通过利用喀什市研究区2012年的资源三号卫星影像,使用ERDAS软件首先提取归一化植被指数(NDVI),再使用Arc GIS软件对研究区的植被覆盖度进行估算,最后得出研究区2012年的植被覆盖度分级图,定量地说明了研究区2012年的植被覆盖情况。

Does conspicuous decoration style influence customer's intention to purchase? The moderating effect of CSR practices

Using an experimental research design, this study examines the main effect of conspicuous hotel decoration style on consumer purchase intention, and tests the moderating role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and the mediating role of image perception on the relationship between conspicuous decoration style and purchase intention with Chinese consumers. The results indicate that decoration style had a critical role in explaining Chinese customers’ purchase intention. Specifically, a low conspicuous decoration style led to stronger customer purchase intention than did a high conspicuous decoration style. The relationship between conspicuous decoration style and customer purchase intention was found to be fully mediated by image perception. The findings emphasize the significance of CSR in influencing Chinese customers’ purchase intention with hotels of a highly-conspicuous decoration style. Externally oriented CSR practices (i.e., corporate philanthropy, environmental protection) were found to be more significant in moderating the relationship between conspicuous decoration style and purchase intention than internally oriented CSR practice (i.e., employee treatment). Hotels engaging in philanthropy and environmental protection, can not only elicit a positive response from consumers, but also help mitigate the risks of a loss of organizational legitimacy as a result of high conspicuous decoration.     

Image Repair: Research,Consensus, and Strategies: A Study of the University College of Cape Breton

ABSTRACT

The University College of Cape Breton is located in Nova Scotia, Canada and is the only university college in the region. This unique model has created somewhat of an identity crisis for the institution, which in turn has fuelled a negative image in its local community. Image restoration, research, consensus building, and strategic planning will be discussed theoretically, with application to the university college experience. Benoit's theory of image restoration is tested and utilized within this post-secondary educational construct.

胶印质量自动检测中图像配准的研究

胶印质量自动检测系统中,图像的配准是整个系统的关键技术。本实验提出使用SUSAN角点定位和模板匹配相结合的方法解决胶印质量自动检测中图像配准的问题。该方法首先利用SUSAN算法检测到图像角点,然后对图像进行平移和旋转,再在特定图像区域内,利用模板匹配的方法,进行精确配准。这种新方法与传统算法相比,能在提高定位精度的前提下,有效节省运算时间。实验结果表明新算法是有效且可行的。     

图像颜色空间与其分量自相关研究

图像的自相关函数是表征空间域图像像素之间相关性的重要特性之一。在彩色图像所涉及的多种不同颜色空间下,颜色分量图像的自相关特性有所差异。为了获取彩色图像颜色空间与各分量图像自相关之间的关系,征RGB、KCH、LAB、OHTA和YCC5种颜色空间下,利用Matlab软件,对不同色彩特征的多幅彩色图像进行了分量自相关分析。结果表明：采用不同颜色空间的分量图像自相关水平各异;采用对立色空间（LAB／OHTA／YCC）分量图像的平均自相关水平高于采用RGB和LCH的分量图像;在对立色空间中,彩度分量的自相关水平明显高于其明度、亮度分量,由此使彩色图像的可压缩率得以提升。     

The link between corporate social responsibility and customer loyalty: Empirical evidence from the Islamic banking industry

Increased support from customers for Islamic financial services is very important to create resilience and competitiveness in the Islamic banking industry. By highlighting certain social activities, this paper estimates the role of Islamic banks’ CSR in influencing customer loyalty, both individually and through the integrated roles of image, trust, satisfaction, and reputation. These paths explore how CSR makes customers impressed, convinced, satisfied, amazed, and ultimately loyal to Islamic banks. The empirical analysis of partial least square structural equation modeling (n = 283) has shown that CSR directly and positively impacts loyalty. Indirectly, these two aspects have an insignificant relationship through the serial roles of image-reputation and satisfaction-reputation, but significant through the single role of reputation and the serial role of trust-reputation. This study has resulted in an updated prediction model of Islamic banking customer loyalty. The practical implication lies in the importance of developing CSR to generate trust and reputation which ultimately increase customer loyalty toward Islamic banks.     

浅谈博物馆形象的塑造

良好的形象是博物馆的无形资产，它可以取得公众的信任与支持，吸引更多的观众，吸引社会与个人的公益赞助，获得更广阔的文物与资金途径；同时，良好的形象还可以使博物馆内部产生巨大的凝聚力，使员工感到自豪与满足，激发其工作积极性、主动性与创造性。博物馆的形象包括三个层面的内容：一是外层的，即外观形象层，是有形的，观众感官能感觉到的；二是中间层，即行为形象层，包括从业人员的职业道德、服务态度、工作作风、业务素质等；三是深层，即理念形象层，它完全是无形的，隐藏于外观形象和行为形象中表现自己。理念形象在博物馆的形象建设中起核心和支配作用，因此在塑造博物馆形象时，首先必须确立理念形象，并由此带动行为形象和外观形象的塑造，重点抓基础、抓内部。     

基于邻域信息的噪声图像的恢复

噪声图像的恢复是影响图像信息提取的一个重要因素。主要针对现存的噪声图像恢复算法在消除细线及椒盐噪声方面的困难,基于待检像素的邻域信息提出了一种针对细线和椒盐噪声感染的图像的恢复算法。实验结果表明,文中所提算法不仅具有很好的抑制细线及椒盐噪声的效果,而且有效地保存了图像的细节与结构信息,同时对其它的噪声也有一定的抑制作用。
