货币流通速度的变化与经济波动的实证分析

本文使用1990—2007年年度数据研究了我国货币流通速度变化率与实际总产出增长率之间的动态关系。通过相关性分析、脉冲响应分析以及方差分解技术深入分析了我国货币流通速度变化率、货币供应量增长率对实际总产出增长率的影响,实证结果表明我国货币流通速度对实际总产出的增长具有“加速器”的作用。基于实证分析的结论同时结合当前我国的经济形式,本文认为加大降息力度并实施积极的财政政策对防止经济的下滑具有极其重要的意义。     

浅谈关键链技术在电厂大修进度管理中的应用

关键链技术是项目进度管理中的约束理论在实际应用上的延伸,其在项目进度管理中的重点是管理项目缓冲中的瓶颈,把有限资源作为影响工程进度的首要因素进行处理.本文以项目进度关键链中的缓冲区管理为研究对象,针对电厂大修进度管理模式提出了将网络计划技术与关键链理论相结合,设计出基于关键链的缓冲机制,大大改善电厂检修进度的管理模式.

挖泥船挖深能力计算的理论探讨

针对挖泥船"挖深"提出的计算方法不仅考虑到泥泵的吸上性能NPSHr和所挖泥沙的浓度Cv,而且考虑了泥沙的颗粒组成及分布,对所能挖取泥沙或砾石的颗粒大小进行了核算,兼顾了"浓度"和"粒径"的因素,从而对"挖深"提出一种更合理的计算方法。     

CBL教学法对本科护生评判性思维能力的影响

探讨将CBL教学法应用于"护理管理学"教学对本科护生评判性思维能力的影响。以武汉市某高校护理系78名本科护生为研究对象,采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)观察CBL教学法对护生教学前后评判性思维能力的影响。结果为CBL教学法实施后护生的评判性思维能力均有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运用CBL教学模式能有效促进本科护生评判性思维能力的提高。     

普遍经济学何以“普遍”——兼论巴塔耶经济哲学思想的批判性与合理性维度

巴塔耶的普遍经济学完成了四个转换:从物质财富到生命能量,从局部视角到整体视角,从匮乏预设到过剩事实,从普遍经济到普遍历史。巴塔耶的这一经济哲学思想,同时包含着批判性维度与合理性维度,前者体现在对传统西方经济理论和资本主义经济制度的批判上;后者则蕴含在普遍经济学的理论建构中,而这既造成了其自身的理论缺陷,又在社会经济发展方面提供了若干务实的启发。     

The nature and extent of service user involvement in critical care research and quality improvement: A scoping review of the literature

The importance of involving patients and the public in health care research is globally recognized, but how best to do this in critical care is unclear. The aim of this first published review was to explore the extent and nature of evidence on service user involvement in critical care research and quality improvement. Using the scoping review framework described by Arksey and O'Malley ( 2005 ), a team of service user and critical care researchers searched eleven online databases, reviewed relevant web sites, conducted forward and backward citation searching and contacted subject experts. Extracted data were subjected to a narrative synthesis based on the objectives of the review. Findings from a broad range of evidence support that involvement is becoming more commonplace and that experiences are generally positive. Data extracted from 34 publications identify that involvement is most commonly reported at the level of consultation or participation in project teams, however, the extent to which involvement impacts on projects output remains unclear. Key barriers and facilitators relate to the challenge of recruiting a diverse group of service users, dealing with power hierarchies, being adaptable and effective consideration of the resource requirements. More research is required to identify the most effective methods to support the opportunity for involvement and more thorough reporting of service user involvement practices is strongly recommended.     

Putting Culture in its Place? A Critical Engagement with Cultural Political Economy

Ngai-Ling Sum and Bob Jessop present Cultural Political Economy (CPE) as a project that seeks to deepen Critical Political Economy (C*PE) through an engagement with the cultural turn. This article critically assesses their success in such an enterprise. It begins by framing CPE within Jessop and Sum’s previous work on the Regulation Approach, in order to show why the former can only be understood as the result of a critical dialogue with the latter. Next, my reconstruction of the main elements of Sum and Jessop’s CPE is presented. After having carefully examined its main assumptions and concepts, I criticise CPE’s main novel element, an ontological cultural turn, due to the culturalist risks it engenders. In order to substantiate and exemplify that theoretical criticism, I review CPE’s application to the analysis of the North Atlantic Financial Crisis. This article concludes by showing the main difficulties that CPE faces as an alternative for deepening C*PE and proposes the Amsterdam School of Transnational Historical Materialism as a more suitable direction in which that initiative could be advanced.
