制、产业结构、产业技术等方面的影响,以期为地区合理利用外资提供借鉴。     

Barriers to the investment in the Concentrated Solar Power sector in Morocco: A foresight approach using the Cross Impact Analysis for a large number of events

The Scenario Analysis methods have often been used by policy makers as an instrument to manage uncertainty and to support the shaping of long-term economy policies. In this research, we apply Scenario Analysis in order to identify the barriers affecting the decision to invest in the Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) sector in Morocco. Our results aim at facilitating the process of defining different paths in strategic political and policy actions. Using data from a survey on a panel of experts, the Cross Impact Analysis (CIA) and the Cross Impact Matrix System (SMIC) techniques are applied. The advantage of these techniques is that they allow including in the analysis the interlinkages between the events that will define the future scenarios. However, their limitation is that the number of events analyzed cannot be too high since the information collected from the experts increases exponentially according to the number of events introduced. We thus expand our analysis with a new methodological approach, combining the use of prospective and statistics techniques. This approach allows addressing the mentioned limitation and applying these techniques, initially restricted to 6 events in its common application, to a large number of events. The results show that uncertainty and informality would be key factors in promoting the arrival of companies in this sector. Additionally, regarding companies that already have a presence in Morocco’s renewable energy sector, an increase in activity would be achieved through improvements in the easing of financial and legal barriers.

基于适宜技术的农村卫生服务供给模型

农村卫生服务供给有自身的特点,在分析其影响因素的基础上,通过对样本的现况调查和回顾性分析发现,农村卫生服务供给技术结构不合理是造成有效供给严重不足和无效供给过多的根本原因,据此,优化农村卫生服务供给的根本途径是建立以适宜技术为特征面向底层的农村卫生服务供给层级体系。

一种新型的微颗粒示踪剂及其在致密油藏中的应用

目前应用于油气田的示踪剂为水溶性示踪剂或者是气体示踪剂.经过多年的研究,开发了一种新类型的微颗粒固体示踪剂,并在长庆油田致密油藏中成功施工,标志着从实验成功走向了矿场.固体示踪剂在油气田开发中的应用前景广阔,尤其对致密油藏井间裂缝开度的定量描述具有指导意义.     

混合梁桥大节段中跨钢梁吊装与合龙技术——以龙翔大桥为例

龙翔大桥主桥是采用大节段钢梁作为跨中结合段的大跨径双主跨刚构连续梁组合体系。依托龙翔大桥主桥施工提出一种新型提升系统,实现了悬臂梁施工、钢混结合段吊装、大节段跨中钢梁吊装3个施工阶段的快速转换。采用有限元法分析提升系统在施工各阶段的强度、刚度及稳定性验算,并与大节段跨中钢梁吊装时的位移实测数据进行对比,验证了提升系统能满足施工效率、安全和质量的要求,为类似桥梁在施工和合龙过程中提供了参考经验。
