影响准噶尔盆地南缘山地地震勘探资料因素分析

2010年阿什里二维地震项目中,针对准噶尔盆地南缘山地地震勘探难点,通过一系列技术措施的应用,在该区取得了较好地地震资料效果,形成了一系列对新疆山地勘探具有一定指导作用的技术方法。文章分析了影响资料品质的主要因素,并针对本区特点采取了以提高资料信噪比为前提的,注重激发能量的激发点优选技术,总结了一套适于在准噶尔盆地南缘及类似地区的地震勘探施工经验。     

福建省港口货物吞吐量的影响因素协调性研究

港口货物吞吐量的影响因素很多,因此首先采用灰关联度分析方法对福建省港口货物吞吐量的影响因素进行评价,然后建立GM（1,N）模型对港口货物吞吐量的影响因素进行协调性研究。最后提出有针对性的对策建议促进福建省港口物流发展。

消费者视角下江苏医药企业履行社会责任满意度研究

从消费者视角出发,通过对江苏12家公立医院的300名消费者的实地调研,对江苏医药企业消费者社会责任履行的满意度的调研结果进行因子分析,并根据分析结论提出针对性的建议,以促进江苏医药企业更好的履行社会责任。     

模糊综合评价法在房地产项目风险评价中的应用

房地产开发投资本身所特有的性质,使之表现出很大的风险性,尤其近期国家对房地产行业的调控政策层出不穷,使投资者面临较大的投资风险。文章通过模糊综合评价法对一房地产投资项目进行风险评价,来介绍该方法在房地产投资领域的应用情况,对投资者进行科学决策有一定的指导意义。     

A hermeneutic analysis of critical success factors for Enterprise Systems implementation by SMEs

ABSTRACT

This study employs the critical hermeneutic approach to identifying current knowledge limitations and propose future research directions. Through five hermeneutic cycles of review, analysis, synthesis and interpretation of the existing literature and success stories reported by 30 small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs), this study identifies critical success factors (CSFs) that are unique to SMEs, frequently cited in the literature, and influential as perceived by SMEs. The study offers contributions by providing a synthesis of CSFs for SMEs; highlighting current knowledge gaps; proposing avenues for future research; and demonstrating the suitability of the critical hermeneutic approach to studying CSFs for ES implementation.     

Multidimensional configurations of the organizational climate construct

This study describes the creation and validation of a multidimensional model which assesses the level of employee satisfaction based on international theoretical models. It utilizes data collected from a sample of 518 public and private company employees during the year 2009 in the city/state of São Paulo, Brazil. In the first stage of the study, 15 independent dimensions were theoretically obtained. In the second stage, five different multiple dimensions were confirmed using structure equation modeling (SEM) technique, thus characterizing general configurations of the organizational climate construct denominated motivation, management philosophy, leadership, people management and nature of work. It is hoped that the model can contribute by enhancing managerial best practices of an organization by attending a major demand for those listed on stock markets, since these companies must periodically provide information on job satisfaction of their employees to maintain or achieve higher levels of corporate governance.

批评性话语分析的主要目的是揭示语言使用、意识形态和权势之间的关系。文章介绍了批评性话语分析理论,运用批评性话语分析方法,从人称代词、情态和语篇三个方面研究分析了奥巴马总统访华期间在上海科技馆做的演讲。研究结果显示:奥巴马的演讲既没有降低美利坚合众国的威望,更没有轻慢中国人的历史和文化,而是在结合中国人的处事风格和思维方式的基础上,把自己的政治和文化、经济观做了相对客观的阐释。     

A look into the factor model black box: Publication lags and the role of hard and soft data in forecasting GDP

We derive forecast weights and uncertainty measures for assessing the roles of individual series in a dynamic factor model (DFM) for forecasting the euro area GDP from monthly indicators. The use of the Kalman smoother allows us to deal with publication lags when calculating the above measures. We find that surveys and financial data contain important information for the GDP forecasts beyond the monthly real activity measures. However, this is discovered only if their more timely publication is taken into account properly. Differences in publication lags play a very important role and should be considered in forecast evaluation.
