己内酰胺浓缩工艺初探

文章通过对己内酰胺精制装置改扩建项目的对比分析,探讨改用“环己酮氨肟化技术”后,己内酰胺浓缩部分采用新工艺去杂的可能性,提出适合新技术条件下的己内酰胺浓缩工艺,并运用流程模拟软件“ASPEN”对新老工艺进行模拟计算,分析新工艺去除杂质的可行性。     

降低阳极效应系数节能减排研究

文章对发生阳极效应时的损耗和降低阳极效应系数的可行性进行了分析,制定了相应措施保证电解质中氧化铝浓度,从而提高了效应受控率,达到节能减排的目的。     

Geographic concentration and vertical disintegration: Evidence from China

Existing theoretical literature predicts that geographic concentration encourages vertical disintegration of firms. Nevertheless, empirical evidence of this prediction is limited, especially in developing countries. Using data on manufacturing firms from China, this paper documents a positive correlation between geographic concentration and vertical disintegration. Additionally, this paper uses the instrumental variable approach to address the issue of endogeneity and finds that geographic concentration has a positive causal effect on vertical disintegration.     

超细全尾砂连续充填工艺技术的研究与开发

冬瓜山铜矿采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,设计生产能力13000t/d,充填能力3850m3/d,年需充填量120万立方。矿块分二步骤回采,即先采矿房,后采矿柱,为控制地压活动,采用隔三采一和隔一采一的采矿顺序。在矿石中有25%的难选矿石,为提高选矿回收率因此矿石粒级细且尾砂含硫较高,若用分级尾砂充填矿山充填材料缺口很大,同时在充填料浆中含有一定的有害气体。因此采用全尾砂高浓度连续充填和选择适宜的高强度充填胶结材料是冬瓜山铜矿实现安全文明生产,保证矿山生产能力的前提。     

Invariances and Diversities in the Patterns of Industrial Evolution: Some Evidence from Italian Manufacturing Industries

This work explores and compares some basic properties of corporate growth process at both aggregate manufacturing level and disaggregated sectoral levels. Using an extensive dataset on Italian manufacturing firms, we investigate which properties of firm growth dynamics are robust under disaggregation. We compare the results obtained with three different definitions of firm size, namely total sales, number of employees and value added. Our analysis suggests that while different sectors are characterized by significant differences in firm size distributions, in the degrees of concentration and in the autoregressive structure of the growth processes, there are also regularities which hold across all of them, such as the approximate unit root nature of the growth process and the power exponential shape of the growth rates density. Together, these “stylized facts” suggest challenging puzzles on the drivers of corporate growth and the resulting industrial structures.     

会计师事务所合并行为及对我国审计市场结构的影响

2006年以来,我国会计师事务所出现了新一轮的合并高潮,合并成为当前会计师事务所实现规模扩张、做大做强的重要途径。本文在深入分析我国本土事务所合并的内部及外部动因的基础上,结合相关数据对合并给我国审计市场结构带来的影响进行了研究,发现我国本土事务所的市场份额逐年稳步增加、发展势头迅猛,虽然审计市场整体结构仍然保持着寡占型特点,但是市场内部竞争非常激烈。因此,本土事务所在合并做大的过程中更要注意做强,积极探索积累行业专长,形成自己的核心竞争能力。     

中非贸易发展现状分析

中非贸易经过半个世纪的发展,近年以40%左右的增速呈现快速上升的趋势。同时,中国与非洲的贸易占各自对外贸易总额低、中国与各个非洲国家和地区的贸易水平不均衡、进出口结构单一的等问题也不容忽视。通过从世界贸易组织发布的《国际贸易统计年鉴(2009)》和国家统计网得到的权威数据数据,从总体贸易水平、进出口结构、贸易集中度等方面对中非贸易进行分析,揭示了中非贸易的现状及发展趋势,并找出与中国贸易往来最密切的非洲国家,可作为后续研究的重点关注对象。     

From reviving tradition to fostering innovation and changing marketing: the evolution of micro-brewing in the UK and US, 1980–2012

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore and examine the impressive growth of small and micro-breweries registered in the UK and US from the early 1980s. While the majority of British and American breweries continue to operate in spatially restricted areas and niche markets, a few businesses expanded significantly in terms of production and turnover, gradually acquiring larger shares of the market and competing with multinational producers at home as well as abroad. The cases of BrewDog and Sierra Nevada, used as case study examples in this article, provide an original account on how once-upon-a-time micro-breweries grew into well established companies by pursuing aggressive strategies in terms of marketing and innovation respectively.
