Analyzing multiple data sources from a global information technology (IT) consulting multinational enterprise (MNE), this research unpacks the configuration of a digitalized HR ecosystem of artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted human resource management (HRM) applications and HR platforms. This study develops a novel theoretical framework mapping the nature and purpose of a digitalized AI-assisted HR ecosystem for delivering exceptional employee experience (EX), an antecedent to employee engagement (EE). Employing the theoretical lenses of EX, EE, AI-mediated social exchange, and engagement platforms, this study's overarching aim of this article is to establish how AI-assisted HRM fits into an organization's ecosystem and, second, how it impacts EX and EE. Our findings show that AI-assisted applications for HRM enhance EX and, thus, EE. We also see increases in employee productivity and HR function's effectiveness. Implications for research and practice are also discussed.  相似文献

Patent applications by male New Zealand inventors sharply increased in the early 1880s after initial official fees were reduced, and the requirement to advertise applications in newspapers abolished. Increasingly, however, applications lapsed, while applications by unskilled workers remained low. Non-fee costs were crucially important, with the 1870 reduction in fees failing to increase patenting, as hoped, because the doubling of mandatory advertising costs negated the fees reduction. Patenting by overseas inventors was less affected by fees, and steadily grew. Only one application was by an indigenous Māori person, while even in 1899 women made just 2.5% of applications.  相似文献

We assemble a unique dataset containing population-level information on loan applications in a region hosting two cultural groups to study the role of culture in firm borrowing decisions. We find that firms are more likely to apply for loans from culturally close banks. This effect is stronger for opaque firms, but not for less performing firms, indicating that firms do not expect preferential treatment from same-culture banks. Loan applications to culturally distant banks increase sharply with firms’ size and age, suggesting a role of information asymmetry in firm-bank matching. In contrast, we find no effect of cultural proximity on loan supply. Overall, our results show that demand-side factors play a key role in the formation of same-culture lending relationships.  相似文献

This study examines the effect of industrial robots applications on the quality upgrade of China's manufacturing export products at the enterprise level. It analyzes import and export data obtained from the China Customs and Chinese Industrial Enterprises databases from 2000 to 2013. The results show that the industrial robots applications significantly promotes the quality upgrade of Chinese manufacturing export products. Moreover, the impact of industrial robots applications on the export product quality is dynamic; it initially increases and then decreases. Heterogeneity test results indicate greater quality improvement effects if robots feature applications in high-tech industries. We also show that importing more robots and for extended periods promotes the effects of industrial robots applications on the export product quality upgrades of Chinese enterprises. Mechanism tests reveal that industrial robots applications can upgrade the quality of export products by improving the labor productivity and human capital level of enterprises. Finally, spillover analyses show that industrial robots applications intensity significantly affects export quality upgrades through spillover effects.  相似文献

时分多址(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)信号用户分离作为TDMA信号第三方侦收的重要环节,是后续用户内涵信息解译组报、目标测向定位的前提条件。在未知网台规格情况下,无法通过解译用户ID或网控信令的方式对多用户进行分离。基于TDMA信号物理层特征,提出了一种基于DBSCAN(Ddensity-based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise)聚类算法的TDMA信号用户盲分离方法。通过对TDMA信号的时频域特征进行提取和聚类,实现对多用户突发时隙进行分离,并利用仿真数据和实际网台数据进行了算法验证。该算法具有良好的抗噪声性能和较高的正确分选率。  相似文献

为深入了解全国独立办学医科院校临床医学科研竞争力现状,基于InCites数据库采用因子分析法从科研产出规模、科研产出影响力两个维度对2017—2021年全国27所独立办学医科院校的临床医学科研竞争力进行客观评价,获得27所高校临床医学科研生产力、科研影响力和科研竞争力排名。结果表明,临床医学科研生产力排在前3名的是首都医科大学、北京协和医学院、南京医科大学,科研影响力排在前3名的是广东医科大学、哈尔滨医科大学、广州医科大学,科研竞争力排在前3名的是北京协和医学院、首都医科大学、广州医科大学。建议各高校结合自身的优势和不足,有针对性地进行改进,进一步提高临床医学科研竞争力。  相似文献
