以反垄断替代反倾销是指对跨国境的价格歧视行为.可以以反垄断法加以规制而少用或不用反倾销工具.文章认为,相互取消反倾销,但并不代之以反垄断,这种建议是目前较为可行的,并建议在双边或区域性层面首先进行这样的努力.

Interaction between tax and accounting practice: Accounting for stock-in-trade

This paper studies the issue of interaction between tax and accounting practice through an examination of the process followed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) when formulating Recommendation on Accounting Principles (RoAP) No. 22 as a replacement for RoAP No. 10. We show that the ICAEW had a clear intention of persuading the Board of Inland Revenue of the legitimacy of replacement cost as a basis of stock valuation, and that the preparation and publication of RoAP 22 succeeded, to a significant extent, in achieving that outcome. We also reveal that RoAP 22 appears to have affected the way in which some companies valued their stock and how their bases of stock valuation were disclosed in corporate published accounts.     

宅基地退出政策对农户迁入社区韧性的影响 ——以四川省邛崃市宅基地异地置换模式为例

研究目的：基于实地调研的农户微观数据，以四川省邛崃市宅基地异地置换模式为例，明确宅基地退出政策对社区韧性的影响及作用机制，以深化农村宅基地制度改革和提高社区治理水平。研究方法：PSM-DID模型。研究结果：（1）宅基地退出政策对社区韧性存在正向政策影响，其中，宅基地退出政策对社区倡导力和社区能动力有显著促进作用，但对社区包容力有显著抑制作用；（2）社区生态环境水平、多元主体治理参与水平和社区基础设施水平在宅基地退出政策与社区韧性之间起正向推动的中介作用；（3）社区韧性水平的高低受社区倡导力影响最大，其次是社区包容力，最后是社区能动力。研究结论：实施宅基地退出政策有助于农户迁入社区恢复稳定，这对于提升社区治理水平，实现乡村振兴战略具有重要实践意义。     

Staging a comeback? The influencing mechanism of tourist crowding perception on adaptive behavior

An increasing number of studies have recently elucidated the serious negative effects of tourist crowding. However, how tourists cope with crowding and adopt adaptive responses remains unclear. Thus, this study qualitatively identified the mechanism of tourist crowding perception of adaptive behavior from interviewees and then quantitatively validated the mechanism through the mediation of tourist fatigue and negative emotions, as well as the moderation of peer emotion contagion. Tourists were more likely to return to a destination and engage in temporal replacement behavior through the mediating effect of tourist fatigue, but it was also found that peer emotional contagion interferes with two paths that explain how tourist crowding perception influences tourist emotion change or state variation, impacting adaptive behavior responses. Consequently, we recommend diverting tourists, focusing on alleviating fatigue and negative emotions and channeling the peers’ negative emotions to mitigate the negative impact of tourist crowding.
