略论社会转型期我国社会阶级阶层的嬗变及其矛盾

在社会转型期,我国多种经济成分的并存催生着多种财富分配方式,进而形成不同的利益共同体,引致了原有社会阶级阶层结构的嬗变,使社会阶级结构演变为阶层结构.在新的社会阶层结构中,各个利益集团和阶层有着各自不同的利益追求,并引发了各自不同的政治诉求,从而构成新的社会矛盾体系.在新的社会矛盾体系中,人民内部矛盾是其基本的属性,"和而不同"是现阶段人民内部矛盾的本质特征.     

Chernobyl Effects on Domestic and Inbound Tourism in Sweden -- A Time Series Analysis

This paper estimates the impact of the Chernobyl nuclear accident on domestic and international tourism in Sweden. From ARIMA time series forecasts, outlier search, and intervention analysis based on regional monthly accommodation data from 1978–1989, no effect on domestic tourism is found. However, there is an enduring deterrence effect on incoming tourism. The loss of gross revenue from incoming tourism because of the Chernobyl accident, is estimated to 2.5 billion SEK.     

An Analysis of SBA Loan Defaults by Maturity Structure

The financial intermediation literature on small business lending focuses on the determinants and costs to credit access. There is, however, little research examining the repayment behavior of small firms that actually receive loans. In this paper, we address this shortcoming in the literature by examining the default behavior of a sample of Small Business Administration 7(a) guaranteed loans with three distinct maturity structures. We employ a discrete-time hazard approach and show that SBA defaults are time-dependent and that the factors impacting default behavior, as well as its timing, are maturity specific. Specifically, we show the importance of loan maturity, seasoning, economic conditions, and other firm-specific factors in predicting the likelihood of SBA loan defaults. JEL classification: G21     

金融自由化利益的纷争和实证分析

自麦金农和爱德华肖在1973年提出金融深化理论后的30年中，西方许多经济学家对金融自由化的利益倍加关注，并进行了激烈的论战。这些争论带给我们很多有益的启示：金融自由化是一种手段，而不是目的本身；自由化是相对的，过度开放和过度压抑同样都是有害的；金融自由化的后果可以是双重的，有些作用是相互抵消的；金融自由化与危机有关，但后并非前的必然结果。以金融全球化带来的负面影响否认金融全球化的效率和结果是一种偏见。

A DEA Approach to Understanding the Productivity Growth of Malaysia's Manufacturing Industries

This paper seeks to explain the productivity growth performance of Malaysia's manufacturing sector using a panel data of 28 industries from 1981–1996. Here, the data envelopment analysis technique is used to calculate and decompose the Malmquist index of total factor productivity (TFP) growth into technical change, change in technical efficiency and change in scale efficiency. This allows the identification of the sources of productivity growth which is crucial for policy formulation. It was found that the annual TFP growth of the Malaysian manufacturing sector was low at 0.8% and this was driven by small gains in both technical change and technical efficiency, with industries operating close to optimum scale.     

中小企业融资市场供求分析--兼论中小企业融资困难的原因与对策建议

中小企业对中国社会经济具有多方面意义，在经历一段时间快速发展之后，进入困境和瓶颈期，本首先针对中小企业的融资问题进行理论分析，尝试建立融资市场的供求分析模型，然后以银行内部政策调整和加强担保措施为例进行具体分析，希望提供理论上的解释，并导出一些解决问题的新措施。     

20世纪70年代以来生物化学文献量的动态分析

通过1972—2000年CA中所摘录的生物化学文献量以时间为单位的动态分析,对该学科近30年的发展情况进行了讨论,认为该学科在文献数量上经历了线性增长—停滞—线性增长三个阶段,在部分年份存在幅度较小的波动,在不同的小学科上发展情况有较大差异。     

我国商业银行业公司治理结构与经营绩效的实证研究

通过对8家股份制商业银行的公司治理结构与经营绩效的关系做回归分析,结果显示:经营绩效与董事会规模正相关;与第一大股东持股比例负相关;与前5大股东控制权分散度正相关。因此,国有商业银行应当适度增大董事会规模、明晰产权关系、强化监事会职能、加强管理层激励与信息透明度。
