当前中国国家治理研究述评

本文通过对当前中国国家治理研究的综述和归纳认为,有关当前中国国家治理的研究不可谓不繁荣,这些研究成果既涉及到了宏观的国家治理体制,又涉及到了微观的国家治理方式,更关注到了动态的国家治理转型,全方位、多视角的为我们呈现出了一幅"横看成林侧成峰,远近高低各不同"的国家治理图景。然而,由于拘泥于"时空"限制所带来的理论深度不够和由于拘泥于"范式"限制所带来的研究范式陈旧,当前的中国国家治理研究也呈现出了一定程度的"贫困"。如何突破研究的表象,寻找中国国家治理的内在逻辑?如何突破陈旧的范式,寻找新的解释模型?这都是当前中国国家治理研究必须直面和解决的难题。     

基于数据库和数据挖掘技术的客户关系管理

介绍了CRM(客户关系管理)的基本原理，提出了一种基于数据库技术的实现方法，描述了数据挖掘技术在实现CRM的各种功能中的运用。     

国内蒸馏装置节能降耗的技改措施

原油蒸馏装置已成为炼油厂中能耗最大的装置 ,以降低能耗为中心的技术改造显得十分必要。本文从采用新技术 ,改进工艺过程 ;采用各种新型、高效、低耗设备 ,降低能耗和加强监控 ,优化操作三个方面介绍了节能降耗措施 ,并对国内原油蒸馏装置节能改造提出了建议 ,以供炼油企业在进行原油蒸馏装置改造时参考。     

The pricing of volatility risk in the US equity market

We analyze whether the pricing of volatility risk depends on the asset pricing framework applied in the tests, the specified volatility proxies, and the portfolio sorts used for spanning the asset universe. For this purpose, we compare the results using a macroeconomic and fundamental based asset pricing model using three proxies of volatility and uncertainty, using size/value sorted and industry sector portfolios. Our results reveal that the marginal pricing effect of the VIX volatility factor is strong and statistically significant throughout the models and specifications, while the effect of an EGARCH-based volatility factor is mixed, mostly smaller but with the correct sign. In most cases, the EGARCH factor does not impair the pricing effect of the VIX. The portfolio sorts have a substantial impact on the volatility premiums in both model frameworks. The size of the volatility risk premium is more uniform across the models if the industry sector portfolio sort is used. Finally, the size/value portfolio sort generates larger volatility risk premiums for both models.

An evaluation framework for developing green infrastructure by using a new hybrid multiple attribute decision-making model for promoting environmental sustainability

With the expansion of urbanization caused by the growth of population and industrial activities, the urban/city and suburban areas are facing a variety of environmental threats. Although more research and urban policy has advocated and practiced the development of green infrastructure (GI) to support urban sustainable environment, the evaluation framework for the development of GI for promoting environmental sustainability is still insufficient. Moreover, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) commonly applied in published literature, makes an unrealistic assumption of independent relationships among dimensions/criteria in decision making for satisfying the real-world problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation framework, including four dimensions and related ten criteria, using a new hybrid-modified multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) model for developing and improving the GI for promoting environmental sustainability. This MADM model is combined with three different methodologies of MADM, including the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) for constructing the influential network relation map (INRM) to explore the complex influential inter-relationships and DEMATEL based on Analytic Network Process (DANP) for determining the influential weights with the VIse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) for evaluating and presenting improvement strategies for six different GIs. The empirical study indicates that DEMATEL and DANP Results suggest that decision-makers should pay more attention to the improvement of Design (D₄) and Materials (D₂) in terms of dimensions when utilizing the GI to promote environmental sustainability. Because these dimensions are enhanced, Species (D₁) and Energy (D₃) will be improved in synchronization. From the perspective of criteria, five are key core criteria and need to be focused on first: increasing the green coverage rate (B₉), utilizing sustainable materials (B₄), using ecological engineering (B₈), shaping species biodiversity (B₁), and reducing energy consumption (B₅). Modified VIKOR reveals that “grass swales” are a comparatively better choice among six GIs for promoting environmental sustainability toward achieving the aspiration level. Therefore, this MADM model is beneficial to provide a more convincing assessment framework and improvement strategies for the development of GI for promoting environmental sustainability. As a result, these modified MADM models can be shown more conveniently and reasonably than traditional methods such as traditional AHP or ANP method.     

混合梁桥大节段中跨钢梁吊装与合龙技术——以龙翔大桥为例

龙翔大桥主桥是采用大节段钢梁作为跨中结合段的大跨径双主跨刚构连续梁组合体系。依托龙翔大桥主桥施工提出一种新型提升系统,实现了悬臂梁施工、钢混结合段吊装、大节段跨中钢梁吊装3个施工阶段的快速转换。采用有限元法分析提升系统在施工各阶段的强度、刚度及稳定性验算,并与大节段跨中钢梁吊装时的位移实测数据进行对比,验证了提升系统能满足施工效率、安全和质量的要求,为类似桥梁在施工和合龙过程中提供了参考经验。     

福建省省级新型研发机构绩效评价研究

在新型研发机构建设需求与发展现状的基础上,从创新投入、运营水平、创新产出三个维度构建绩效评价指标体系,通过层次分析法和熵权法(AHP-EWM)相结合的方法确定指标权重,再采用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对福建省2016—2018年三批次新型研发机构绩效情况进行排序。研究表明,福建省新型研发机构建设存在发展程度差异较大、产业化对接能力不强等问题。最后从政府管理视角提出高质量发展对策。     

旋挖桩孔内掉钻螺杆机械手打捞施工技术

目前旋挖钻机在施工时,由于各种原因旋挖钻头孔内掉落的事故时有发生,由于掉落的钻头处于孔底最深达数十米的泥浆中,打捞难度大。现阶段打捞钻头的方式普遍存在成本高、不安全、成功率低等弊端。为此,研发一种可安装在旋挖机钻杆上,并通过钻杆下放到深孔内打捞钻头的机械手。通过旋挖钻机旋转钻杆,操控机械手的开合,使其牢固抓住掉落钻头顶部的凸出方套,从而使机械手与掉落的钻头建立连接,再通过旋挖钻机提升钻杆将掉落的钻头打捞出孔,达到快捷、准确、安全、经济的效果。     

数字图像处理技术在腐蚀科学中的应用研究

随着计算机多媒体技术的迅速发展和普及,图像处理已经在众多领域中得到广泛应用,如医药、军事、气象、科研等。其中,数字图像处理技术在腐蚀科学和工程领域的应用中取得了良好成效。本文主要就数字图像处理技术在腐蚀科学中的应用进行了研究,并得出了相关结论。
