职业学校“订单教育”的教学组织和管理问题研究

"订单教育"作为一种新型的产学研合作培养模式,在职业学校获得广泛推广。但由于受到传统教学理念的影响,职业学校不能适应"订单教育"的要求。只有通过不断探索和研究,深化教学改革,才能提高教育质量,实现真正的"订单教育"。     

关注学生心理,优化中职声乐师资队伍

"十一五"发展规划中提出的中等职业教育改革和发展的目标,表明了我国中等职业教育发展契机的到来。然而,中等职业学校生源质量偏低,学生的各种心理问题表现得比较突出。中等职业学校声乐教学是我国中等职业学校音乐教育体系中的一个有机组成部分,有其自身的规律和特点。笔者尝试从几方面做些探讨,以寻求对策帮助学生健康其心理。     

梅州市部分职业学校篮球教学的现状与对策研究

篮球运动是在我国普及度较高的一项体育项目,也是各个学校体育教学中的主要课程,篮球教学的效果主要是取决于教师的教学方法和学生的学习兴趣,篮球教学的教学质量直接影响着学生能否掌握这种运动项目,所以,很有必要在职业院校里开设这门课程,对提高学生的体育锻炼水平和对学生的健康成长有重要意义,目前我国的体育运动在逐渐的向"终身体育"转变,因此,各个职业院校的篮球教学也必须做出相应的改革。对目前的职业院校的篮球教学现状进行调查,通过研究发现在职业院校中篮球教学中存在的问题,并采取措施解决在教学中出现的问题。     

着力解决制约科学发展的关键问题

文章重点分析制约科学发展的关键问题，认为领导干部的发展观、政绩观，直接影响和制约着科学发展观的贯彻，但体制保障更是落实科学发展观至为关键的因素，对深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的现实意义。     

The impact of Chicago’s small high school initiative

This project examines the effects of the introduction of new small high schools on student performance in the Chicago Public School (CPS) district. Specifically, we investigate whether students attending small high schools have better graduation/enrollment rates and achievement than similar students who attend regular CPS high schools. We show that students who choose to attend a small school are more disadvantaged on average, including having prior test scores that are about 0.2 standard deviations lower than their elementary school classmates. To address the selection problem, we use an instrumental variables strategy and compare students who live in the same neighborhoods but differ in their residential proximity to a small school. In this approach, one student is more likely to sign up for a small school than another statistically identical student because the small school is located closer to the student’s house and therefore the “cost” of attending the school is lower. The distance-to-small-school variable has strong predictive power to identify who attends a small school. We find that small schools students are substantially more likely to persist in school and eventually graduate. Nonetheless, there is no positive impact on student achievement as measured by test scores.     

基于“宽基础”模式的职教现代物流概论课程改革与实践研究

现代物流概论课程是物流专业的一门必修课,但是该课程在职业学校的实践当中有很多误区,本文从分析现代物流概论课程目标定位入手,结合学校实际,大胆地、全方位地对现代物流概论课程的内容、教学方法等进行重新设计与改革,最后,创造性地对该课程的教学评价进行改革。     

转变中职学生数学学习方法之尝试

中职学生难教，中职数学更难教。这其中有家庭、学校的原因，也有社会的原因；有教师教学方法方面的问题，也有学生学习方法方面的问题。文章主要介绍笔者在转变中职学生数学学习方法方面的一些尝试。     

Developing an International and Technology-Driven Business School Program

Abstract

Academics and practitioners alike have voiced their concerns about how to continuously improve the quality of education in the business school. Two central issues that have received recent attention are (1) how to address a rapidly changing and increasingly global economy, and (2) how to infuse technology into the business school curriculum. Both of these issues are changing at break-neck speed, whereas the academic environment, by its very nature and structure, is struggling to meet these demands ata much slower pace. We attempt to offer solutions to these major issues by developing an action plan for international business and technology. One key factor in developing global and technological programs in business schools is the input of its stakeholders-the international and technological business community. In this study, we report the results of an investigation of the international business and technological community's perceptions of the skills they require of recent business school graduates. A total of 126 business organizations provide insights for business schools to develop action plans to address international and technological needs. A discussion and implications of our findings provides an initial avenue for schools to follow in their strategic planning for the future.     

高职院校辅导员考核中的模糊评定

强化高职院校辅导员的绩效考核工作十分重要。构建符合高职院校特点的指标体系,可以使考核工作更加科学合理。应用模糊数学的方法,摈除传统的经验测评方法,结合学校实际,对于系统地阐明高职院校辅导员绩效考核中的模糊评定过程具有实际的应用价值。     

The changing role of house price dynamics over the business cycle

In this paper, we attempt to analyse the relationship between house price dynamics and the business cycle. Employing a time-varying transition probability Markov switching framework, we provide empirical evidence that house price growth may prove a useful leading indicator for turning point detection. Focusing on three countries, the US, UK and Spain, we furthermore provide evidence that although potentially informative from an overall perspective in business cycle modelling, the significance of signals contained in house prices may not be symmetric across the identified high growth and low growth states. In addition, we suggest a possible range of values for house price deflation which may trigger a recession the following period.
