雷达液位仪在油品储罐液位计量上的应用

油品储罐液位是油品集输工艺的重要参数之一。采用人工检尺等接触式方法测量液位，存在种种弊端，非接触式雷达液位仪可以解决液位测量中误差大，不安全等问题。结合我厂油罐液位测量方法的发展历程，重点介绍了雷达液位仪的原理及技术特点，以及其安装，调试，使用过程中存在和需要解决的一些问题。     

Stocks‐to‐use ratios and prices as indicators of vulnerability to spikes in global cereal markets

We identify critical stocks‐to‐use ratios (SURs) for major grains and for an index of total calories from these grains. The latter appears to be a promising indicator of vulnerability to large price spikes when the current price shows no cause for concern. More generally, our results suggest that stocks data, though no doubt unreliable, can be valuable complements to price data as indicators of vulnerability to shortages and price spikes.     

Evaluating the effectiveness of inter-regional trade and storage in Malawi’s private sector maize markets

This paper evaluates the effectiveness of the private sector maize marketing system in Malawi using threshold autoregression models. Two dimensions of maize market performance are evaluated: (1) inter-regional trade and spatial price transmission; and (2) storage and seasonal price relationships. In both cases, threshold autoregression models which account for nonlinearities predicted by economic theory are applied. Results indicate that spatial price transmission and seasonal price patterns in private sector maize markets in Malawi are generally consistent with long-run competitive inter-regional trade and storage behavior, and that in most cases shocks to long-run equilibrium are arbitraged away quickly. This suggests the private sector in Malawi is generally doing a good job of transporting maize from surplus to deficit regions and smoothing maize consumption between harvests.

A Model of Expatriate On-the-Job Adaptation to Overseas Assignments: A Communication Perspective

ABSTRACT

This paper presents an empirically based model that describes the process of how successful expatriates adapted to their overseas assignments. Tracing the adaptation process over three stages, the model describes both internally and externally focused adaptation activities. In internally focused activities expatriates (a) implemented management systems and approaches suitable to their organizational units and (b) maintained and developed relationships with corporate headquarters and other enterprise units. In externally focused activities the expatriates concentrated on tasks that integrated their organizational units with the exterior environment.     

基于时间优化的指派问题研究

提出了一类基于时间优化的指派问题。与传统的指派问题不同,本文提出的指派问题从如何尽量提前最后完成的那项任务的结束时间的角度研究任务指派问题。根据影响该问题的三个因素将该指派问题区分为12类,最终形成5种有实际意义的类型并进行了讨论。     

A Simple Selling and Buying Procedure

For the assignment game, we analyze the following mechanism. Sellers, simultaneously, fix their prices first. Then buyers, sequentially, decide which object to buy. Also, each buyer may report his or her indifferences (along with the previous buyers' indifferences) to the following buyer. The first phase determines the potential prices, while the second phase determines the actual matching. Reporting truthfully the indifferences is always a dominant strategy for the buyers. Moreover, when buyers state their true indifferences, the subgame perfect equilibria outcomes of the mechanism correspond to the maximum equilibrium price vector together with optimal matchings. 论公平分配的实现过程

公平分配的实现状况直接关系到和谐社会建设的成败,正确地认识公平分配的实现过程至关重要.现阶段,解决公平问题的重点在初次分配,而不是所谓的二次、三次分配.实现公平是一个渐进的过程,要分阶段按层面进行,不能一刀切,大体可以分为三个阶段、两个层面.由于涉及问题众多,涉及部门无数,每一个问题、每一个部门均有不同特点,所以解决分配问题要形式多样,没有固定的模式.
