区域产业簇群的发展与政府职责

本文认为,现代产业簇群是基于地缘关系、产业技术链、同业交往等关系而共生的产生群体,是提高国家经济实力和国际竞争力的重要途径。它的产生与发展是技术进步和社会分工的结果,是产业发展的客观规律,经济全球化是现代产业簇群的必然趋势。为了促进我国产业簇群的发展,文章提出,政府在产业簇群的发展中应遵循产业簇群的发展规律,充分发挥其在重视与定位、研究与规划、宣传与传播、引导与协调、支持与宽容、保障与政策等方面的职能。     

Evaluating FOMC forecasts

Monetary policy outcomes have improved since the early 1980s. One factor contributing to the improvement is that Federal Reserve policymakers began reporting economic forecasts to Congress in 1979. These forecasts indicate what the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) members think will be the likely consequence of their policies. We evaluate the accuracy of the FOMC forecasts relative to private sector forecasts, the forecasts of the Research Staff at the Board of Governors, and a naïve alternative. We find that the FOMC output forecasts were better than the naïve model and at least as good as those of the private sector and the Fed staff. The FOMC inflation forecasts were more accurate than the private sector forecasts and the naïve model; for the period ending in 1996, however, they were not as accurate as Fed staff inflation forecasts.     

Application of multi-factor hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in risk assessment of gas exploration

This article classified gas exploration risk on the basis of the characteristics of oil-gas exploration investment projects, which are internal systems risk and external non-systemic risk. It described each classification specifically and introduced the basic principles and mathematical model of the multi-factor hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive judgment in detail, and then researched the conducts the risk of the gas exploration with examples.     

Study on formation mechanisms of Gannan navel orange characteristic industrial clusters on organizational ecology

The planter history of Gannan navel orange might trace to 1970s, up to now underwent in more than 30 years. Approximately, the development historical division on the Gannan navel orange is 4 stages. The natural environment factor, the customer factor, and the political factor have played crucial roles in the formation and development of GNOCIC. Among them, the rich natural resource and the superior geographical environment are the material base. And government＇s support is the main propelling force. The customers＇ expense is the final decision strength by chance which it develops, expands.     

产业集群竞争力分析——以辽宁汽车产业集群为例

运用一种研究产业集群竞争力的量化分析工具——GEM模型,构建了辽宁汽车产业集群竞争力评价表,对该集群的各要素进行了竞争力的综合分析。分析结果表明:辽宁汽车产业集群在全国范围内已经有一定的竞争力,但在设施、企业结构、战略和竞争方面得分都低于全国平均水平,已成为制约其进一步发展的瓶颈因素,因而从"基础","企业","市场"方面给出了提升辽宁汽车产业集群竞争力对策建议。     

基于AHP＋熵组合的相对发达地区新乡镇建设评价——以苏南三镇为例

面对新农村建设活跃和城市化进程加速，新乡镇建设也初见端倪，选取苏南三镇作为实证地点，构建相对发达地区新乡镇建设评价体系，利用主观赋权的层次分析法（AHP）和客观赋权的熵权法进行组合评价。

民国时期的工业区位思想

挖掘总结了民国时期学界对中国工业区位研究的成果，认为对中国当前区域经济协调发展有着重要的借鉴意义。孙中山的《实业计划》开创了中国工业区位研究的先河，对后来学者的研究具有很大的引导意义；在工业区位的经济条件与国防条件孰先的争论中，大多数经济学者倾向于从更长远时期关注经济条件；工业分区发展得到学界的一致肯定，但分区的主导原则存在差异；陈振汉等人选择韦伯的理论引入中国，对于中国工业区位的科学规划以及中国区位理论的发展具有积极的促进作用。     

基于协整分析的东北区域产业结构优化与金融支持关系研究

基于1978—2003年的统计数据,采用协整关系检验法和格兰杰(Granger)因果检验法对东北地区金融发展与产业结构优化之间的关系进行了实证检验。分析结果表明东北区域产业结构优化与金融发展之间存在长期动态均衡关系及单向因果关系,即金融发展对东北区域产业结构优化具有支持作用,从而为政府经济决策提供了政策依据。     

关于产业集群技术创新的若干问题

产业集群的蓬勃发展带动了我国区域经济迅速发展,但当前我国产业集群中企业创新不足的问题日益显现,阻碍了产业集群的进一步发展,而要强化产业集群技术创新,关键是探寻技术创新的实现路径,整合创新要素,做出有利于推进产业集群技术创新的战略选择.
