基于模糊层次分析法和聚类分析的突发事件分级研究

针对传统的突发事件分级缺乏对灾害事件救援和治理过程中的动态分析,难以准确的量化分级,难以为实际的工作提供科学的指导等问题。本文以某地区旱灾为例,采用模糊层次分析法结合聚类分析对突发事件进行分级,它能够有效整合专家共识,满足突发事件分级的要求和体现突发事件分级中的动态性。     

圈闭勘探开发综合评价决策方法及其应用

圈闭勘探开发是一项高投资、高技术、高风险的工作。许多评价因素的不确定性给决策者带来诸多不便,造成了对圈闭含油气性及其优劣程度判断的模糊映象。而模糊数学综合评判法可以把这些模糊映象用数学方法处理,从而可对圈闭含油气性及其优劣程度进行定量分析评价     

基于经济新常态的长春市水资源开发利用潜力评价

以长春市为研究对象,基于未来经济处于新常态的发展态势,构建包含水资源、社会、经济、生态环境4个子系统的评价指标体系,并确定各指标的评价等级标准;基于模糊数学理论以及层次分析法构建包括目标层、准则层、指标层的3层模糊综合评价模型,以2015年为现状水平年,应用模型对长春市水资源开发利用潜力进行综合评价。结果表明:长春市水资源开发利用程度处于中等偏上水平,各辖区水资源开发利用规模不平衡,可通过产业结构调整提高全市用水效率,为经济持续增长提供保障。     

盐城市水资源承载状态预警研究

在分析水资源承载状态预警概念的基础上,引入"三类六级"预警思想,采用可变模糊法和层次分析法的思想,构建盐城市水资源承载状态综合预警指标体系,评价盐城市2015年、2020年和2030年的水资源承载状态,并结合各年份承载状态变化趋势,对未来年份进行预警。结果表明:盐城市2015年水资源处于临界超载的状态,但随着"关于做好建立全国水资源承载能力监测预警机制工作的通知"等一系列措施的实施,2020年、2030年承载状态将逐步好转,到2030年将处于可载的状态。     

风险投资项目评估应用方法——项目效益风险比综合评价模型

风险投资机构一般从投资风险和投资收益两个方面来进行项目评估，本文在对现有的项目评估理论和方法做出详细、客观分析研究的基础上，结合我国风险投资的实际法律、经济、信用、社会文化环境，引入中层次分析法、模糊判断法，提出了一个综合评价效益风险比的改进模型。     

基于神经网络的企业信息能力模糊评价研究--以安徽省制造型企业为例

文章构建了企业信息能力评价指标体系,确定了由初始级、系统级、优化级、战略级和持续改善级构成的企业信息能力评语等级论域。运用神经网络确定模糊综合评价中的权重值,克服了现有其它方法主观性判断的不足。提出了信息能力模糊综合评价模型。利用该模型对安徽省制造型企业进行了实际应用分析。最后,对评价结果进行了分析并给出了政策建议。     

基于粗糙集理论的决策树方法在贷款客户信用评估中的应用

决策树是数据挖掘中常用的分类技术,其生成的规则便于决策者理解和应用。然而面对较多的属性且含有冗余和噪声属性的记录集生成的决策树时,无法删除冗余属性,造成运算过程复杂。本文旨在通过应用粗糙集理论,将其与决策树方法进行结合,对属性进行约简,降低运算复杂度,并生成相对简化的规则形式,并将其应用到银行个人贷款客户信用评估之中。     

An intelligent and secure system for predicting and preventing Zika virus outbreak using Fog computing

Zika virus is a mosquito-borne disease that spreads very quickly in different parts of the world. In this article, we proposed a system to prevent and control the spread of Zika virus disease using integration of Fog computing, cloud computing, mobile phones and the Internet of things (IoT)-based sensor devices. Fog computing is used as an intermediary layer between the cloud and end users to reduce the latency time and extra communication cost that is usually found high in cloud-based systems. A fuzzy k-nearest neighbour is used to diagnose the possibly infected users, and Google map web service is used to provide the geographic positioning system (GPS)-based risk assessment to prevent the outbreak. It is used to represent each Zika virus (ZikaV)-infected user, mosquito-dense sites and breeding sites on the Google map that help the government healthcare authorities to control such risk-prone areas effectively and efficiently. The proposed system is deployed on Amazon EC2 cloud to evaluate its performance and accuracy using data set for 2 million users. Our system provides high accuracy of 94.5% for initial diagnosis of different users according to their symptoms and appropriate GPS-based risk assessment.     

电涡流缓速器试验台组合飞轮的研究与设计

本文对汽车制动过程进行分析,确定了要正确模拟汽车制动过程惯性力所需的各转动部分的转动惯量,提出了用飞轮组、电机和转动轴共同模拟的多分流加载方法。并对组合飞轮的进行优化设计和检测,使电涡流缓速器试验台能有效地模拟不同转动惯量的汽车。     

Job Classification for the Purpose of Making Optimal Decisions Concerning Management Control

The job classification literature has been dominated by a micro‐level orientation reflective of the needs of specialists in human resources. In contrast, we take a multidisciplinary approach involving both micro‐ and macro‐level variables to propose a relatively simple system comprised of four job classes. Our model isintended to inform management as to the type and mix of controls (e.g., centralization, formalization, and various human resources policies) that could be applied to different job types to optimally promote the overall goals of the organization.
