建立了阳离子交换高效液相色谱法测定纸巾纸和卫生纸中的丙烯酰胺单体残留量的检测方法,方法的检出限为1mg/kg,回收率为90.4%-104.2%,相对标准偏差为2.3%,线性相关系数为0.9998,该方法简单、易操作、灵敏度高,是测定纸巾纸和卫生纸中丙烯酰胺的有效测定方法。     

HARMONISING NATIONAL INPUT—OUTPUT TABLES FOR CONSUMPTION-BASED ACCOUNTING — EXPERIENCES FROM EXIOPOL

Environmentally extended, multi-regional, input–output (MRIO) databases have emerged to fulfil the need for mapping the impacts of globalisation, following resource-intensive supply chains crossing country borders. EXIOBASE is one such data set designed for use in analysis relevant to resource use and European Union policy. It provides the most detailed harmonised sector classification in any MRIO and integrates data from a wide range of sources. We review the necessary steps in order to harmonise source data in MRIO databases, and describe methods to increase the product and industry detail of aggregate supply and use tables (SUTs) in order to provide a homogenous classification across countries that allows resource-specific modelling. We cover mathematical programming approaches used to reconcile data sets, and investigate some implications of reverse engineering symmetric input–output tables and disaggregating the SUTs. We focus particularly on the footprint multiplier at the product level, where policy formation is targeted.     

Estimating interest rate setting behaviour in Korea: a constrained ordered choices model approach

We study the Bank of Korea’s interest rate setting behaviour using an array of constrained ordered choices models, where the Monetary Policy Committee revises the target policy interest rate only when the current market interest rate deviates from the optimal rate by more than certain threshold values. Our models explain changes in the monetary policy stance well for the monthly frequency Korean data since January 2000. We find important roles for the output gap and the foreign exchange rate in understanding the Bank of Korea’s rate decision-making process. We also implement out-of-sample forecast exercises with September 2008 (Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy) for a split point. We demonstrate that out-of-sample predictability improves greatly for the rate cut and the rate hike decisions using SE-adjusted inaction bands.

科技与经济的协调发展是科学发展观的重要内容,本文应用协同学理论构建了区域科技—经济系统的协调度模型,以浙江省为研究对象,对浙江省近十年科技-经济的协调发展的情况进行了分析,并进一步研究了如何控制科技—经济系统的协调性,提出了提高浙江省科技—经济系统协调发展的对策建议。     

基于DEA方法的宁波工业效率评价

工业发展是经济增长的中流砥柱,工业效率和产业结构优化息息相关。在由资源消耗型、劳动密集型产业向资本、技术密集型产业方向调整的趋势下,如何评价工业效率是一个首要的问题。宁波产业结构仍有不合理之处,需要进一步加快转型升级,继续重视技术进步的重要作用,并加大力度改进纯技术效率。     

东江特大桥主桥二次张拉低回缩钢绞线竖向预应力设计与施工

东江特大桥是博深高速公路最大的一座特大桥,北接博罗苏村,南接惠州潼湖,跨越广东东江,全长2675.43m,其中东江特大桥属于博深高速公路第一合同,主桥采用连续刚构方案,并采用竖向预应力二次张拉设计与施工,本文介绍主桥竖向预应力设计与施工关键技术,希望对类似桥型的设计与施工起到借鉴与参考作用。     

我国城镇居民最低生活保障制度保障力度分析

城镇居民最低生活保障制度,是我国社会救助制度体系的核心内容,也是我国政府反贫困政策的重要组成部分。分析它在运行过程中的保障力度,对于明确该制度已经取得的功效以及存在的不足有一个全面的认识,这对于该制度的进一步发展与完善具有积极的作用。     

微波萃取-HPLC法测定电子电气产品中的多氯萘

[目的]建立了微波萃取法提取-HPLC法检测电子电气产品中的多氯萘的方法。[方法]样品以甲苯为溶剂经微波萃取法提取、硅胶小柱净化、浓缩后采用高效液相色谱法测定,以外标法进行定量。[结果]方法检测低限为2.5 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.9%-5.2%,回收率为74.2%-96.8%。[结论]本文所用方法操作简便、快速、准确,对实际样品的检测结果满意。
