私募股权投资会影响企业创新策略吗

〖GK3〗基于企业实质性与策略性创新策略视角,以专利异质性作为切入点,考察沪深两市2010-2017年IPO企业私募股权投资与创新策略间的关系。研究发现,私募参与能有效提升企业整体专利数量,但仅对策略性创新行为即非发明专利数量具有显著提升作用;从私募特征看,单独投资和本土背景下的私募对策略性创新的引导作用更强。进一步研究发现,IPO叫停抑制了私募对企业策略性创新的引导作用,同时激发了私募对企业实质性创新的正面作用;对IPO企业异质性创新成果的经济后果进行研究发现,实质性创新能够显著提升企业绩效,而策略性创新对非发明专利的关注与包装并不能对企业绩效产生积极影响。     

基于管理协同的产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性研究

近年产业技术创新战略联盟发展迅速,但普遍存在稳定性不高、效率低下等诸多问题。因此,提高联盟稳定性、改进联盟绩效是当前亟需解决的问题。基于管理协同理论,从资源协同、目标协同、知识协同、关系协同、创新协同视角,以成员信任度为调节变量,对产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性进行分析。研究结果发现,联盟成员资源协同、目标协同、知识协同对联盟稳定性存在正向影响,关系协同、创新协同对联盟稳定性存在负向影响。基于此,提出促进联盟稳定性的对策建议。     

学习型战略联盟:企业知识的创新与外溢

战略联盟是一种全新的现代组织形式.由于知识的特殊性,使知识交易存在市场失灵现象,企业为了转移和学习知识建立学习型联盟.不同学习联盟类型与不同的学习方式相关,我们区分了三种学习方式,探讨了与之相适应三种学习型战略联盟类型.并进一步指出学习型战略联盟的知识创新和学习竞赛导致的知识的外溢问题.

Strategic transformation as the essential last step in the process of business turnaround

Just over a decade ago, the work of strategic management scholars helped to broaden the perspectives of executives caught in the throes of declining organizational performance. In addition to the traditional turnaround options that stabilized financial performance, managers were shown approaches that they could deploy to reduce the chances of a recurrence of the turnaround situation. This article updates the progress that has since been made in understanding the turnaround process. Further, we look at an ambitious approach to redirecting the strategies of a reemerging company toward a more promising competitive position, as the essential last step in the process of business turnaround. Called strategic transformation, this approach to reformulating strategy cultivates company growth in strong or emerging markets.     

Strategic partitioning of emission allowances under the EU Emission Trading Scheme

The EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) is breaking new ground in the experience with emission trading regimes across multiple jurisdictions. Since the EU ETS covers only some industries, it implies a hybrid emission control scheme where EU member states must apply complementary domestic emissions regulation for the non-trading sectors of their economies in order to comply with their national emission reduction targets. The EU ETS thus opens up for strategic partitioning of national emissions budgets by the member states between trading and non-trading sectors. In this paper we examine the potential effects of such strategic behavior on compliance cost and emissions prices. We show that concerns on efficiency losses from strategic partitioning are misplaced. In turn, our analysis implicitly indicates significant political economy forces behind EU climate policy, as both cost-effective and strategically motivated partitioning of national emission budgets are far off from the actual break-down between trading and non-trading sectors.

国际战略联盟类型选择的演化博弈分析

国际战略联盟类型影响联盟绩效及其稳定发展。以合作偏好度作为选择构建联盟类型的依据,分别考虑无形收益和不考虑无形收益,建立了合作偏好度的演化博弈模型,并由此分析联盟类型的选择:不考虑无形收益,则构建纵向联盟,且演化稳定的合作偏好度随产品互补性增加而增强;考虑无形收益,构建横向或纵向联盟皆可,但需调节自己的合作偏好度,以影响对方的合作偏好度,从而促进联盟的稳定发展。
