在探讨心理契约破坏对员工组织认同影响中,可探讨以领导成员交换为中介变量和互动公平氛围为调节变量在此关系中的作用。通过对中小科技型制造企业的354名员工调查研究发现,心理契约破坏对员工组织认同有显著的负向影响;员工领导成员交换部分中介心理契约破坏对组织认同有负向影响;互动公平氛围调节心理契约破坏与领导成员交换有负向关系;进一步,互动公平氛围既调节心理契约破坏对组织认同的直接影响,也调节了心理契约破坏经过领导成员交换对组织认同的间接影响。     

Why you should use high frequency data to test the impact of exchange rate on trade

This study suggests that testing the impact of exchange rate on trade should be done using high-frequency data. Using different data frequencies for identical periods and specifications between the US and Canada, we show that low-frequency data might suppress and distort the evidence of the impact of exchange rate on trade in the short run and the long run.     

Vicarelli’s Keynes and the New-Keynesian analytical method

This article provides a critical review of the foundations of the new Keynesian apparatus, to evaluate the actual strength of the Keynesian inheritance. As a reference of the Keynesian vision, Fausto Vicarelli’s recognition of the Keynesian message is adopted. The critical recognition of the new Keynesian methodology focuses on its analytical foundations, the recent extensions and on the criticality of its empirical performances and controls. The new Keynesian construction is shown to lack truly Keynesian roots in at least three key theoretical features: the role of the microfoundations, the stability of equilibrium, and expectations formation. The directions of an ongoing research narrowing the new Keynesian theoretical fracture from Keynesian economics are addressed.     

The Economics and Bioeconomics of Folk and Scientific Classification

Synopsis This paper is the product of a collaboration between a biologist (Ghiselin 1997) who works on the philosophy of classification and an economist (Landa 1981, 1994) who works on the ‘Economics of Identity’: how and why people classify people based on identity in the context of a theory of ethnic trading networks. In developing the ‘bioeconomics’ (the synthesis of economics with biology) of classification, we crossed a number of disciplinary boundaries—anthropology, economics, sociology, biology, and cognitive psychology including evolutionary psychology’s ‘fast and frugal’ heuristics. Using a bioeconomics approach, we argue that folk classifications—the classifications used by ordinary persons—have much in common with scientific classifications: underlying both is the need for economy of information processing in the brain, for the efficient organization of knowledge, and for efficiency of information acquisition and transmission of information to others. Both evolve as a result of trial and error, but in science there is relatively more foresight, understanding, and planning.

取脂肪吸脂术分离的脂肪细胞,在胰酶和胶原酶的作用下分离、培养ADSC并对其进行增殖能力、干细胞表面标志的测定以及转录因子水平的检测.分离、培养的ADSC在光镜下呈圆形、贴壁生长,可见小的胞浆突起.经细胞增殖曲线绘制,细胞在1～3d处于生长适应期,而3～6d处于对数生长期,8～10d后细胞增殖明显减缓.流式细胞术鉴定细胞表面标志结果显示分离培养的细胞表达间充质干细胞表面标志,而不表达造血干细胞和成纤维细胞表面标志.对培养的ADSC检测其转录因子Nanog和oct-4的表达,结果显示体外培养的ADSC在第15代仍可稳定表达Nanog和oct-4.

超高频数据是交易的实时记录,是所有信息在股市上的最精确的表现。考虑使用高频数据来测度金融风险无疑能够提高风险测度的准确性。本文在现有研究成果的基础上,将交易者行为特征、交易量、买卖价差、交易速度等信息维度纳入金融高频风险的计量中,并与没有考虑这些信息维度时测度的准确性进行对比,结果表明,考虑多重信息维度的模型能够更准确地测度金融市场风险。
