鉴证咨询行业的成本控制问题及措施

随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入以及经济全球化的大体趋势,鉴证咨询行业得到了蓬勃的发展。在保证行业正常优质运行的情况下,节约成本可以给企业带来更多利润,促进企业资金周转加速,促使企业的发展空间拓宽。要解决鉴证咨询行业在成本控制当中出现的问题,则应当做好成本指标分解,建立成本控制组织体系,开发成本信息系统,建立切实可行的目标责任成本,综合发动企业各部门、各成员对于成本控制的积极性,从而形成合力。     

Environmental management certification and environmental performance: Greening or greenwashing?

This article analyzes the contribution of certifiable environmental management standards—such as ISO 14001 and the Eco‐Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS)—to corporate environmental performance. Based on a content analysis of 414 third‐party‐verified environmental statements from EMAS‐registered Spanish organizations, which included information for around 6,700 detailed indicators, a weak improvement in environmental performance was found. Less than half of the analyzed indicators—namely, 48.27%—revealed a net improvement. Similarly, analysis of the justifications of the registered companies for the lack of improvement points to a rather symbolical adoption of the certification, intended to do only the bare minimum. These findings call into question the prevailing opinion about the positive impact of voluntary certifiable environmental management standards on environmental greening. Implications for managers and public policy makers, as well as for other stakeholders, are discussed.     

Geographical Indications and the Competitive Provision of Quality in Agricultural Markets

The economics of geographical indications (GIs) is assessed within a vertical product differentiation framework that is consistent with the competitive structure of agriculture. It is assumed that certification costs are needed for GIs to serve as (collective) credible quality certification devices, and production of high-quality product is endogenously determined. We find that GIs can support a competitive provision of quality and lead to clear welfare gains, although they fall short of delivering the (constrained) first best. The main beneficiaries are consumers. Producers may also accrue some benefit if production of the high-quality products draws on scarce factors that they own.     

可信性、价值认证和投资银行声誊机制

文章认为由于“机会主义”和“善意错误”的存在，致使投资银行在价值认证中面临“可信性”问题。文章利用C-F模型，探讨了投资银行声誉对解决“可信性”问题的意义，并通过分析投资银行声誉与发行企业质量、IPO抑价和承销费用之间的关系，发现投资银行声誉机制具有“信号显示”、“价值发现”和“补偿激励”等重要功能。由于没有很好地解决可信性问题，投资银行声誉机制的这些功能在我国基本不存在，因此我国投资银行很难发挥价值认证作用，这是我国证券发行市场有效性不足的一个重要原因。     

2008版ISO9001标准及其实施建议

文章介绍了2008版ISO／FDIS 9001《质量管理体系要求》标准的起草情况以及相对于2000版标准的主要变化,根据2008年5月第25届ISO／TC 176大会的决议,提出了我国企业实施新版ISO 9001标准的对策建议。     

A Balancing Act: Disproportionate Sampling of Organic Foods

When exploring decision making in food marketing, particular events are often unequally represented in the data. Concerns over bias can confuse public policy or strategy interpretation if samples are unbalanced. This occurs when researching organic food marketing. A small share of the market (～4%) and of product innovations (～7%) are organic. Caution is advised when predicting trends based on this disproportionately small sample of organic products. This study demonstrates that there is little statistical difference, and even a net gain in predictive power, when using a balanced sample to test factors that influence a firm’s decision to market organic food. Marginal probabilities for the smaller, balanced sample are biased by a constant factor. Thus ex post adjustment is easy and recommended to enhance predictive power.

无人机航空摄影以无人驾驶飞机作为空中作业平台,集合高空拍摄、遥感以及航空摄影于一体,对农村范围内的集体土地,包括属于农民集体所有的建设用地、农用地和未利用地进行航空摄影,获取准确的地形图数据,以保证农村集体土地登记确权发证工作有效进行。本文对无人机航空摄影技术在农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证工作进行简单介绍。     

Intensive tour guide training in regional Australia: an analysis of the Savannah Guides organisation and professional development schools

A number of authors believe that tour guide training may hold a key to passing on the concept of sustainable tourism to tourists. Savannah Guides Limited (SGL) is an organisation for tour guides interpreting and protecting the tropical savannahs of northern Australia. This paper examines the provision of intensive professional development schools, which the SGL organisation provides, to raise standards of professionalism for nature-based tour guides in remote regions. Its framework is based on Schein's three levels of organisational culture model, and Black and Ham's 10-element performance-based tour guide certification programme. Active participant observation of the development school process and a self-administered questionnaire to SGL members were used to understand the organisation's success. The main motivations for tour guiding are explored, as are the ways in which tour guides acquire knowledge. It is suggested that the provision of professional development schools in nature-based tourism regions benefits the guide and the tour guiding industry, and contributes to the protection of the natural environment. It is proposed that the SGL training model of professional development schools and certification be adopted by tour guiding organisations in other regional destinations as a way of nurturing and advancing quality tour guiding and professionalism.
