用初等方法深入研究了正向级数判别法,基于比值判别法和根值判别法判别法思想,研究了更高精度判别法,给出不断提高精度的判别法的构造思想以及一般性定理。     

Teenagers on the Net

ABSTRACT

Both in business and in academic research, the Internet and electronic commerce grow exponentially. Attention has predominately been directed to developing the companies' capabilities and systems, while the consumers' perspective in contrast has received much less attention. This paper takes this perspective and focuses on online behavior of specifically 16- to 18-year-old teenagers. This particular segment tends to open to new things and know a great deal about using computers and the Internet. A questionnaire conducted among students in a high school in southern Finland showed that the overwhelming majority had computer and Internet access at home. Most of the young respondents had already used the Internet for various purposes and intend to do so even more in the future. For the young, information search and communication were the main purposes of using the Internet, and lower-value products related to mobile phones were the main products being bought online. At the same time they had different concerns that influence their behavior and, somewhat surprisingly, reported a slightly negative attitude towards electronic commerce. In line with previous studies, privacy and security issues were the primary concerns for the young Internet users. Gender aspects also emerged from the data since there were several differences in Internet usage and online purchasing between girls and boys. Based on the findings, the paper ends with implications and recommendations for companies attempting to approach teenagers in order to build relationships with them.     

Potential of the Internet as a Retailing Channel in South Africa

Abstract

This study examines the factors affecting retailers perceptions of the Internet as a potential retail channel. It examines the environmental factors as well as the organizational factors impacting on the potential of Internet retailing. Results are reported from 102 South African retailing chain organizations across all categories. The authors discuss the results and provide some guiding points for retailers who intend to use the Internet as a retailing channel in the future.     

Re-assessment of E-S-Qual and E-RecS-Qual in a pure service setting

Understanding and measuring electronic service quality including its dimensions has become crucial since a growing volume of business takes place in the cyber world. This paper focuses on measuring electronic service quality and service recovery issues by means of E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL scales in a pure service oriented setting and across a culturally different consumer group than the original scale. This research covers 2017 customers' assessment of the electronic service quality offered by 13 banks in Turkey. Findings suggest a refined and more stable version of the E-S-QUAL scale for the internet banks. Comprehensive psychometric tests also suggest that E-RecS-QUAL is an appropriate tool to evaluate online service recovery in consumer research.     

基于Internet现状的IP传真设计探讨

本文首先简要介绍了IP传真的现存标准，指出了他们考虑问题的立足点：一个是建立在基于电子邮件的实用基础上的；一个是建立在IP网络的低误码率和高速率的理想化基础上的，以及由此带来的不足，然后提出了一种基于Internet现状的IP传真新观点，并分析了它的优点。     

我国互联网信用体系建设的策略研究——基于中国人民银行征信平台的视角

随着互联网的蓬勃发展,网络购物、网上支付、虚拟货币、在线预订等网络商务活动方兴未艾。与此同时,网络诚信和安全也成为制约网民进行网上交易的关键。目前,我国互联网信用体系建设仍处于起步阶段,从职责、技术、资源节约等方面考虑,可尝试利用中国人民银行的征信系统,扩大互联网上支付信息的采集范围,建设互联网上的信用信息通用平台,构建我国网络信用体系。

The diffusion of the Internet is becoming a central policy issue for developing countries, being identified by scholars as a key driver of knowledge, innovation and development. Remarkably, the related literature is scarce and fragmented. In order to contribute to fill this gap, we analyse Internet access and usage patterns in seven Latin American countries. In addition to the traditional socio-economic determinants of Internet access, the results also suggest an important role for network effects, presence of students at households and complementarities in Internet use at different locations. Concerning usage, estimations show that Internet access does not translate automatically into usage. In particular, females are found to be less likely to use the Internet, even once access is provided. Finally, the evidence suggests that while technological skills are necessary to fully exploit Internet potentialities, individuals located in rural areas are more likely to use the Internet for education purposes, confirming the potential connectivity impact on human capital.     

从“人肉搜索”看互联网的公共性

在网络公共领域,人肉搜索作为一种人性化搜索体验,在产生之初本是善良的,但是随着良莠不齐网民大量加入,其本意被扭曲,甚至产生网络暴力和网络暴民。究其根本,互联网的全民性、互动性、信息资源性、补充监督性、技术先进性是其作为新兴公共领域的独特之处。但是,互联网的有限性、制度缺失、公共性渐流失、权利和责任分离等缺点也导致了人肉搜索与公共性发生严重碰撞,其结果是近几年来网络暴力案件的频发和升级。这就需要我们从加强国家法制建设、公民法律意识建设、实行实名制、构建健康公共理性等方面来正确处理＂人肉搜索＂与公共性的关系。
