改进后的PERT方法在进度风险分析中的应用

风险分析是进度控制中的重要内容。针对经典PERT网络的假设和计算过程,分析出它存在的三方面缺陷。并提出解决问题的三种具体措施,从概率论与数理统计的角度,对关键线路和关键工作进行了重新定义和确定的方法。     

基于资源和关键成功因素的企业竞争力分析

企业竞争力的实质是企业有效使用各种生产要素的能力,即企业对自身可控资源进行整合后投入到关键领域的能力。在实施资源整合过程中,本文从关键成功因素的角度试图把资源基础论中的要素与关键成功因素相结合,识别关键资源,立足关键资源,同时把握其他发展所必要的资源,最终形成竞争优势。     

道德行为的情境模式与茨威格价值判断的迷误

茨威格的三篇小说反映出作家本人由于不了解道德行为的情境模式,导致他对道德行为的价值判断陷入迷误,并且对笔下那些在本能的情欲冲动支配下产生＂出轨＂行为的女性表现出太多的同情和赞赏。当代中国社会和女性文学中存在着类似不良倾向,对社会发展产生着一定的消极影响。     

从信用繁荣到大萧条的演化及其启示

信用快速扩张和乐观情绪交织导致经济繁荣,贸易顺差快速增长,本币升值。本国为了减轻本币升值的压力,采用更宽松的货币政策,导致房地产泡沫和股市泡沫。信用支撑的繁荣必然导致资源错配,坏账大量积累,迫使商业信用和银行信用的停止,生产和消费不能继续,大萧条降临。要保持国民经济持续、快速发展,必须控制信用规模,走共同富裕的道路。     

陕西东府皮影戏数字化发展的思考

皮影戏是我国广泛流传的一种古老而独特的民间戏曲艺术,但在以计算机网络、数字电视和手机为代表的新媒介强烈冲击下,具有极高文化艺术保护价值的陕西东府皮影戏的生存和发展状况不容乐观。本文简要介绍了陕西东府皮影戏,分析了新媒体时代皮影戏发展过程中存在的问题,提出了皮影戏数字化发展的策略和途径。希望通过运用现代信息技术,走数字化发展道路,让陕西东府皮影戏重新焕发青春和活力,促进其又好又快发展。     

Managers’ exploration activities and individual unlearning: the mediating role of learning orientation and reflection

Abstract

The main goal of this study was to investigate the effects of managers’ exploration activities on learning orientation, reflection, and unlearning of team members. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 115 employees in 23 teams from a Japanese pharmaceutical company. The results of multi-level analyses suggest that managers’ exploration activities had a direct influence on team members’ learning orientations, which subsequently had a positive influence on their unlearning, with and without the mediation of reflection. These findings suggest that a subordinate’s unlearning is driven by managers’ activities through motivational and cognitive processes. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.     

The challenge of articulating human rights at an LGBT ‘mega-event’: a personal reflection on Sao Paulo Pride 2017

Abstract

This paper brings together Critical Event Studies (CES) and a reflexive/narrative autoethnographic approach in order to stimulate a debate around the commodification of public space, and the management of mega-events of dissent. This is achieved using the example of the researcher’s participation in the 2017 Sao Paulo Pride. Sao Paulo Pride is one of the largest LGBT demonstrations in the world. However, corporate interests in the event have commodified dissent in order to commercialise ‘otherness’, and the city has absorbed the demonstration into its cultural offer as a global brand. The confluence of these factors produces a pattern of place dressing and erasure that depoliticise the event and undermines its capacity to effectively articulate human rights. Currently Brazil has some of the most liberal LGBT laws of any South American state, yet recently Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT)/Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) human rights have been threatened by a rapid rise in hate crime and the emergence of an evangelical Christian right in state and regional assemblies. Within such a context the need to revive the roots of Pride as an articulation of otherness that demands recognition, and as a robust defence of human rights for the LGBT/SOGI community, is more pressing than ever.

近年来,高校大学生自杀、伤人等事件频见报端。作为培养人才的高校,必须反思传统的德育工作中生命教育的缺失,努力探寻生命教育开展的有效途径,引导大学生珍视生命的价值,理解生命的价值和意义,培养健全的人格。
