近年来,随着人们对传统文化的重视及互联网的发展、产业链结构的完善、潜在消费人群逐步增多,使得汉服市场有了新的发展转机与浪潮。在汉服设计上,设计师们不断创新并向周边产业延伸。而汉服市场的发展方向变得多元化,影响其发展的因素也逐渐增加。汉服市场的快速发展亦体现出中国人的文化自信。研究汉服市场对该产业的发展有着重要意义。     

数字规划--现代城市规划面临的机遇与挑战

数字规划是现代城市规划的必由之路。本文在分析数字规划的由来和内涵的基础上，指出了数字规划时代的到来给现代城市规划在从业人员的知识结构、规划理念、工作模式和管理制度等方面提出的挑战，以及数字规划给现代城市规划在规划理念、规划手段和规划内容等方面带来的机遇。     

The Challenges Faced by Reporting Entities on Their Transition to International Financial Reporting Standards: A Qualitative Study

Abstract

This study explores the challenges of implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the organisational level. Based on interviews with experts with aggregated experience relating to the transition projects of over 170 reporting entities, this paper highlights the main challenges in delivering a successful implementation of IFRS. The findings show that the problems faced in implementation include lack of education and training, securing executive-level support, identifying and responding to the wider business-related implications of the transition, and issues with capturing the necessary information for reporting under IFRS.This paper complements the existing literature and offers a qualitative alternative to considering the transition to IFRS, offering insight into the organisational context of IFRS implementation. These insights are useful not only from a historic perspective, but also for organisations and regulators in the many jurisdictions where IFRS is permitted but not required, where more reporting entities will voluntarily move to IFRS-based reporting in the future. More broadly, they are also applicable to the challenges faced in implementing new and significantly revised IFRSs.

Centre‐based and expedition‐based (wilderness) adventure experiential learning regarding personal effectiveness: an explorative enquiry

The purpose of this study is to compare a centre‐based adventure programme (CBAP) with an expedition‐based wilderness programme (EBWP) with regard to personal effectiveness. In comparing these two programmes, this study made use of a crossover research design with data collection according to DE Vos. Participants were 28 third‐year students (14 men and 14 women), aged 20 to 23 ( x = 21.6 ± 0.7) from the Northwest University (Potchefstroom Campus) in South Africa. Both interviews and questionnaires (n = 28) were used to gather comprehensive data. Results indicated medium‐(d = 0.5) to‐practically significant (d ≥ 0.8) changes in most of the ROPELOC (Review of Personal Effectiveness and Locus of Control) variables. Each programme offered unique benefits. The EBWP resulted mainly in improvements in terms of the personal aspects of the ROPELOC, whereas the CBAP mainly delivered in terms of its social aspects. Even though both programmes seem to be beneficial for the facilitation of personal effectiveness, each programme should be selected according to the envisaged outcomes and intervention criteria. For the improvement of personal effectiveness, the EBWP seems to be of relatively more value – mainly on account of the impact of the wilderness environment. This translates into unique experiences of solitude, privacy and freedom of choice, spiritual upliftment, and restoration.     

Tourism and health: using positive psychology principles to maximise participants’ wellbeing outcomes – a design concept for charity challenge tourism

This conceptual paper explores the use of psychology, especially positive psychology, to inform the design of travel experiences for a specific health outcome – enhanced participant wellbeing or mental health. It extends the concept of sustainable tourism as a tool for local, regional and societal improvement. Mental health is a growing issue in many developed countries: 30% of Australians report depressive symptoms, with implications for social sustainability. The paper reviews how positive psychology seeks to combine hedonic, eudemonic and social wellbeing into the integrated concept of “flourishing”, creating positive emotions, engagement, and meaning. It uses the charity challenge model to explore tourism experiences that enhance participant wellbeing. Charity challenges are participatory, group travel events combined with extended physical activity, awareness-raising, and fund-raising for charity. These events inherently combine recognised pathways to wellbeing, e.g. being active, doing something meaningful, giving, and connecting with others. Other principles from positive psychology, such as intentional and volitional activity, goal attainment, activation of signature strengths, experiencing positive emotions/gratification, and capitalisation on positive experiences, can be incorporated into the event design to foster wellbeing outcomes. The paper suggests how this design might take shape, as well as management implications and further research questions.     

高等教育服务质量学生满意度现状及影响因子研究——基于江苏省八所高校本科生的调查分析

本研究选取南京市8所高校开展调查,结果表明学生对高等教育服务质量整体不满。专业前景是学生最关注的重点。宿舍管理员、学校自然环境、辅导员、图书馆管理、学生自治组织是高校的优势项目,食堂服务设施、回复学生群体不满、毕业生受欢迎度、课程可选修度、课程计划安排是高校的挑战项目。影响学生满意度的因子由大到小依次是:专业课程、校园文化、师资队伍、实践创新、后勤服务、教辅设施。学生的年级、性别对总体满意度的影响是随机的,学生的专业、成绩、父母文化程度、院校身份与总体满意度正向相关。     

WTO的挑战与湖南土地管理对策初探

中国加入WTO后，湖南省土地管理面临前所未有的改革发展机遇和严峻的挑战：既会极大地促进湖南土地资源优化配置、土地资产显化和土地管理体制与机制的改革，同时也将对湖南农村土地利用、土地市场建设、土地制度体系构建等造成巨大压力。为应对加入WTO之后的挑战，湖南土地管理应着重强化耕地保护，加强城镇土地市场建设，完善土地管理法律体系。
