非营利组织推动企业履行社会责任的作用机制研究

非营利组织与企业在社会责任建设领域存在一定的契合性，由于其战略目标和宗旨存在一致性和互补性，所以两者可以达成合作的目标。非营利组织可以成为企业履行社会责任的代理、监督、标准制定、环境创造等机构，其推动企业履行社会责任的作用机制呈现出一种金字塔式的结构特点。     

政府行为在国外农民合作经济组织发展中的促进作用及其对中国的借鉴

尽管国外农民合作经济组织发展模式不同,但政府在农民合作经济组织中的影响和作用都是客观存在且至关重要的。现阶段中国农民合作经济组织的发展仍然应该以政府推动为主体。政府行为在促进我国发展农民合作经济组织作用中存在着缺陷和不足,要结合中国农民合作经济组织发展的实践,立足于农业和农村经济发展现实,从政府实施农业政策角度入手,以法律保障为基础,从财政、税收、信贷等方面给予扶持,恰当规定政府和农民专业合作经济组织的关系,推进民主管理,构建良好的服务平台,着力培育新型农民,通过实施农业项目促进农民专业合作组织发展健康发展。

近年来,香港各级各类中介组织在促进经济社会事业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,借鉴香港社会中介组织发展的有益经验,探求国内社会中介组织发展的特色之路尤为关键。     

The disclosure of key performance indicators in the public sector

This article investigates the disclosure of key performance indicators in the annual reports of Irish public sector organizations. It begins by discussing the two main driving forces behind public sector bodies disclosing performance information in their annual reports for the first time as well as looking at other contributing factors. The present situation with regard to the disclosure of key performance indicators in the whole of Ireland is then analysed. A number of annual reports from central government departments or agencies, local government bodies, other public sector entities and, in the case of the Republic of Ireland, semi-state organizations are examined to see whether such information is being disclosed and, more importantly, whether performance indicators are being linked to predetermined objectives and targets.

Knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations: An organizational culture perspective

This conceptual paper investigates the process of knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations from the perspective of organizational culture. The paper identifies obstacles to knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations and emphasizes the importance of organizational and project cultures in this process. The study provides some suggestions for improving knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations and notes the implications of the paper for project management.     

论官僚组织的本质及其效率源泉

大型组织一般都是某种形式的科层组织,其典型形态是官僚组织.在组织理论中,自韦伯提出官僚组织的思想原型以来,所受到的批评乃至抨击便不绝于耳.但迄今为止,有关的批评往往局限于道德层面上的谴责,未能把握住官僚组织的本质,所谓官僚组织行将就木的预言也缺乏事实根据.官僚组织的基本特征可归纳为两个,即高度的规则化和结构的层级化.以官僚组织为典型形态的科层组织之所以成为大型组织普遍采用的组织形态,主要是因为科层组织符合效率原则.通过建立一个科层组织的数学模型,可以揭示这种组织形态的效率源泉,以此可解释科层组织的适用性.     

我国农民专业合作经济组织研究综述

当前,农民专业合作经济组织问题是农业经济研究的热点之一。从农民专业合作经济组织研究产生的背景、目前发展过程中存在的问题及其发展途径等方面,对现有的文献作认真梳理,可为进一步探讨农民专业合作经济组织提供参考和思路。     

Do ‘Good Governance’ Codes Enhance Financial Accountability? Evidence from Managerial Pay in Dutch Charities

This paper examines the initial impact of a ‘good governance’ code for charitable organisations that was promulgated in the Netherlands in 2005. Data are gathered from publicly available annual reports of 138 charities in the post‐implementation phase of the code (2005–2008). We first examine whether the code altered charities’ governance structures. Next, we investigate managerial pay as a key aspect of discharging financial accountability because prior literature focused on ‘excessive’ compensation. The findings indicate that a strengthened governance structure positively affects the likelihood of disclosing information concerning managerial pay, as well as mitigating managerial pay level.     

Designing Ethical Organizations: Avoiding the Long-Term Negative Effects of Rewards and Punishments

Ethics researchers advise managers of organizations to link rewards and punishments to ethical and unethical behavior, respectively. We build on prior research maintaining that organizations operate at Kohlbergs stages of moral reasoning, and explain how the over-reliance on rewards and punishments encourages employees to operate at Kohlbergs lowest stages of moral reasoning. We advocate designing organizations as ethical communities and relying on different assumptions about employees in order to foster ethical reasoning at higher levels. Characteristics associated with ethical communities are identified and AES Corporation and Semco S/A serve as examples of corporations exhibiting the design characteristics and assumptions of ethical organizations.
