一种新的机器人自组网群组运动控制模型

针对现有机器人自组网运动控制模型无法真实反映机器人运动规律的问题,提出一种新的群组运动控制模型(group movement control model,GMCM)。该模型基于机器人通用运动学模型,采用群组控制算法,对传统群组随机运动模型——参考点群组运动模型(reference point groupmobility,RPGM)进行修改,可描述机器人编队解散和集合的运动状态,满足群组分割与合并的需求。进一步实现GMCM模型,并基于GMCM,RPGM,DRGM模型对机器人自组网路由协议进行模拟仿真。结果表明,基于GMCM模型仿真时协议性能有所降低,较为真实地模拟了机器人编队运动,对机器人自组网的研究具有一定的参考价值。     

输送钢管的质量特性与驻厂监理的全过程控制

介绍了输送钢管的质量特点，提出了钢材及钢管质量控制方案和质量控制模式，将这种模式体现在输送铜管生产全过程质量控制和生产全过程驻厂监理实施中，保证了钢管质量和输送安全。     

石油化工工艺管道安装几个关键环节的质量控制

结合中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司炼化一体化项目工艺管道安装实例,介绍了石油化工装置工艺管道安装质量控制要点以及以工序施工过程质量控制保证整体安装质量的措施。结果表明:由于采取材料验收、加工预制、组对焊接、无损检测等管道安装关键环节的质量控制措施,使该工程工艺管道安装一次合格率达到了96%以上。工艺管道系统经管道试压包程序进行强度及气密性联合试验,二者达到设计文件及规范要求,确保了装置开车一次成功。     

Orchestrating corporate social responsibility in the multinational enterprise

Research Summary: Multinational enterprises (MNEs) invest significant resources in corporate social responsibility (CSR), but their attempts to build a global “social brand” may clash with the execution of operational strategies at a subsidiary level. Using a game-theoretic model, this research addresses the complex interplay of different contingencies that shape the coordination and control challenges facing MNEs when they implement global CSR strategies, including brand spillovers, the risk of public scandals caused by irresponsible behavior, the size of the MNE network, as well as the roles played by nongovernmental organizations and altruistic managers. Challenging the view of CSR as insurance against lapses of responsible conduct, our model shows that investment in social brands helps avoid irresponsible practices across the MNE network, thereby inducing subsidiaries to “walk the talk.” Managerial Summary: Global social brands are increasingly valuable to multinational enterprises (MNEs), which makes the control and coordination of responsible behavior across their network of foreign subsidiaries a relevant managerial challenge. Indeed, lapses of responsible conduct at the subsidiary level often generate reputational damage at the multinational level. This research explores several mechanisms that help MNEs manage this coordination and control challenge. First, it shows under what conditions MNEs can leverage their investments in social brands to induce responsible practices across their global network. Second, it illustrates how MNEs can exploit collaborations with nongovernmental organizations to reduce the costs of coordinating and controlling their subsidiaries. Finally, it identifies conditions under which MNEs benefit from hiring altruistic managers to run their subsidiaries.     

Direct intervention or indirect support? The effects of cooperative control measures on farmers’ implementation of quality and safety standards

In recent years, labor-intensive agricultural products from developing countries have exhibited inferior performance in international trade due to quality and safety incidents, among which pesticide residue is a major issue. Aiming to improve food quality and safety in the context of cooperatives, we introduced three categories of control measures: outcome control, process control and social control. Based on the Pre-Harvest Interval Standard (PHIS), we selected three indices, farmers’ implementation rate of PHIS, absolute distance to PHIS and relative distance to PHIS, to evaluate appropriateness of pesticides use, reduction of pesticide residue and safety improvements of agricultural products. By using random sampling survey data, we empirically analyzed the marginal effects of control measures and their combinations on food quality and safety standards. The empirical results show that implementing process control, namely, unified production standards or supply of unified agricultural inputs, can comprehensively improve farmers’ implementation rate of PHIS, absolute distance and relative distance to PHIS respectively by 34.9%, 3.2 days and 46.0% on average. While the effects of outcome control (safety inspection) and social control (bonus-penalty incentive or training) are restricted to other measures. Therefore, we suggest cooperatives should take farmers’ features, implementation conditions and the effects of control measures into consideration in order to make a sustainable management plan for improving food quality and safety and enhancing competitiveness in international markets.     

碳排放权交易试点的区域减排效应 ——基于PSM-DID模型

选取2007—2019年中国30个省区市的数据,以碳排放权交易政策构造准自然实验,采用倾向得分匹配-双重差分模型分析碳排放权交易试点对区域的碳减排效应。研究发现,碳排放权交易降低了试点区域的碳排放量。经过中介效应检验发现,碳排放权交易通过引起试点区域的产业结构升级和能源消费结构优化来促进碳减排,加快了试点区域的产业结构调整升级,提高了清洁低碳能源的消费比例,减少了煤炭等化石能源的消费。通过协同减排效应分析发现,碳排放权交易发挥了协同减排作用,减少了二氧化硫等其他污染物排放量。     

基于全局主成分-聚类分析的城市创新生态系统评价 ——以中国19个重点城市为例

基于19个重点城市创新要素实际,构建创新环境、创新支付、创新动能、发展趋势、开放水平5个维度20个指标的城市创新生态系统评价指标体系,根据2017-2019年数据,应用全局主成分模型提取主成分和计算得分,并进行聚类分析。研究发现：创新环境与创新支付影响显著;各城市重视程度提高,但得分差距拉大;城市间差异明显,各有优势。由此建议提升创新环境品质、建立全生态创新系统、培育城市创新动能、促进跨区域创新系统协同发展。     

Goal programming: Planning process of tourism organizations

The complex rapidly changing environment faced by tourism organization officials makes tourism planning extremely difficult. Goal programming can aid the tourism planner in appraising the goal attainment potential associated with proposed tourism marketing program alternatives. By changing priorities of goals, budgetary limitations, and organizational constraints, the policy maker can test the effect of changes before they are implemented. By utilizing goal programming, a tourism organization can more systematically evaluate the nature and relative importance of organizational goals, critical constraints affecting the organization and marketing program alternatives.
