法官释明权功能之再辨析

要想对民事诉讼中的法官释明权有一个充分的认知,其中很重要的一个方面就是要弄清楚其法律功能。以释明权基本含义的演变过程作为切入点进行深入分析,现代的释明权应该具有如下三个方面的功能,即:弥补辩论主义的缺陷,防止法官突袭裁判,促使既判力的正当化。     

高校《细胞生物学》课程教学改革探索

在细胞生物学教学手段和教学方法改革方面作了一些探讨,主要采取了下列措施：（1）把课程的全部内容都制成教学课件;（2）建立新型的教学关系,尽力提供让学生表现的机会;（3）实验课引入研究性学习环节,培养学生分析及解决问题的能力;（4）布置作业和考试命题方式的改革。这些措施达到了预期效果,得到学生好评。     

Multiple part-type scheduling in flexible robotic cells

This paper considers the scheduling problem arising in two-machine manufacturing cells which repeatedly produce a set of multiple part-types, and where transportation of the parts between the machines is performed by a robot. The cycle time of the cell depends on the robot move sequence as well as the processing times of the parts on the machines. For highly flexible CNC machines, the processing times can be adjusted. To this end, this study tries to find the robot move sequence as well as the processing times of the parts on each machine that jointly minimize the cycle time. The problem of determining the best cycle in a 2-machine cell is first modeled as a traveling salesman problem. Then, an efficient 2-stage heuristic algorithm is constructed and compared with the most common heuristic approach of longest processing time (LPT).

Human appropriation of net primary production in the United Kingdom, 1800-2000 : Changes in society's impact on ecological energy flows during the agrarian-industrial transition

This paper presents an empirical analysis of the United Kingdom's society's long-term intervention into the energy flows of domestic terrestrial ecosystems through the human appropriation of aboveground net primary production (aHANPP) covering the period 1800-2000. The depicted aHANPP trajectory and the historical development of its components are discussed in view of a continuously increasing population and the transition process from an agrarian to an industrial socioecological regime. During the 19th century, aHANPP shows a steady decline from its level of 71% in 1800. While even higher levels were reached during the mid 20th century, the trend during the last forty years of the period under investigation again shows a reduction of aHANPP, which lies at 68% in the year 2000. The high values of aHANPP in the United Kingdom are primarily attributable to the limited amount of forest in comparison to large agricultural areas. At the beginning of the studied period, the relative stabilisation or even decrease in aHANPP in comparison to population development was made possible through the area expansion of and productivity increases on cropland and permanent pastures. Later this was made possible through the outsourcing of biomass harvest, by satisfying local nutritional demands by means of overseas imports, and as from the mid 20th century through huge amounts of fossil fuel based inputs into agriculture (e.g. increased amounts of fertilizers and motorized traction) which allowed increases in biomass harvest to be decoupled from HANPP.     

远程教育创新管理体系探讨

继续教育是教师进行终身学习和提高自我水平的重要手段。远程教育作为继续教育不可分割的一部分,是随着信息技术的发展而发生的一种新的教育形式,近年来受到国家的重视和大力发展建设,已成为构建教师终身教育体系的重要组成部分,在提升教师综合能力和继续教育模式改革方面发挥着重要作用。文章以参加兵团中小学继续教育的教师为对象,对其所在学校远程教育开展情况行问卷调查,分析兵团中小学开展远程教育所面临的一些问题,并提出一些相应的建议。     

浅论高职大学生基础文明缺失原因及对策——以广州城建职业学院13级工商企业管理专业学生为例

文明行为是大学生品德修养和人文素质的体现,是培养有道德的公民的基本要求。加强基础文明教育是高职院校育人工程的重要任务。本文以一名高职院校基层学生工作者的角色,结合个人实际工作情况,分别从加强大学生基础文明建设的必要性、大学生基础文明礼仪缺失原因、学生工作教育理念和培养目标、加强大学生基础文明教育的对策几方面着笔,立足实际,分析学生基础文明缺失的根源,提出开展工作的建议和措施,具有一定的实际意义。     

关于教师人文价值教育认同感的研究——以青海省西宁市某小学为例

良好的认同感是影响教师内化人文价值教育的心理基础。运用问卷调查和半结构式访谈,对青海西宁市4所参与人文价值教育项目教师的认同现状以及影响因素进行调查和客观分析。结果表明,绝大多数教师对人文价值教育的认同不存在显著差异,而年轻教师比资深教师更加认同人文价值教育。此外,不同时期项目的教师对人文价值教育认同存在差异。其影响教师认同感的因素包括实施人文价值教育的学习活动、师生关系理念认同、学校支持、以及教师水平。

文章针对六盘山电厂锅炉一次风机实际运行在小开度低效率区域,与实际的一次风系统和烟风系统匹配不好,即风压裕量和风量裕量相对比较大,因此有必要对一次风机进行改造,从而提高运行效率。
