关于“设计构成”教学方法的思考与实践

"设计构成"系列课程作为艺术设计各专业共同的设计基础课,肩负着极其重要的历史使命。在当今时代,艺术设计教育不可能一成不变,我们应积极的面对眼前所发生的一切,及时对以往的教育体系与方法进行反思、梳理,调整我们的教学内容与教学方法。本文即从教学方法的革新和对学生创新能力的培养等方面提出了一些自己的观点和建议。提倡教法与学法同时改革,让学生在"轻松"的教学气氛中,不仅能学到所需的知识,更激发了学生的创造力。     

The cost implications of waste reduction: factor demand, competitiveness and policy implications

Manufacturing produces both good and “bad” outputs, such as waste, which have negative environmental effects. Economic (e.g., tax) and non-economic (e.g., reputation) incentives encourage firms to reduce waste. However, such practices are costly because decreases in output produced or increases in inputs used may accompany waste reduction. We employ a cost function approach to evaluate patterns of output and waste production and capital, labor, and materials use, for UK manufacturing plants. We find that costs of waste reduction generally imply increasing materials use and capital and labor input saving, but vary by county, region, and industry.

福建省转变外贸发展方式对策研究——基于优化外贸结构视角

2008年金融危机席卷全球,福建省也难独善其身。金融危机表面上是对福建省贸易规模的冲击,实际上是对外贸发展方式的挑战。当前福建省外贸发展方式较为粗放,集中表现在：贸易总量偏低,服务贸易滞后,出口仍以劳动密集型产品为主,加工贸易档次低,出口市场集中度高,资源环境效益差等。我省应从优化外贸结构入手,培育出口优势,扩大进口规模,发展服务贸易,提升加工贸易,扶持民营企业,多元化出口市场,加快转变外贸发展方式。     

与正整数的有序分拆相关的一些恒等式

研究了把正整数n分拆成各分布量都大于k且具有m个分布量的有序分拆,得到一些递归式;对于给定的正整数k和i,把正整数n分拆成分布量只含i,i+1,i+2,…,i+k-1的有序分拆,得到一个与无序分拆相关的恒等式和一些递归式.     

制度变迁、过度敏感性与消费差异分解——新劳动法下的七省经验数据

基于新劳动法实施后的七省调查数据,检验了劳动制度变迁过程中各消费阶层的过度敏感性。检验结果显示,除低消费阶层外,其他四个消费阶层的过度敏感性非常显著。应用重置权重复回中心映射的无条件分位数回归(RIF)和Oaxaca分解法,将新劳动法对不同消费阶层的总分配效应分解为消费者组成效应和消费结构效应(又称作政策效应)后可以发现,前者是因制度变迁前后消费者个人特征发生改变的结果,而整体过度敏感系数变动则是后者变动之因,两种效应均对各消费群体产生影响,除高消费阶层外,其他四个消费阶层中的消费结构效应起主导作用。研究还发现,当消费者所处的消费阶层位置极高时,消费者结构效应会失灵,消费者组成效应完全起主导作用;反之,当消费者所处的消费位置极低时,劳动力组成效应很小,而消费结构效应很大。     

加强作文教学,促进素质教育

作文教学是语文素质教育的一个重要组成部分,学生写作水平的高低,可以集中地体现语文教学的效果。因此,要想搞好语文教学工作,提高学生的语文教学素质,必须加强作文教学,认真指导学生写作,推进素质教育。     

The Relationship between Board Characteristics and Voluntary Improvements in Audit Committee Composition and Experience*

This study empirically examines the relation between certain board of director characteristics and the extent that audit committee composition voluntarily exceeds minimum mandated levels and includes outside directors with financial reporting and audit committee knowledge and experience. This study focuses on board characteristics because the board directly controls audit committee membership. Such staffing decisions can directly affect the ability of the audit committee to monitor management's financial reporting process on behalf of the board. Results suggest that Canadian firms that voluntarily include more outside directors on the audit committee than the mandated minimum have larger boards with more outsiders serving on those boards and are more likely to segregate the board chairperson position from the CEO/president positions. Additionally, firms that voluntarily create audit committees composed of outsider members with a breadth of relevant financial reporting and audit committee knowledge and experience have boards that are larger, have more outside members, and are less likely to be chaired by the CEO/president. Implications of these findings for auditors, institutional investors, regulators, and other interested parties are discussed.

Exchange Rate Exposure,Foreign Currency Debt,and the Use of Derivatives: Evidence from Brazil

This paper studies the exchange rate exposure and its determinants for a sample of nonfinancial Brazilian companies from 1996 to 2006. The results indicate that the number of firms exposed to exchange rate fluctuations is higher in periods of crisis and under a fixed exchange rate regime. In addition, the results point out that, although companies' international activities, operational hedging, and financial policies are important determinants of firms' exposure, the changes in companies' exposure that took place when Brazil moved from a fixed to a floating exchange rate regime were mainly driven by changes in companies' foreign currency borrowing and the use of derivatives that occurred in that period.     

Intra-Industry Trade and Labor Market Adjustment in Taiwan

This paper investigates the relationship between intra-industry trade (IIT) expansion and labor market adjustment in Taiwan. We adopt a panel data set containing detailed employment information and utilize various measures of labor market adjustment to conduct empirical estimations. After controlling for industry-specific effects and occupational composition, the empirical results demonstrate that IIT expansion does have a smoothing effect on labor market adjustment. Moreover, industries with abundant skilled workers experience lower employment adjustment costs.
