浅析电气工程的质量控制和安全管理

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程随之加快,各行各业的建设规模都有所扩大,尤其是工程建设项目。在工程建设项目中,电气工程的重要性尤为突出。因此,论文着重论述了如何提高电气工程的质量,以及如何对电气工程进行安全管理。

标点符号在科技工程界的书面语言中是十分重要的。为此，根据ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８３４－１９９５《标点符号用法》，结合工作经验，阐述了标点符号在科技文献中的正确用法     

外商直接投资与安徽经济增长关系的实证分析

通过运用协整检验和格兰杰因果检验对外商直接投资与安徽经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析,结果表明:外商直接投资流入对促进安徽经济增长有促进作用,但安徽经济增长对吸引外商直接投资的作用是不显著的.安徽应积极采取相应措施,改善投资环境,吸引更多的外商直接投资.     

潜油电泵泵轴寿命可靠性分析

统计了大庆油田近五年应用的4123套潜油电泵机组，针对248件失效泵轴的寿命进行分布检验分析，验证了其符合威布尔分布规律,并进行了可靠性评定。应用编制的工程软件可计算不同样本下泵轴寿命的概率分布规律，确定其可靠性指标，实现对泵轴使用可靠性的定性分析和定量评定，为进一步开展潜油电泵机组可靠性研究提供必要的基础数据和数据处理手段。     

基于高职电类专业的职业能力培养体系研究

本文以高职电类专业为例,就高职职业能力体系的建立进行了研究,并分析了实践体系的重要性,提出了一些看法。

随着社会经济的飞速发展和城市人口密度的不断增加,城市建筑的楼高在不断增加,在扩容城市人口的同时,也在一定程度上提升了高层建筑物遭受雷击的概率。基于此,论文结合具体工作经验,对建筑电气安装工程防雷接地施工技术的相关问题展开深入研究。     

The Unintended Consequences of the Frequency of PCAOB Inspection

After more than 50 years of self‐regulation of the US auditing profession, the Sarbanes‐Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) created the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) as a quasi‐governmental entity with statutory authority to inspect accounting firms that audit public clients. The frequency of this inspection is annual or triennial, based upon the number of public clients the firm audits. We examine the effects of these two levels of inspection frequency on financial reporting quality and audit fees for clients of small and midsize public accounting firms. Our findings provide evidence of significantly higher audit quality and audit fees for clients of annually inspected firms relative to clients of triennially inspected firms. These findings are robust to auditor‐client alignment analyses, propensity score matching, time‐series analyses, examination of firms that have changed from triennial to annual inspection, and particular examination of firms with inspection deficiencies. Overall, our study suggests that the two‐tier frequency system of PCAOB inspection may have also resulted in two‐tier audit quality and audit fee systems for small and midsize public accounting firms, with more frequent inspection leading to more rigorous and informed auditor decisions. We discuss the implications of our results for the Board and the profession at large.

赢得值法在机电工程中的应用研究

本文介绍了赢得值法的基本概念及基本原理,并结合工程实例对赢得值法在项目管理中的应用进行了探讨。进一步证实了赢得值法作为一项项目管理技术的可行性。     

An investigation of restaurant food safety performance: A comparison between ethnic and nonethnic and chain and independent restaurants in Louisiana

This study examines health inspection data from casual dining restaurants and compares differences of food code violations between ethnic and nonethnic restaurants. A total of 7,415 violations were retrieved from the restaurant inspection reports of 769 restaurants. Ethnic restaurants have more violations than nonethnic restaurant in categories related to food time/temperature violations, cross contamination, and food condition/surface/labels. Nonethnic and chain restaurants had fewer behavioral violations than ethnic and independently operated restaurants. Ethnic restaurants were 1.74 times more likely than nonethnic restaurants to have critical violations. Meanwhile, independent restaurants were 1.64 times more likely than chain restaurants to have critical violations.
