新财务清算政策下提高铁路城际列车效益的思考

近年来,铁路短途城际客运得到了很大的发展,开行城际列车已成为铁路运输企业新的经济增长点。新财务清算政策实施后,开行城际列车的效益受到一定程度的影响,针对存在的问题,就如何提高其效益水平进行了讨论。提出了完善开行结构、增加营业收入、减少客运付费、降低成本支出等建议措施。     

The European high-speed train network: Predicted effects on accessibility patterns

The principal aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact of the future European high-speed train network on accessibility, by reducing time distance between places and modifying their relative location. We compare the current situation with that foreseen for the year 2010, according to the Outline Plan of the European High-Speed Train Network, in order to analyse which areas will most benefit from construction and improvement of the infrastructure. It is hypothesized that the high-speed train will certainly bring the peripheral regions closer to the central ones, but will also increase imbalances between the main cities and their hinterlands. A weighted average distance indicator is applied for this purpose. This measure identifies the spatial distribution of accessibility in the area of study, emphasizing the infrastructure effects, and locates accessibility changes at the European level. A Geographic Information System (GIS) has been used to carry out this study.     

道路货运企业贯彻ISO9001:2000标准的有关问题研究

对我国道路货运企业贯彻ISO9001:2000标准存在的问题划为三种类型进行剖析,对其质量管理体系运作的机理和实施的方法进行阐述,针对我国道路货运企业质量管理体系建立过程的具体情况,依据ISO9000体系八项原则的要求,提出了一系列具体的对策,研究结论对运输型物流企业同样适用。     

基于不确定运输时间的军械紧急调运模型研究

针对运输时间不确定的军械紧急调运问题，将运输时间处理为模糊随机变量，建立在任务时间限制期下的最大可能性路径选择模型以确定调运路径。而后，引入超期风险概念，建立以超期风险最小为首要优化目标的军械紧急调运多层觇划模型，实现了对调运方案的优选。最后，给出一个具体军械调运实例来验证模型的适用性。     

基于计算机仿真的堆石坝坝面流水施工方案研究

根据流水施工的基本原理和堆石坝填筑的施工特点，利用计算机仿真技术对堆石坝施工交通运输系统进行模拟，考虑了堆石坝土石方挖运对其坝面流水施工的影响，合理确定出坝面流水施工方案，使其既能够满足施工进度所要求的填筑强度，又能够保证各分区可以进行流水施工。     

对一个常用物流评价指标的重新思考

目前很多的物流论文中常用物流总成本／GDP这一指标来证明我国物流市场的巨大潜力，本文对此提出了质疑．认为这一比例的高低与我国目前所处的工业化阶段和我国运输业的发展水平有很大的关系。最后，指出了讨论该问题的意义。     

中国航空货运顾客价值动因的实证研究

通过考察中国航空货运,建立航空顾客价值的决定因素与动态性理论模型,运用结构方程方法对其检验,结果表明:时间因素和便捷性因素是影响货运顾客价值的核心要素,价格因素已退之其次,而且来自竞争者、服务商、顾客、宏观环境的变化都对顾客价值动态性有显著影响。

研究了正逆向集成配送的终端线路优化原则和优化方法，依据运输产品的性质将逆向配送产品分为可以与正向配送同车运输和不能同车运输两类，分别探讨了这两类产品的集成配送终端的线路优化策略，并用一个实例加以说明。     

高密度开发城市土地利用对交通系统的影响作用研究--以广州为例

Recently the study on the mutual relationship between urban transport and land use has been one of the hot subjects in the fields of urban geography, urban transport planning and urban planning. This paper tires to carry out some methods, such as multi-analysis statistics method to specify the impacts of urban land use on urban transport system. Firstly,the choice of urban transport road network affected by the characters of urban land use layout is discussed. Secondly, the promotion of urban public transportation affected by high-density concentrated land use pattern is demonstrated Thirdly, the impacts of urban city-size on transport system structure characters are expatiated. Finally, the impacts of urban master planning in Guangzhou on the layout of transport system are illustrated.
