版权保护期限优化设计实证研究——基于56个国家和地区的数据分析

版权保护具有时间限制,这是世界各国的立法通例,也是版权法平衡作者个人利益和社会公共利益的一种必要手段。本文对56个国家和地区的版权保护期限与版权贸易的关系进行了实证分析,结果显示,版权保护期限随着版权贸易的增加起初提高然后降低,两者呈倒U型关系,此拐点的人均创意及其相关产业物品进出口贸易额为4233．074美元,版权保护期限为72．386年。     

Examining the impact of information technology and patient flow on healthcare performance: A Theory of Swift and Even Flow (TSEF) perspective

The impact of information technologies on manufacturing operations and performance is well established. However, scant research has been devoted to examining information technology (IT) investment among hospitals and how it influences patient care and financial performance. Using the lens of the Theory of Swift Even Flow (TSEF), we present an operations management-based perspective on the effect of IT in streamlining hospital operations. Specifically, we examined the role of IT on patient flow and its consequences for improved hospital efficiency and performance.

企业价值最大化是国外普遍承认的财务目标,近年来在国内也得到了广泛的认同。文章以金融市场为视角来展现财务目标演变的历史线索,从中揭示了财务目标的金融约束,并论证了完全金融市场中各种财务目标的同一性,指出我国财务目标选择不应该跨越当前不完全金融市场条件的制约。     

项目进度绩效指标的改进及其动态性预测

传统的挣值方法中,进度指标的预测多表现单期、静态的特性,存在严重的局限性。为了改进和完善挣值管理方法中进度指标体系,在考虑时间序列的基础上,将统计方法引入挣值管理进度指标体系中,用更加科学的方法对项目进度指标进行描述,并在此基础上基于贝叶斯推断方法,加入专家意见,从统计学的角度提出了进度绩效指数的动态预测模型,因而,可以为项目管理者提供科学的据侧依据。     

风险价值及压力测试在采购策略中的应用

首先分析了供应链采购风险管理的重要性,然后分别介绍了VaR和压力测试这两种风险测度方法,并在此基础上建立了采购风险度量模型,为制定科学的采购策略提供了量化的决策依据。     

WICKEDNESS IN SOCIAL CHOICE

In an article from 1973, Rittel and Webber distinguished between ‘tame’ or ‘benign’ problems on the one hand and ‘wicked’ problems on the other. The authors argued that wicked problems occur in nearly all public policy issues. Since different groups adhere to different value-sets, solutions can only be expressed as better or worse. By no means can they be viewed as definitive or objective. In this paper we consider, from this very angle, the theory of social choice which is about the aggregation of individual preferences with the aim to derive a consistent social preference. We show that collective choice offers wicked problems of various types which differ in their degree of severity. We hereby concentrate on welfare functions and voting schemes of different kinds and discuss these in the light of various criteria such as Arrow's independence condition, Condorcet consistency, monotonicity, manipulability, and other properties.
