农村社区公共物品的农户自愿供给——基于声誉理论的分析

农户的声誉不仅能给农户带来直接效用,它还具备信息效应与资本效应,对农户参与农村社区公共物品供给博弈的均衡路径产生重要影响。在独立博弈下,声誉的直接效用能使农户采取合作行动;在关联博弈和重复博弈中,声誉的信息及资本效应对农户的偷懒行为有很强的约束,将导致博弈进入合作均衡。因此基于声誉损益的考虑,由农户自愿供给农村社区内的公共物品会是一个有效的结果。     

环渤海地区农村金融困境及一种可行的解决途径

造成环渤海地区农村金融困境的原因,微观而言,是金融供求的不平衡;而宏观因素则是农村金融体系资源配置功能的缺位.通过分析社区银行的特点,可以论证社区银行是解除环渤海地区农村金融困境的一种很好的模式.     

阻碍资本外流契约对区域经济的影响

阻碍资本外流契约不仅影响资本优化配置,也削弱代理人在优惠回报契约中的谈判力,从而使区域经济难以实现效用最大化.同时,在存在代理人道德风险的情况下,阻碍资本外流契约所规定的撤资高额违约金会妨碍区域经济总效用最大化的实现.应从制度上消除区域内外资本的等级差别,规定区域融资契约合理的法定有效期,并制定强有力的法律来制止区域融资主体迫使投资者与之签订只体现自己意愿的阻碍资本外流契约.     

旅游社区经济发展初步探讨

结合国内外学者对旅游社区的研究，重点分析了旅游社区的利益相关者，绘制出了旅游社区利益相关图，并尝试性地构建了旅游社区经济的发展模型。旅游社区是一个系统，政府、社区居民、旅游者和旅游社区内企业的共同作用是旅游社区经济发展的关键。同时，认为旅游孵化器和数字化、虚拟化旅游社区是旅游社区的两大走向。     

Developing Technological Stance: Children's Learning in Technology Education

Following a review of current research in children's learning in technology education, and an examination of the kinds of knowledge demanded in contemporary technology education programs in elementary schools, I argue that what is needed in early technology education programs is the scaffolding of what I am calling technological stance. This construct acknowledges the socio-cultural character of technology as a human endeavor. In contrast to programs which are oriented to application of conceptual and procedural knowledge or to programs in which knowledge is generated through interpretation of interactions with materials and tools, programs which support technological stance position learners as critical inquirers into both tool-related and discursive practices of technology.

我国西部某些深藏不露的山水与文化正被迅速地纳入到旅游消费市场中,云南省红河自治州的元阳梯田就是其中代表之一.在这些新兴旅游地(不少属于乡村社区)里,最先涉足旅游服务的人群可称为"旅游业早期从业者".元阳梯田案例研究发现,乡村社区里的旅游业早期从业者可能有两种类型:乡村精英型和穷则思变型.同时.文化掮客的作用也不容忽视.各类旅游业早期从业者的示范作用不同,地方政府需要分别采取不同的引导策略.关于"社区参与旅游"模式的探讨,社会结构与社会行动理论不失为一个有用的视角.     

城市社区卫生服务发展中的问题与对策

深化医药卫生体制改革要完善以社区卫生服务为基础的新型城市医疗卫生服务体系。通过分析社区卫生服务发展中的主要问题,提出需加强社区卫生服务的宣传力度,加强社区卫生服务人员的教育培训,建立社区家庭医生责任制等方式,带动社区卫生服务可持续发展。     

The impact of tourism: A case from the Bahama Islands

The socio-cultural impact of increased tourism on a small, once isolated island community in the Bahama Islands is discussed. The community's traditions have, for the most part, been maintained. However, material living standards, occupational specializations, and race relations have been significantly altered. For a number of reasons, the local people have not taken on the role of “professional natives.”     

Transplanting Social Capital to the Online World: Insights from Two Experimental Studies

The recent proliferation of computer networks has stimulated the emergence of thousands of online communities. Facebook, which has grown to 175-million users in five years and recently surpassed megasite MySpace to become the world's largest social networking site, is a classic example. As the importance of online communities continues to grow, a good understanding of their success factors for building and sustaining a community becomes crucial.

In this article, we apply social capital theories to examine the interactions among individuals and trust building at the initial development of an online community. Specifically, we postulate that offline social capital can be transplanted into an online community (small or large) to foster the development of trust and social norms that make a community thrive. We conduct two experimental studies: one in the context of real-world, small-scale online communities, and the other in the context of computer-simulated large-scale online communities. Results from these studies provide strong support for our proposition. We interpret these results and discuss their implications and contributions to theory and practice.
